Chapter 31. KISSING HER SON'S ROMANCE

Since yesterday Athalla sleeps in his parents' house. Athalla wanted to say about his relationship with Kania. However, he wanted to wait for the right time.

Athalla was aware of his behavior. So, he obeyed the words of the Mother by accompanying her on the sofa in the middle room. Athalla did not find any sign of the woman. Her mother managed to trick the situation.

“Where are you from, Darling?” Her mom started a conversation.

“Kan, I told you, if I meet you, Mi.”

“Iya, Mami remember, really. Just, where?” ask Mommy again

“Di restaurant.” At this point, Athalla was honest.

“Oh, working temen, yes? Or what?” Back the question was asked by Mami for Athalla.

“Ehm, yes, Mi. Temen one office.”

Athalla is not lying. Kania is her own secretary. However, her mother had assumed that her son was cheating because he did not know who Kania was or the woman who was with his son. He did not know that the two were involved in one office.

“Female?”

Athalla momentarily thought, until at last exclaimed, “Iya, Mi.”

“Tumben you meet women, Atha.”

“Iya, Mi. There's work.”

Athalla was forced to lie, because he had not been able to reveal the true figure of Kania. She was still waiting for the right time to be frank about her relationship with Kania.
