Ch 18 - Crescent II Inn
General Lee was seen smiling seeing his brother overwhelmed with anxiety. He knew that Aron would definitely not be willing to return to Waterfall Village because his beloved wife was the leader and founder of Turtle City.
General Lee could also see that the same thing was also experienced by his brother-in-law. Even though her sister-in-law was smart to hide her worries.
“Oya.. We taste this delicious cuisine while talking!” General Lee broke the silence. He then ate the dish first.
Seeing his sister eating the new food that came, without thinking long Aron immediately took a lump of chicken thigh meat that was in front of him. He then ate the chicken with great pleasure. He tries to avoid answering his father's questions.
Dewi Rara and Chairman Jo then took part in the dishes that were there. They were so greedy, the three of them had indeed not eaten a delicious meal for several days.
“Aron. You should thank your sister Lee. Since he is ready to go home, then I will not force you to go home. You better stay in Turtle City to help your wife. Maybe someday you can help Waterfall Village!” Speak Chairman Jo while
smiling towards Aron who from earlier looked agitated.
Chairman Jo's words suddenly made Aron happy and relieved.
“Thank you dad. We will always help Waterfall Village if needed!” Aron was grateful.
“Lee, thank you for coming home!” Aron said with a warm smile to his sister. The annoyance he was pointing at his sister had now disappeared. He was really grateful because according to him now, Lee was not as bad as he thought.
“Hahaha.. Sister is too naive, this is not what you think. But I think you should thank me, because soon you, your father and wife will not have to think about anything else!” General Lee chuckled.
Moments later, an unusual sweat drenched the bodies of Aron, Chairman Jo and Dewi Rara. Every pore in his third skin gave off a purple-colored and foul-smelling sweat.
“What are you doing?!” Shouted Aron while enduring the pain he was experiencing using the profound energy of the god energy he possessed.
“Lee.. What do you mean huh? This is why the Gojo Clan ancestors made a rule prohibiting all clan members from participating in politics! Politics only makes almost everyone who plunged in it into a savage man ” Shouted Chairman Jo who had been lying helpless on the floor. The profound energy he possessed was unable to withstand the enormity of the poison that had just entered his body.
“Truly savage, you could have done this to your father and brother. You really don't deserve to be called a human!” Dewi Rara had suspected that General Lee had malicious intentions towards them. However the Goddess did not expect General Lee's actions to go this far.
“Hahahaha.. say what you want to say, I don't care. soon you will die!. Oya, I want to tell you a truth before you die!” General Lee stepped closer to his father who had almost lost consciousness.
General Lee later recounted that he killed the Gojo Clan warriors by poisoning them with the same poison. He killed the warriors of the Gojo Clan because the warriors did not allow him to join the Mojo Clan that was about to establish an empire.
“Solah themself for not listening to me. I won't let anyone get in the way of my plans to rule the Yellow Continent, hahahahaaha!” General Lee chuckled while looking cynically at Chairman Jo.
“You saw the Goddess yourself? basically this is how human nature is, they are only selfish and are willing to do anything to get what they want” A female figure suddenly appears beside Dewi Rara. The woman was wearing red clothes and red hair dangled long to the woman's thigh. Two pitch-black horns adorned his head and two broad wings with dark red feathers adorned his back.
“You who?!” Goddess Rara asked the female figure who suddenly appeared beside her that.
“Let me tell you, I am here to take you from here!” Said the woman who was still reluctant to mention her identity.
“How about that person?” Dewi Rara turned her face towards General Lee.
“Take it easy. He won't notice. Besides she can't see me” Obviously that woman again.
“Alright, but I will only leave here if my husband and father-in-law come with me too!” Dewi Rara turned her gaze towards Aron and Chief Jo.
“Alright, it's so easy for me!” Said the woman while she disappeared.
Along with the disappearance of the mysterious female figure, Aron, Dewi Rara and Chairman Jo also disappeared without a trace.
“Where are they? What happened?” Shouted General Lee in shock seeing his three targets suddenly disappear just like that.
“Quiet General! Even if they managed to escape from here, they would not survive the ferocity of the Death God Poison belonging to the Sino Clan!” A man dressed in all black then appeared before General Lee and praised the poison belonging to his clan.
The Death God Poison was a poison made by the famous Sino Clan that was extremely ferocious and deadly.
The Sino clan itself is a clan that comes from the eastern region of the earth whose land has now become the ocean due to a major disaster that occurred more than ten years ago. The surviving members of the Sino Clan then transmigrated to an island just tens of miles from the eastern shore of the yellow continent. A few years ago. “Mr Obi, anyhow I want to see their bodies. I want to make sure that they are dead!” General Lee stared intently at the masked man before him.
“Alright sir, I will immediately bring their corpses before you!” Said Mr. Obi while he disappeared.
While using his inner strength to resist the poison that entered his body, Aron was struck by something touching him. He grew even more shocked when he realized he was no longer in the Crescent Moon Inn.
“What happened?” Aron confused . He then realized that it was not just him who suddenly switched places.
Aron then looked at a winged creature holding his wife's back and draining energy. He realized that the creature was trying to help his wife.
