Nearly two hours of time spent by Mr Riyan on a plane from Singapore to Indonesia. Now, he is already in his homeland, precisely at one of the international airports in Jakarta. No one knew of his arrival today, including his parents.
It's so sudden. I don't know what message the mother sent in her phone to make Meisya decide to ask her to leave the woman's life.
After two hours of deactivation, Riyan re-activated the phone. Although he was sure the message would no longer be on the phone, he checked it anyway. Just as she expected, Meisya had deleted the message that her mother had sent her.
Riyan continued to step out of the airport building while pulling the small suitcase containing her clothes. His goal is not the home of his parents, however, the second home of Meisya's parents. I don't know, until this moment, he still feels fully responsible for the woman's life.
"Om Erland." Said Riyan surprised when he found the man who had the same profession as himself, already standing at the airport exit.
"May has called Om. And ask for help to pick you up here." Said the man. Although the look of disappointment was so obvious in his old eyes, however, a warm smile remained visible on his lips.
"I'm sorry, Riyan, Om." Riyan said guiltily.
"We're still human. And man is the wrong place." Answer the man. "Come, Meisya asks Om to drive you to the orphanage where the girl is." Reciprocity.
Riyan sneered at this sentence that had just spoken from the lips of the man before him. If he could ask the power, he would give whatever was in his life, exchanging a happiness for Meisya. He will do anything, that God may give a happy life to the woman.
"Come on." Take Erland again.
Riyan nodded obediently, then stepped up to follow the man who should have been his father-in-law from behind.
Life, death and soul mate. These three destinies no one would be able to guess. Truly, during these three months, he never once again thought about his life with Zahra. He will only continue to insist on staying with Meisya, and give happy as he promised the woman first.
However, everything that had been in his mind so far was inversely proportional to the reality he was facing right now. Although he did not know for sure if Zahra would be willing to take him back, but to be reunited with the woman, it no longer crossed his mind at all during these three months.
"Mother." Riyan was surprised to find that his parents were also in the airport parking lot.
"Om Erland and Aunt Friska came to the house and said you were on your way back here." Eliana explained why she was at the airport. "Is Meisya okay?" Ask her.
Riyan shook his head.
"He still needs a lot of rest. Doctors advise not to use his legs excessively." Riyan answered honestly. He bowed deeply, feeling guilty to both parents for the p he did today. "Are we going straight to the orphanage?" Ask her again.
"Zahra wasn't there. Dad has come to the orphanage, but Zahra is at her tant house in Palembang." Answer Eliana.
"Sir Riska and Brother Erland went home first. Bang Ken and I will pick up Zahra to Palembang, later if we are already in Jakarta, I will understand Brother." Eliana.
Friska nodded in understanding. After all, Palembang is indeed very far away.
Erland and Friska finally banded home first. While Riyan and her mother got into the car and left the place, to the company where her father was.
On the way, Riyan continued to concentrate with the steering wheel in his hand. The car that kept driving on the road, looked so quiet. The mother and son simply enjoyed their composure without anyone initiating the conversation.
For three months, this was the first time they had ever met again and the bus was communicating. As long as Riyan chose to go to Singapore, Eliana had never contacted her son at all. Except a few hours ago to tell you about Zahra's pregnancy. If there was anything he wanted to do for this son, he immediately contacted the person he wanted to ask for help, without speaking first with Riyan.
"Mom, aren't you going to be angry again?" Riyan asked when the car he was driving had stopped in his office.
"still. Especially when she heard that Zahra was pregnant. Father did not even care about his body being so tired, and immediately went to Bogor to meet Zahra. However, said the mother of the home, Zahra has been in Palembang for two months." Answer Eliana. "So, if you're still scolding you, understand. No parent would not be disappointed if he found a son he trusted so much, doing such a bad thing. Mom and Dad never taught you to be greedy." Reciprocity.
Riyan took in a breath that was so heavy. It's hard for her to get through, but it's true the mother said of her greedy self. He wanted to embrace both of them in his hands, but he knew it was impossible for a man who was still minimal about religion like himself.
Maybe he can be fair when it comes to finances. No matter how much money Zahra and Meisya needed, it might be easy for him to meet. Not with both feelings.
"That's Dad's waiting. Let's get down." Eliana pointed at someone who was standing at the main door of the company.
Even though his heart continued to pound as if he wanted to jump out of place, Riyan still forced his steps to follow the Mother to someone who was waiting for their arrival.
"And I said let me pick you up later." Eliana went into Kenan's arms.
Riyan stared at the relationship of his parents who never got into big trouble during the marriage. The relationship between the two is still the same as when they were easy.
"You drove yourself to the airport?" Kenan asked with a worried look. He then grabbed his wife's shoulder, and brought her inside.
Riyan could only remain silent, while following his parents from behind. It was obvious that his father was still angry with him. The disappointment on the face that was so similar to her was, still so clearly visible.
But it is true said the mother. Anger is a natural thing, and he must be ready to accept it.
