CHAPTER 82. Finding Owen

***Mansion Pattinson***

William sat on the balcony of his bedroom, sipping red wine directly from his bottle. His eyes were blankly staring at the twinkling stars in the sky.

His mind drifted into the ballroom of the Watson Company's birthday celebration event. The shadow of Emma and Chris doing the first dance and when Emma tasted the spaghetti given by Chris recorded clearly in William's heart and mind.

The sound of William's cell phone rang to break the silence tonight. However, William did not want to take the phone call.

William wanted to go through his long night in solitude and not be bothered by anyone.

The phone ring stopped a few moments later. William continued to gulp down the red wine in his hand. The peaceful atmosphere William wanted to enjoy was interrupted again. The phone rings continuously without stopping.

"What's up Jo?" ask William with a witty.

"There's hot gossip, Wil! Owen, Emma's stepson's missing!" jonathan answered enthusiastically.

"She's stepdaughter Emma? Owen?" inner William.

Instantly Owen's face appeared in William's mind.

"Where's missing?" ask William.

"In the hotel ballroom. The Watson family members contacted each of the invited guests to ask if they saw the boy named Owen" Jonathan explained at length.

"What does this have to do with me?" ask William annoyed.

"You're the first namelist to hate Chris!" answer Jonathan.

William turned off the phone in annoyance. Although Jonathan's words are not wrong, William never had a malicious plan to kidnap Chris' son.

"Is Emma like Jo?" inner William.

William opened the balcony door and went back into the bedroom.

The bottle of red wine that still contained half did not interest William to take another sip.

William thought hard who hated Chris other than himself. William did not want to be the scapegoat of the deeds of others.

William knows his reputation is already bad in the eyes of Emma and the Watson Family so most likely Emma and the Watson Family will suspect him as the abuser, as Jonathan alleged.

"Jimmy! He's still in Bali!" william shouted spontaneously.

One thing went wrong in William's mind so he took a cell phone to call Emma right away.

***Mansion Watson***

Emma and Tom are sitting in the living room. The LCD screen of the TV is on, but Emma and Tom are not focused on watching the show on television.

The two of them were waiting for the return of Dylan, Liam, and Chris.

The sound of footsteps came into the living room so Emma and Tom turned to the source of the voice.

"Sir Dylan! Brother Liam!" call Emma.

"Emma! Papa!" greet Dylan and Liam together.

Both of Emma's beloved sisters joined the family room.

"Prophe Emma! Owen's not found!" said Liam.

"Chris asks us to go back to the mansion to tell him that Owen must be found by him. There's Jack helping Chris!" said Dylan.

"Jimmy kidnapped Owen, didn't he?" emma asked while looking at Dylan.

"Your guess is the same as Chris's!" dylan answered honestly.

"Then Owen is alive! Jimmy wanted to use Owen to threaten Chris and maybe on certain terms" Emma said.

At this time Emma could already master her anxiety and think clearly so that Jimmy's name appeared in her mind a blink of an eye.

"I agree with you!" said Dylan.

The sound of Emma's phone ringing makes the young woman immediately take her cellphone because she thinks Chris called.

While Tom, Dylan, and Liam looked at Emma tensely. They were curious to know Owen's search results.

Emma read the name that appeared on the screen.

"Why did Wil call me? Is he Jimmy's plot?" inner Emma.

Emma's facial expressions make Dylan, Liam, and Tom sure that the person who called Emma is not Chris.

"Who?" dylan asked as he approached Emma to read the caller's name.

"William!" said Dylan.

"Will? Is he involved too?" tom said angrily.

"Emma! I'll just answer" said Dylan.

"Just me, Brother Dylan!" reject Emma firmly.

Emma presses the button to receive the call, then presses the speaker button so that Tom, Dylan, and Liam can clearly hear William's words.

"Hello!"

"Emma! It's me, Wil!"

"What's wrong?" ask Emma in a flat tone.

"You're accomplice? You want me to get divorced from Chris?" ask Emma.

"No, Emma! I'm not involved! Trust me!" said William.

Emma doesn't want to hear any more of William's bullshit so decides to turn off the phone.

"Wait Emma! I know where Owen is!" William screamed loudly from across the street, as if he knew Emma was going to hang up.

"Where?" ask Dylan, Liam, and Tom at the same time.

William was silent for a moment when he heard the voices of the three members of the Watson Family.

"They suspect me!" inner William.

"One of my apartments in Regal Residence. I gave the keys to the apartment before I met Om Tom and Brother Dylan at the restaurant. But since that meeting, I have not been in contact with him anymore. I almost forgot about the apartment if only the apartment security hadn't called earlier this morning to report Jimmy had the key so security let him in" William explained at length.

William is annoyed that Jimmy used his property to lock Owen up, which is the same as involving William in a child abduction case.

"alright. We'll check it out. Thank you!" dylan said and switched off the phone quickly.

Dylan disconnected the phone because he did not want to spend more time. Owen's rescue is a top priority at the moment.

"Emma! Call Chris now!" said Dylan.

"Okay, Dylan" replied Emma.

***hotel room where Jimmy stayed***

The sound of punches and kicks was heard repeatedly. Jimmy was wrapped in bandages on several parts of his body into a punching bag and Chris kick.

While Jack is making a video call with Alana, he occasionally glances at poor Jimmy.

"Mr Jack!" call Stan in a small voice.

"Lana! I'll be home in a minute! Wait for me!" message Jack before turning off the video call.

"Have you met?" ask Jack to Stan.

"It's over!" replied Stan.

Stan gave Jack his cell phone. Jack smiled slightly and walked over to Chris.

"Chris! My men have found Owen!" said Jack.

"No way! You guys are acting in front of me!" said Jimmy, who heard Jack's words clearly.

Jack doesn't care about Jimmy and gives Chris the phone in his hand.

"Daddy!" call Owen with spirit. Owen's face appeared on the screen via a video call.

Chris was relieved to see Owen in good health and unharmed.

"Owen! Follow Om Ron back to the mansion!" said Chris.

"OK on daddy!" owen replied obediently.

Jimmy's battered face looked even more miserable. The man knelt before Chris.

"For Chris! Please let me go! I promise I'll go back to America!" jimmy Pinta.

"You stay here! I'm going to America!" said Chris.

Chris and Jack leave the hotel room, while Jimmy will be taken care of by Jack's men.

Chris wants to get to Watson's Mansion to be reunited with Emma and Owen, while Jack wants to meet Alana.

"Where did your men find Owen?" ask Chris.

"William Pattinson's Regal Residence Apartment" replied Jack.

"William?" inner Jack.

Along with that, Chris' phone rang so Chris immediately picked it up.

"Honey!"

"Chris! Owen is in William's Regal Residence apartment" Emma said excitedly.

"I knew. Ron had found Owen and drove him home to the mansion. I'll be at the mansion soon!" said Chris.

"alright. I'm waiting for you!" answer Emma.

"See you soon, honey!" said Chris.
