Chapter 32. Two Choices from Papa

"Who is the man who has impregnated you" cried Papa.

Fani squeezes her hands eliminating nervousness and fear. He's not ready to face Papa on this issue.

"Pa, don't be emotional. Fani must be scared to see Papa's anger," said Mama.

Dad ignored my mother's words. Approaching Fani. Without Mama or Fani guessing, Papa slapped his daughter in the cheek. Hard enough Papa's hand stuck to his son's cheek so that fresh blood flowed from the corner of his lips.

Mama who saw that approached Fani and hugged her. Mama doesn't want Papa to do the same thing a second time. Mama wiped the blood that was flowing.

"Why can you do such a stupid thing? If you can't stand wanting to have a relationship, you just have to ask to be married! Not doing anything stupid like this!" scream Papa.

Stefani looked at her angry Papa. Instead of being scared like that, this time Fani stared with eyes glaring at her parents.

Adit who had reached home just stood mamatung hear the quarrel of his sister and papa. Both stand if they are the most right. Either Papa or Fani feels right and becomes a victim.

"Alright, Pa! There is no point in defending each other and blaming each other. Everything is wrong and there is a point. We better find a way out of what happened to Fani," said Mama.

"Tell me who your son's father is! Or do you not know who the father is?" ask Papa.

"Pa, what are you saying! It's the same you accuse our son of sleeping with a lot of men!" say Mama.

Adit stood beside Papa, staring pusher at Fani. Seeking the truth for his friend. Adit wants to prove that it's just Alex's bullshit.

"What's the truth Alex said, if you didn't just sleep with her?" ask Adit.

Adit's question made both his parents shocked. But Papa said that just because of annoyance. It never comes to mind if it is true.

Fani was silent. What Adit said is not true. She had only slept with Alex and one other man who had usurped her chastity first. It was also drunk.

Alex accused him of sleeping with many men because when he was with her Fani was no longer a virgin. Alex summed it all up by accusing him of sleeping with another man.

Fani knows and believes this is Alex's son. However, he could not ask for responsibility because the man did not believe it. Alex has always only considered himself a bed partner no more. "Tell me right or not what Alex said!" yell Adit.

Getting pressure from any brother Papa makes Fani more dizzy. What else to remember if Alex is not willing to take responsibility. It's free for her to say that if it's Alex's son, the man still won't marry her.

"I don't know!" answer Fani.

"How could you not know what you're doing. You must know any man you've ever slept with!" adit.

Papa approached Fani and pulled his hand firmly down from the bed. After that, Papa slammed onto the floor. Mama who saw her daughter was treated harshly, immediately shouted and hugged Fani.

"Already, Pa. Give Fani a thought. Don't push it like this. He needs the support of all of us. Not judging the mistakes he had made!" say Mama.

"You can choose. Raised that baby and disappeared from our lives forever. I'll send you out of the country where no one recognizes you. Or you can stay with us on the condition that you remove your contents!" said Papa.
