Over the next few days, Saras and Garin spent all their free time with— not just for dating, but also around the house.
Raka, seen to be concerned about Saras' increasingly intense presence, simply let his question be forgotten for a while. In his room, he shows Saras his collection of UNO cards, tells him about fishing, and teaches him how to throw bait. Sometimes, he would surprise by grabbing the teacher's hand as he wanted to show her something new.
Garin notices everything from a distance, he understands that Raka needs to figure out exactly where Saras is in her world and how she feels about the woman.
Remembering Saras is not a stranger to Raka makes the relationship of the two more easily familiar. However, Garin could not hide his sense of relief seeing the two of them so well communicated.
Entering the break after the exam in the middle of the semester, they go to the beach and spend the afternoon collecting shells, then go have fun by going around riding a bike. Raka joins a group of friends, while Saras and Garin follow her on a leisurely walk while enjoying the waves.
Of course, Nursy asked Saras a lot at school after word spread in the city. The ulala-bodied woman even had time to spread the warm news about Saras and Garin to the busy Andre mang but had to listen to it while regulating the outflow of vehicles at school rush hour. Yeah, that's morning gossip. They had started it about 10 minutes before the gate was actually opened.
Likewise with Sutrisno, he had asked Garin directly about the news. "I think I really love him, '" said Garin sincerely, and though Sutrisno, who came from the old circles, wondered if things were going too fast, he approached Garin and invited the two to dinner.
Regarding Garin and Saras, their relationship developed with such intensity in a dream. When they part, they miss each other very much, when together, they want more time together. They meet for lunch, talk on the phone, and date whenever they have quiet time together.
Although Garin pays attention to Saras, he also makes sure to spend as much time as possible alone with Raka. Saras also tries his best to keep things normal for Raka.
As she sits with Raka in the after-school class, she makes sure to treat him in the same way as before, as a student in need of help.
Saras sometimes sees Raka pausing in her work to watch herself with speculation, so Saras will not press her further. And let the little guy find his purpose again.
In mid-November, Saras began reducing the number of days requiring Raka to stay after school hours from three days to one .
For the most part, he has caught up with her, she performs well in reading and spelling, and although she needs a little more help in math, Saras thinks one day of the week should be enough.
That night, Garin and Saras take Raka out to eat pizza as a kind of celebration. And the son of Camat Gajakarta looked quite happy. He even invited his best friend, Jones.
But later, while putting Raka to sleep, Garin noticed his son seemed more reserved than usual.
"Why is his face so moody, hotshot?" Ask Garin one night.
"I feel a little sad." Answer Raka.
"Why?" Investigate Garin.
"Because." he said briefly, "I don't need to often stay in class after school hours."
"So Dad thought you didn't like to stay and had to continue your studies after school." Showing little surprise in his intonation.
"At first I did, but now I like it." - Raka.
"Yes?"
He's nodding. "Bu Saras makes me feel special."
Saras has been in Raka's heart, that's the conclusion Garin came to.
Garin and Saras sit on the front steps, watching Raka and Jones jump around cheerfully on the trampoline in the available children's play area. Saras's legs were pulled tight and she hugged him tightly.
"Where at school do they keep asking you the same questions?" Garin started a casual conversation.
"Yes, but it has eased a lot from before." Answer Saras.
He shook his knees a few times. "Nursy even went to Raka at lunchtime and asked her many things about us." Adu Saras's.
"That's his habit, but he's basically just curious" Garin said.
"I think Nursy would have a good career if he worked in entertainment." Saras.
"You mean a gossip host or an admin of gossip news like a Lambe-lambean account?" Garin chuckles.
"I hope not, because I can't imagine how eager he is to get up in the morning and go home too late. And I'm sure you're the main topic in some of the content he's going to write." Saras chuckled at the busyness of his colleagues at the school.
"Had he been a novelist, maybe it would have been safer for us, he wouldn't have written our story so blatantly." Garin.
"Will anyone be interested in reading a love story like ours?" Ask Saras.
"Ah, I'll buy all Nursy's novels, if no one else will want to read the story he wrote."
The two of them continued to discuss things that might not be possible while enjoying the day that went on.
Garin offers Saras a visit that night to his house. It was the first time for Saras to be at Garin's house at night. During their dating, their nights are spent more in Saras' apartment.
On the way home Raka had already fallen asleep. When Saras tries to carry Raka when they arrive, Garin prevents her. "He's heavy, let me."
Saras then helps open the door to Raka's room, and follows Garin as she lays Raka on her bed.
The man kissed his son's forehead before leaving. Saras wanted to do it too, but he did not have enough courage to do.
As Garin moved out he just followed her.
Garin moved towards the bedroom followed by Saras behind him. When Garin started taking off the polo shirt he was wearing, Saras regained his senses, and turned around to come out nervously. But he hadn't stepped up yet, Garin held him back. "Stay here."
Saras' heart beat faster than usual, as he was pushed slowly by Garin to sit on the bed. This is the first time.
And the fact that he was in the room and the bed, where Garin and Maudy slept first.
