The Second Lead Fate

The Second Lead Fate
Ninety Eight

Feli received a message from Ambar and was worried. How not. Suaminyakini candidates are in Jakarta in a state of illness. With no one to accompany except the friend that Feli did not know at all. True as well, he had absolutely no idea about Adhi's life until this point. Who are her future husband's friends, what businesses are still running, or even the new Adhi home address. How could she be Adhi's good wife like this? He tried to find out from Ambar, but his best friend seemed to have fallen asleep.

"Hello"

"What's wrong?"

Finally the phone to her future husband was connected also after several tries.

"Darling, I'll go on the first plane tomorrow. Are you good ... "

Not done Feli talk, Adhi forbid him to come.

"But baby"

"I'm tired. I want to sleep"

Don't know how many times it's been. But ... what Feli imagines about Adhi is a little different from her shadow. In the past, Adhi was the most caring and loving man. Compared to Danial, Adhi more often asked about his condition. At least like that before .. two months ago. When she told Adhi her wedding plans. Has the man's heart changed? Then why did Adhi muster all the courage to snatch it out of the hands of Danial? Feli must have been thinking too much. Maybe Adhi also needs some time to get married this week. Just like it is busy in Bali, to prepare for Sunday events. Especially receiving a lot of rejection of the presence of guests who know the change of the bridegroom.

"Feli, are you still awake?"

Feli walked towards the door of the hotel room whose entire room had been rented for a week. He opened the door and saw that his mother was not happy.

"It's night, ma'am"

"See this? Do you know anything about all this?"

Feli took her mother's phone filled with guests' refusal to come to her wedding.

"Feli knows"

"Duhh. Mom shy. What if no guests come tomorrow? All this because of that stupid kid. Where is he"

"Mothers. It's not because of Adhi"

"Ohhh you defend him. All this is because of that stupid kid. The second son who had nothing"

"Mother!!"

"Why? Don't you?"

Feli lowered his head not daring to show his face that wanted to cry. She doesn't like her mother constantly insulting the man she loves.

"Mother, Adhi has a lot of things. Not like you said. Adhi has cafes, clubs, land, and much more"

"Just make sure everything is yours when you get married! Or you'll still think of him as a stupid kid"

"Mother, it's all Adhi's"

"If you get married, everything will automatically be yours. So make sure of it!!" her mother said she then left Feli alone in her room. Only with the wedding dress that stands upright in the corner of the room. What's he supposed to do now? She could not think of a way for her mother to accept Adhi well, without having to seize all her future husband's property.

"Who? Feli?" andy asked as Adhi threw her phone on the sofa where she lay. The medicine given by the doctor was enough to make him relax, before Feli contacted him. Now her mind is full of marriages she may no longer want.

"Yes" His head is getting dizzy now.

"Why don't you like taking calls from your future wife"

"You just go now! I want to be alone"

"But in this house there is no one"

"Just go!"

"You sure? Or should I call Ambar here?"

Adhi was surprised to hear the name and immediately looked towards his friend.

"You ... " It seems Andy knows something about what he is feeling right now.

"Dhi Sial. What are you gonna do now?"

"What do you know?"

"I just fell asleep for a while. The only woman I love and will marry soon is Feli, not that woman. You better go now!"

Adhi got up from the sofa, looking for a handle to go to her room. He no longer cared about Andy who was still thirsty for that information.

"Let's not until you're sorry for marrying the wrong woman"

"Wrongly? Feli is the right choice. I've loved her for ten years and again that woman"

"Different press? Because she is a Muslim and a hijab? Is that really your only reason?"

Adhi closed his eyes, hoping that the reason was enough to silence his friend and his heart.

"Ambar is not a woman that suits me. The woman was not highly educated, from a poor family and ... "

"I don't think you're the one judging that"

Adhi is not strong anymore. He could not hide his feelings continuously like this. He sat down on the stairs and looked down inside.

"What am I supposed to do? I've decided to get married and can't back down"

Adhi could feel her friend walking over and patting her on the shoulder.

"Do what's good for you. Don't have regrets like before. I'm going to go now"

Andy left her alone in the mansion where she first saw Ambar's body. He should have known his feelings earlier. He should not be stubborn and assume what is on his mind is always right. He should have let his heart guide his decision. Everything seems to mean nothing anymore. Long Adhi pondered on the stairs alone in the dark and realized something. Maybe it's not too late. If only .. the woman liked it. Maybe .. they can unite. If they love each other, there will be a way to come together.

Beating the pain in his leg, Adhi picks up the key Andy left on the table and climbs into the car.

"Master, it's still morning. Where are you going?"

"I have to go"

"Not your feet?"

"Shut up!"

Adhi takes his car out, drives him quickly to Ambar's house. He still remembered the area of Ambar's house that was always mentioned by Kenzo, but did not know the exact address. Should he ask Rea? No. gabe. He'll call the woman.

"Assynolajet. Who'sis this?"

The woman's voice sounded sad. Is it because I woke up? how could the woman sleep when Adhi's heart was tormented like this?

"Where's your house?"

"Huh?"

"Where's your house?"

"Home? Why are you asking about my home address so early in the morning?"

"Just say it!" yelled Adhi impatiently. He will soon meet with a big road junction and does not want to make a wrong turn.

"What do you want?"

Adhi is very upset to have to deal with the stubborn nature of Ambar like this. But that's what attracted him to the woman.

"I want to talk"

"About what?"

"I was in the car. Are you going to buy time for my foot to become even more painful from pressing the gas pedal?"

Finally Adhi did the way he often used to Ambar. Touching Ambar's weak humanity.

"Kebayoran Lama street gang ten. The small alley is so better you"

"I'll be there soon. Come outside!"

Adhi hung up the phone and immediately broke up his car quickly. He did not want to be late and regret like ten years ago. This time he would ascertain Ambar's feelings for her and think of the others later.
