CHAPTER 5. Investigate each other

***hotel room where Chris stayed***

Dylan walked towards the sofa and glanced at a glance at the wine bottle as well as the two empty glasses on the table. Dylan suspects Emma is drunk and has a one-night stand affair with Chris.

While Chris got out of bed and opened his suitcase to pick up a new set of clothes, he turned to Emma.

"Emmas. I take a shower first" said Chris and walked into the bathroom leaving Emma and Dylan.

Chris knows now is not the time to argue with Dylan about the impromptu marriage forced by Dylan, which of course is due to Emma's trap.

Chris believes Emma has a special reason for trapping him so he wants to ask the young girl carefully later, when they are together.

"Chris is so calm" Emma's inner.

Emma was amazed by Chris's patient and calm nature. The young girl was increasingly convinced that her real husband was the right choice.

If another man is framed, Emma can be sure the man will definitely dispute Dylan's forced marriage and end up in unpleasant circumstances.

"Miss Emma. I'm taking a change of clothes for the lady in the car right now" Rocky said.

"Go!" answer Emma.

Emma got out of bed and tidied up her black dress before walking up to Dylan on the sofa.

"Sir Dylan," called Emma while embracing Dylan's arm.

"Naughty sister," said Dylan and flicked Emma's forehead.

Emma smiled slightly in response to Dylan's anger. "Sister Dylan wants me to marry a striped nose and live in a marriage circle full of infidelity?" ask Emma.

"Of course not! Will breng*ek is not worth you. Papa will definitely cancel this business wedding. Whatever the loss is, me and Papa don't care!" answer Dylan.

"Papa and Brother Dylan are the men in this world who love me the most. Oh yes, Brother Liam too," said Emma with a small laugh.

"If you already know, why can get drunk and with foreign men," said Dylan.

Dylan is deeply concerned about Emma's future having to run with Chris, a man of unknown origin.

"Chris is a good man, brother. I believe in my own judgment" Emma replied.

"I don't support your wishes fully. If it doesn't fit, divorce it" Dylan said.

Dylan won't let Emma be in a bad marriage.

"Okay, sister Dylan," Emma answered quickly.

Emma agreed to all Dylan's words so that her beloved sister would feel calm. Even in her small heart, Emma has not thought of divorce with Chris later.

Chris' gentle and patient attitude makes Emma sure Chris is not a breng*ek man. Or at least not as sweet*ek William. 😅

The proof is that Chris could have refrained from touching him last night. Emma believes Chris's youthful blood is provoked when they kiss on the couch.

Dylan stared at the pair of hotel sandals at Emma's feet. Those hotel slippers aren't Hotel W sandals, where Emma's staying now.

"Emma! Why are you wearing the sandals at another hotel?" dylan asked in an investigative tone.

"Breaked? We go to the Medical Health Hospital first. Your legs should be X-rayed" said Dylan with a worried face.

"No need, Brother Dylan. My leg is healed. It doesn't hurt anymore" Emma said.

"Later to call Liam, have a prescription for the best gel medicine for a sprained leg" Dylan said.

Dylan's possessive attitude made Emma smile again. Emma is the only woman in the Watson Family to have so much affection from Tom, Dylan, and Liam.

Emma is like a cinderella protected by the three knights of Watson.

Moments later, Rocky walks into a hotel room with a casual white dress and a pair of black high heels.

Some dresses and shoes Emma high heels are always available in the car so that the young girl can replace it every time if the clothes worn Emma dirty or damaged. Tom, Dylan, and Liam are also available in new clothes and shoes that match Emma's body size and legs.

The bathroom door is open. Chris walked out while drying his wet hair with a towel. Chris was wearing a white shirt with black trousers.

"Sir Dylan. I took a shower" said Emma and went into the bathroom, leaving Chris and Dylan.

Chris sat down on the edge of the bed and stared at Dylan, who was still sitting on the sofa with his right leg crossed over the left leg knee.

Chris wanted to know what Dylan would do to her while Emma was still in the bathroom.

From the brief conversation between Emma and Dylan when Dylan barged into the room, Chris guessed that Dylan was Emma's older brother and loved Emma dearly.

Dylan stood up from the sofa and walked over to Chris. Chris was still calm and not intimidated by Dylan.

"I'm waiting for you in the hotel lobby" said Dylan, then walked out of the room followed by Rocky.

Moments later, Chris stood up from the edge of the bed and called someone with his cell phone.

"Good morning, Chris!" greet a man from across the phone.

"Rio! In 30 minutes I want all the information about a girl named Emma and an older brother named Dylan. I'm guessing Dylan is one of the richest businessmen in Bali!" chris's orders.

"Okay Mr. Chris!" rio answered obediently.

Meanwhile, Dylan and Rocky are in the elevator to the hotel lobby.

"Rocky. Investigate the origin of Christian Alexander and his destination to Bali!" dylan's orders.

"Yes young Master Dylan!" answer Rocky.
