Chapters 16. Kos Kania Room

Athalla hugged Kania as soon as she opened the door. His feeling was relieved after making sure if Kania was all right.

Kania stretches Athalla's embrace. Athalla's warm body while hugging Kania actually makes her comfortable. However, Kania is embarrassed if any other boarding house residents see.

Kania watched Athalla, looking like the clothes she was wearing were still the clothes that were yesterday. Kania became astonished and asked, has this man not taken a shower yet been directly to his house?

"Nobody changed clothes?" ask Kania at last. His curiosity is so great.

"I'm waiting for you in the car from the night. I tried to knock on the door, but you didn't open it. Maybe you've been sleeping. And I tried to call but your phone is dead too. I slept in the car!" athalla said innocently.

"Gosh, Mas. Why not just go home. I can come back later."

"I'm afraid you're okay! Kania, I never thought to hurt you on purpose, no matter what I did to you unintentionally. Please forgive me, I love you."

Kania is shocked to hear the expression of love from Athalla he just fell silent unable to say anything more.

"If harsh words take you away, I hope my apology will bring you back closer to me. I'm so sorry I hurt you. Please forgive me! I know you must be angry and hurt because of my parents' treatment."

Kania smiled, although it was admitted that the words of Athalla's parents hurt her deeply, but Kania realized that it was not the fault of the man in front of her at this time. The man tried to defend her. What made Kania more moved, she was willing to wait for an apology from him.

"You're not wrong, Mas. Why should I apologize?"

"If I hadn't brought you home, you wouldn't have been sad and hurt."

"Don't say that, Kania. There is no man who does not escape sin. I'm not as good as you think either. I also have a disgrace. However, God still covered it so I still looked good. I beg Kania, don't give up. We prove that our love is greater and we deserve to be happy both."

Athalla paused his words and wiped away Kania's tears.

"That's not what we get, just because the parents don't know the truth yet. We just need to make things clear so they can understand what we are feeling. Mami doesn't know you yet, maybe after knowing you, she will bless us" Athalla said again.

"Kania, we believe and agree to unite, while parents do not. The only problem is the difference in the way of thinking about this condition. Giving up is not a solution because the best solution is to try to change the way parents look like us and bless this relationship. You want to fight together until that blessing we hold."

Kania holds Athalla's hand. Kania doesn't know what to say. Too early actually if she expresses love however, the sincerity of the expression of the man before her at this moment made Kania moved.

Admittedly Kania, Athalla's Mami's words were true. The man before him right now could choose any woman, why did the choice fall on him? Kania does not know to be happy or sad. Happy because it becomes a choice, sad because surely their love will not be as easy as thought. There will be many obstacles to be faced.

"For your sake, Mas. I was willing to fight hard to get that blessing. Whatever the end result is there are at least two positive possibilities. I can marry you, or I'm so sure I can't have you that I don't expect you anymore. I'll be able to get away from your life!"

Athalla hugged Kania back. No matter what people see and what their thoughts are. It felt like he wanted to hug Kania this way forever so that they could not be separated anymore.

Athalla knows, his struggle with Kania in the future will not be easy but, he will try and continue to fight until the blessing is in hand.
