The battle between Yan Lan and the previous Jade emperor was getting heated up, Yan Lan had used almost all of her abilities in that fight, the sky eyes she had on her had been active since then, and the God shield that Yan Lan had on him had wrapped all over his body.
Meanwhile, the previous emperor had used all the power of the Emperor Realm he had to deal with Yan lan, including the armor he had almost never worn.
In the face of Yan Lan the protective heirloom was finally used, which helped him to be able to dampen the violent impact that hit his body.
Nature is getting increasingly gripping, the sound of Thunder continues to echo in the city of phoenix, lightning ceaselessly struck, thus making a noise in the sky. The fight silenced the mouths of the residents of the city and the phoenix palace, they chose to enter their homes rather than be affected by the effects of a lightning strike that followed in the sky.

"I will try to combine these two fire cores, although I will have to take risks if this merger fails," inner Yan Lan.
Slowly Yan Lan drew closer to the two fire cores that were in her hands, and before long the head of the fire core was fusing together, which gave rise to an extremely powerful energy around her. Yan Lan immediately grabbed him, and looked like a black-colored flame, mixed with a whitish blue color was now within his grasp.
"I will name this core fire after the name Phoenix fire," inner Yan Lan.
The joining of the two flames became one, causing all of the objects that were within a radius of 200 meters from where the Phoenix flames were located, all of them to shatter into dust, be it trees, trees, even the tall building towered up, it was also crushed into dust due to the heat of the Phoenix fire core that was in Yan Lan's hands.
The hot aura emitted by the Phoenix flames was able to pierce through the armor robes worn by the previous Jade emperor.
The previous Jade Emperor instantly unleashed all of his final strength, forming his body into a dragon.
The scales on the body of the dragon are so bright and very shiny, because they are very hard diamond scales. The dragon circled around for a moment in space, and then swooped down towards where Yan Lan was.
The dragon that was pointing at Yan Lan let out a bright white light that was extremely blinding to the eyes, seeing that, Yan Lan immediately threw the Phoenix flames that had been in her hands.
"Getter...!!"
This time the explosion in the air was so fierce, the phoenix palace was like an earthquake, and the houses of the townspeople, one by one collapsed because the ground on which it was based shook so violently.
From that fierce clash of energies, it resulted in Yan Lan bouncing a few meters back. Yan Lan again stood up and took a deep breath and exhaled it out of the land, to regulate the extremely chaotic Qi energy within her body.
Thick dust flew in the air covering the sight of Yan Lan's eyes, with Yan Lan's alert stance again preparing for the possibility of a follow-up attack that would be carried out by the previous Jade emperor. By activating his celestial eye, Yan Lan again searched for the whereabouts of the previous Jade emperor, but as far as his celestial eye could see, Yan did not even discover the whereabouts of the previous Jade emperor.
"What's that!!?" yan Lan Mumbled.
Yan Lan refocused her celestial eyes towards where the glowing white object was shining, which was lying on the battle floor.
"That is the armor of the previous Jade emperor, lest the emperor die and crumble into dust," Yan Lan's inner being who did not see any sign of life from the fighting arena, did not see, after the dust disappeared.
Flashbacks
The clash of the two energies that occurred made the diamond scales that were on the body of the dragon, come crashing down as heart-wrenching screams came out of his mouth.
The body of the dragon burned Phoenix fire, until his body was crushed into dust, now all that was left was the heirloom of the armor lying on the ground.

After the death of the previous Jade emperor, Yan Lan immediately darted away to the place where she had always been cultivating, her goal was to recuperate there.
Inside his cultivation, Yan Lan heard a voice calling out his name, that voice was so very familiar in her ears.
