True Love Never Ends

True Love Never Ends
The Part 96

The clock is at 8pm, since this afternoon Azhar has not eaten anything and he only drank water a few times.

Without Nasha on his side making Azhar like a body without a soul, there is nothing he should guide in reading the Qur'an. No one whines about it, no one bothers and teases Azhar. No one confided to Azhar about this as Nasha always did, Nasha even confided because she was upset with the customer of her Ummi store who said she wanted to buy bread but in cancel, he said, nasha is wrapped. And Azhar will ask Nasha to be patient then comfort her.

After the Isya prayer, Azhar settles down on the prayer. He felt empty without Nasha in his arms, not feeling Azhar's tears flowing so fast. Making a cool pot under her wet from Azhar's tears.

"Oh Allah, my Nasha, O Allah." cried Azhar complaining with a very hurt feeling. His moaning trembled, he clasped the prayer beads in his hand so tightly, holding so stifling a feeling that "You are All-knowing and You are All-fair, your weak and helpless servant pleads for Your justice, O Lord..."

Azhar can't imagine how Nasha is in a holding cell right now, alone. Nasha must be very sad and scared, can Nasha sleep? Has Nasha eaten? The question made Azhar's heart more congested and he turned back his prayer beads, his lips continued to murmur dhikr and his heart continued to plead for his Rabb to pity himself and his wife.

On the other hand, Nasha could only lie down with her unceasing tears flowing. She could only pray and hope that her husband would be able to get her out of this terrible place. Nasha was very hopeful, the next night she could go back to sleep in her husband's arms.

Because he could not sleep, Nasha spread the peace that Azhar brought for him and his mukena complete with prayer beads and his Qur'an. Nasha chose to pray two rakaats and then she prayed with tears that were not stopping.

"Hamba begged, O Rabb.." he pleaded so softly, his eyes were already so swollen from his crying. He raised his trembling hand to heaven "Azhar said, You say in the Qur'an. If your servant seeks You then surely You are so close, and now your helpless Servant needs You, O Lord. Azhar also said, You said, that You will grant the prayer of your Servant. And now, Servant is right to plead, show Your justice for your weak danger. You know what is true and what is not, the Servant pleads with You"

A prison warden overhears Nasha's voice in prayer, he approaches and notices Nasha praying fervently.

"Oh my God, did he really hurt someone for no reason?" the warden asked himself, seeing Nasha like this, he felt it was impossible for Nasha to hurt someone for no reason. Nasha's tears, Nasha's fears, and Nasha's anger are also in the interrogation about the incident. Given all that, the warden felt that what Nasha said was true. He was just defending himself.

After praying, Nasha laid herself down on top. He curled up sideways, mukena and as wet as his tears.

....... ...

Nasha was still curled up in the corner of the holding cell, enduring the chill that swept through her body and enduring the tightness, pain and fear that still surrounded her heart. Until a prison warden called her who made Nasha immediately rise to his feet.

"Some one wants to see you" the warden exclaimed, then he opened the cell door and led Nasha to follow.

While in the meeting room, Nasha immediately shed her tears seeing the people she loved were there. Husband, sister, best friend and his two beloved in-laws.

"Nasha.." cried Elin and she immediately embraced Nasha, Nasha was not able to hold her sobs in the arms of her best friend.

"Are you angry?" asked Nasha with a hoarse voice. Elin also broke her embrace and she immediately hit Nasha's cheek softly.

"Still angry, because you attacked the target wrongly. You're a prospective doctor, you know which part of it should be said to end the patient's life in a few seconds.." Elin's tease that even managed to make Nasha laugh.

"Yes, that makes sense. You hold the weapon, but soon it will be revealed why you have to hold it" comfort Elin and Nasha smiled amusedly.

"Sister.." Harry hugged Nasha "Elin right now, brother. I should have just killed him" Harry exclaimed angrily.

"Shhttt, don't be like that, Har.." said Nasha and now he looked at Azhar, staring at her longingly. So too with Azhar.

Harry let go of his embrace and now Nasha immediately rushed into Azhar's embrace, in Azhar Nasha's embrace again showing his slump and fear. She came back crying sadly. Azhar held Nasha tightly, rubbing her back to calm Nasha down.

"Take me out of here, Azhar. I beg you.." whined Nasha "Last night I couldn't sleep, I was so scared" Nasha said in a trembling voice.

"Calm down, honey. We are all trying to get you out of here" Azhar said, "You have patience, God will not allow injustice to happen to you, God willing" entertain Azhar while wiping Nasha's tears.

"We bring food, clothes and blankets for you, son" exclaimed Ummi Rifa as he rubbed Nasha's shoulder "You eat yes, let's get sick"

Nasha just nodded weakly and tried to stop crying.

"Don't be sad, you're not alone" Abi Fadlan said as she rubbed her daughter-in-law's head "You're a strong woman, aren't you?" her question and Nasha nodded while forcing herself to smile.

.........

Ms. Anjana was very distrustful of the news that was circulating about Nasha, as well as Hanin. Although Hanin did not know Nasha very well, but Hanin was sure his lecturer's wife was unlikely to do such a thing.

"I'd love to know if Nasha is really my daughter or not" exclaimed Bu Anjana.

"But it can't do a DNA test at a time like this, Ma. Nasha and her family are in a state of calamity" Hanin exclaimed.

"Yes, Mama knows, Hanin. Mama can only hope Nasha is right Mama's daughter, Nin. Last night Mama couldn't sleep, kept thinking about Nasha. Mama could feel what Nasha was feeling in the cell. Too bad for her, do you think Nasha can do something bad?"

"Know I can't, Ma. What's more his wife Pak Azhar, Mr. Azhar is a very sholeh man and I'm very sure he must have guided Nasha to be a sholeh woman as well" Hanin and Bu Anjana replied nodding in understanding.

"Tomorrow we look at Nasha, Nin. Wanna come?"

"Yes, Ma. All with Mera, because I had heard Mera's phone with Harry. She seemed to be worried about Nasha too" Hanin replied, which made her mother frown, feeling disbelief if Mera was worried about Nasha who she considered a mortal enemy.
