Jimmy was happy that William believed all his words. Jimmy had imagined his goal of destroying Chris would succeed in the near future.
Since Jordan's death and Chris take Stella away leaving the Alexander Family, Jimmy becomes his only legitimate heir.

A hired private detective informs Dylan Watson that he is on service in Sydney so Jimmy wants to meet Dylan and fails.

"So how?" ask Jimmy.
William could clearly see the panic on Jimmy's face. "It turns out he wanted to use me!" inner William.
"Why don't you spread it yourself? Everyone would have believed more if the source was from the Alexander Family!" william said while looking at Jimmy.
"Sia! He was grumpy, but not stupid!" inner Jimmy.
"Grandfather forbid spreading family disgrace" replied Jimmy.
William doubts Jimmy's answer, but William does not give any objection.
The situation of the two of them at this time is like being in the same ship that is both aimed at destroying Chris. Just waiting to see if the ship leaves or not.
"How about you visit the Watson Family and tell me everything you know about Chris" William suggested.
"Can too! But I don't have access to the Watson Family!" said Jimmy.
"Don't worry! I'll invite Om Tom and Dylan to dinner together. You can meet them there!" said William.
"All right!" answer Jimmy.
