The Second Lead Fate

The Second Lead Fate
The Forty Eight

Ambar saw the man standing on the small staircase of the house he was pointing at.

"Lho, you again" he commented and recalled last night's problems. He called the guy for help because of Feli. But all that is left is a message answering machine from one of the phone providers.

"Who?" ask the man standing right next to the man. Ambar started guessing and it seemed like he would be right.

"Sir Andy?"

"Yes right. And you?"

Correct guess. It turned out that this person was a home-like office owner who ordered an invitation suddenly to his store.

"I'm here to drop off the invitation you ordered"

"Oh"

"This is the invitation you ordered. Where should I put it?"

"Oh, you just go inside"

"good. Thank you"

Just before Ambar passed the last rung of stairs, the cardboard in his hand had moved on the guy.  Of course Ambar frowned and tried to figure out why Boss Kenzo was doing that.

"You brought it yourself?" ask the guy.

"Yes. Why why?"

"Foolish base" the man sneered into Andy's office. Ambar follows from behind and so does the office owner.

The man placed the cardboard Ambar had brought from the store carelessly on one of the employee's desks.

"Ohh, careful"

"Why are you carrying heavy things alone? Where's your staff?"

"It's Sunday"

"You're such a fool"

Ambar held all the swearing at the end of his tongue just because he was now in the office ordering his products. Anyway, Boss Kenzo how could it be here anyway?: thought Ambar annoyed.

"Sorry, brother. This is an invitation to Andy's order for today"

"Oh yes. I accept it here"

"Thank you, brother"

Finished apologizing to one of Andy's employees, Ambar turned around and saw the guy was still there.

"Why?" ask the guy.

"Nothing"

Ambar actually wanted to talk to Andy about the invitation he booked. Ambar worked on the fifty invitations in great detail and hoped that Mr. Andy would become a regular customer of his shop. But ... If that's the case, he'll have to see Kenzo's boss for much longer. And it was so annoying, let alone the unbroken ridicule the guy said to Ambar. Better now he just go home, wait for the call of the employee sir Andy, in case there is a complaint or other order.

"Where are you going?"

Turns out the guy followed Ambar step out of the office Mr. Andy.

"home"

"Don't you have to get paid first?"

"Now different times Boss. Everything was done at the beginning"

Ambar did not want to hear Kenzo Boss' words, questions or taunts and ran to his car. He started the car and turned it off again. Because there's a phone coming in.

"Hello Assalamualaikum"

"Ambar!"

Ambar was silent for a while, trying to recognize the voice that sounded in his ear.

"Become"

"Eh, I'm from Feli"

A felli? Must have been yesterday's problem. Ambar is lazy to talk about it with anyone right now. Because he's been too tired this whole week.

"What problem?"

"You're being fooled? Same who? How's the guy?"

Rea sounded very excited to make Ambar did not have the heart to end the phone. Especially in London at three in the morning. So Ambar swallowed his tiredness and began to reply to all of Rea's questions.

"Turkey"

"Yes is a guy. You want to make me angry, Mbar?"

"You've asked a lot"

"Rather ok?"

"Regular"

"Work?"

"Lecturer"

"Wuihhh steady"

"Regular"

While talking to his best friend from the phone, suddenly Boss Kenzo got into Ambar's car.

"Huh?"

"Eh, the boy's voice. Who?" ask Rea.

"This, people" replied Ambar confusedly.

"Who are you calling?"

"I think I know that voice. Adhi huh?"

Before Ambar answered, the man grabbed his phone.

Adhi saw the woman waltzing away just like that in front of him. He could only shake his head for not thinking it through.

"Do you know him closely?" asked Andy who had been observing the two since.

"He's Feli and Rea's best friend"

"Him? the owner of that little shop?"

"Yes. He's stupid"

"But ... Why do I feel that you are concerned for her?"

Adhi looked at his old friend with a look of disdain. His friend seemed to be not talented at reading the situation. How can all that Adhi did was called attention.

"You're being stupid too?"

"Haha. I'm just saying from what I saw"

"Prepare my home. And take care of my car as long as I leave it here" Adhi said and walked away from her friend's office.

"What are you going home with??" ask his friend but Adhi does not answer. He walks towards the white car that is still parked near Andy's office and immediately gets into it.

He thought that the woman did not leave because she was waiting for him, but it was wrong. The woman was on a phone call when she came in. Of course Ambar looks confused because of it, but Adhi does not care. then he hears a faint voice from the woman's phone. A shrill voice like the magic granny she knew.

"Are you not sleeping?" tanyanya after successfully snatching Ambar's phone.

"Are you the same Ambar?"

"Because your friend is stupid"

"What's? Adhi did you in ... "

Without asking the owner of the phone, Adhi turned off the useless phone.

"Hurry and get me home!" his orders.

"Huh?"

"Once again you respond with that word, I'll throw your phone out"

"Eh wait. Why should I send?"

"Because I didn't bring a car"

The woman behind the steering wheel immediately looked into the parking lot. Fortunately Adhi brought his other car earlier.the woman would not know.

"You can take a taxi"

"Lazy"

"You can call Kenzo or ask Andy to be with you"

"Don't say much and take me home quickly!"

Before long, Adhi feels the car has moved out of Andy's office. But why so slow? Like a moving snail.

"Come down!"

"Huh?"

"You drive like a snail. What time will I get home???"

"It is still in ... "

"Get out!!! Let me drive"

Although she did not seem willing, the woman complied. Now Adhi is taking the car to his apartment.

"You shouldn't be able to bring a car" Adhi accused after being upset about Ambar's slow driving.

"I can drive"

"Study well before taking a vehicle"

"I can take the car to Bandung and drive back home if you forget"

"You must be blocking the other riders" Adhi again accused of leaving the woman at a loss for words. He feels winning and slows down the car on purpose. Then he looked at the woman sitting next to him and felt guilty. Was his words too harsh that the woman was silent and had an unkind look on her face? Not yet had Adhi asked if his words were outrageous, he saw the woman's head drooping to the side.

"Ambar ... Ambar" called him not to get an answer. There was only a faint soft snoring sound in his ears. Is the woman asleep?

After arriving at his apartment, Adhi still finds the woman sleeping soundly. What's he supposed to do? Leaving the woman in the car? Seems too evil. Did he just take the woman to his apartment?

Not wanting to be considered evil, Adhi decides to take the woman to his apartment. At first he was afraid of resistance, but Ambar was really fast asleep. Not waking up just to protest Adhi carried him to his apatemen.

"It's light. Does this woman never eat?" his comments after putting Ambar in his bed. The woman moved slightly to the left and curled up like a conch. Adhi smiled and wrapped Ambar with his blanket.

"Sleep!"

She left the woman in her room and went to her study.
