Don't Take Him Off

Shaka is still awake. I don't know why tonight was so hard for him to close his eyes. He kept thinking about Kira's behavior that was getting weird lately. Not to mention hearing Kira's request which to him was so frightening.

Shaka tightened his embrace on Kira. Sometimes he kissed his wife's forehead and lips. Today he was very worried about Kira's state that looked very pale. But his wife insisted that he was fine.

Suddenly Kira's body wriggled slowly. His body seemed to be shivering and he muttered indistinctly.

"Darling..?? Hey.. are you okay..??" Tanya Shaka tries to wake Kira up.

".... Pierre.." -.." Gumam Kira lirih called out the name of her late first husband.

Shaka frowned hearing his wife calling Pierre's name after a long time.

"You're coming again, ma'am.....   You... picked me up..??" Mumbled Kira again.

Shaka is very surprised to hear Kira delirious. He immediately let go of his embrace and tried to wake Kira up. He felt Kira's body was so cold with a pale face and blue lips.

"ABOUT THE..!! Kira.. wake up, baby." Call Shaka panic.

"Mas..  I'm in.." Kira muttered again in her sleep.

"No. no. Don't say that. Don't go with Pierre. I beg. KIRAAAA..!!" Shaka shouted continuously to his wife with a face that was already filled with tears.

Shaka grew even more terrified as he felt Kira's body continue to shiver. He lifted the blanket to lift his wife's body. His eyes widened when he saw the lower part of Kira's body drenched in blood.

"Darling, hang on. I'll take you to the hospital." Shaka said sobbing.

Shaka lifted Kira's body and rushed her out of the room. Her heart shrunk every time she heard Kira calling her late first husband's name.

"Papa..??!!" Call Rania who looks out of her room.

"Rania, quickly wake up..!! Tell mama the bleeding. Call oom Yudha to the hospital now..!!" Shaka shouted while running carrying the weakened Kira.

Rania was surprised to see Kira's body drenched in blood. He immediately ran over and banged hard on Darius and Edna's bedroom door.

"YESYY..!! WHOA..!!" Rania Shouts.

"Rania, what are these nights like..??" Edna asked, still half conscious.

"Eyang. mama. I just took my mom to the hospital. Papa says oom Yudha has to go to the hospital now." Said Rania with a sob.

"What..??!! Oh..!! Papa.. wake up, mom..!!" Edna cried while shaking the body of Darius who was still asleep. The man's body seemed to be writhing slowly.

"Papa..!! Wake up..!! Kira's hemorrhaging. Shaka took her to the hospital..!!" It was Edna who made Darius sober.

"Yeahahh..!! Call Yudha and Adam..!! We're going to the hospital now..!!" Darius jumped out of his bed.

Rania was crying hysterically at the thought of her mother's weak and bloodied body. Her small body was resting on the floor because her legs felt unable to support her body. Rania tried to get up but both of her legs kept shaking.

"YESAME..!! MOMMY..!!" Shouted Rania calling her mother.

"Jeez, Rania..!! Why are you..??!!" Adit and Radit wake up hearing Rania cry.

"Mama, brother. Mamma..  Mama's bleeding and not conscious..!! Papa take mom to the hospital." Rania exclaimed amidst her cries and made Dit-dit surprised her.

"Adit, get up in Lastri and bi Inah..!!" Radit's orders are firm.

Radit sat down beside Rania and hugged her sister's body, crying in fear. Adit rushes to wake up Bi Lastri and bi Inah to help take care of their three younger siblings.

"Eyang..??" Call Radit when you see Darius and Edna out of the room.

"Radit, he wants to come to the hospital. You and Adit take care of your brothers..  Call Edo and tell him about your mother." Said Edna. Radit nodded as he continued to hug the body of Rania who was still crying.

Shaka drove his car at high speed. Occasionally he saw Kira who was lying weakly in the back bench. The quiet atmosphere of the road made it to Orchid faster.

"Tolooooong..!! Docteeer..!!" Shaka shouted for help after entering the Emergency Installation.

Yudha and several doctors ran up to him with a gurney. Shaka immediately put down Kira's body. His hand trembled as he felt Kira's body being so weak as if there was no life in it.

"Dear, please hold on. I love you." Shaka then kissed Kira's forehead before being taken to the action room.

"Saka..!! Where's Kira..??" Edna asked who had arrived with Darius.

"While handled, ma." Shaka replied with a face that looked so frustrating.

"What actually happened..?? Why is Kira bleeding..??" Ask Darius.

"I don't know, pa. It was all okay. Suddenly during sleep Kira deliriously called Pierre's name and said she wanted to come with him. At that time I realized Kira's body was so cold. When I opened the blanket to take her to the hospital, it turned out that she was bleeding." Shaka said with a trembling voice.

"Pierre, please don't take Kira. I beg you." Shaka lirih said. He covered his face with both hands in desperation.

Darius hugged Edna's shoulder from the side. The woman continued to be silent and seemed calm as if resigned to whatever would happen to her daughter. He recalled the day before talking to Kira. His daughter spoke as if she were giving a final message.

"Ma, thank you for pregnant and giving birth to me. He also took care of and raised me lovingly. I'm sorry, I haven't been able to do anything to repay all the affection of mom and dad. I love you all so much."

Kira said at that moment while hugging him tightly. Now those words kept ringing in his mind like a song that kept replaying.

"Daddy..!! Oh..!!" Call Edo who's coming with Hans. Edo's heart breaks to see the blood in Shaka's body. He knelt before Shaka who was sitting with a glaring look.

"Edo." Call Shaka lirih. He hugged Edo tightly.

"Mommy will be fine. He'll definitely survive, Ed." Shaka said with a choked voice.

"sorry. Is Mr. Adam or Edna's mother here..??" Ask a nurse.

"I'm Edna, sus." Answer Edna.

"Bu Kirana needs a transfusion. Please come with me." The nurse said.

"Mr..!!" Call Adam who seems to be running towards his family.

"Let me, ma. Mama wait here." Adam then followed the nurse to donate his blood.

Kira looked around. He knows the place. He was under a banyan tree that was in the compound of Rendra and Pierre headquarters first. The place where he and Pierre first met. He even wears the same clothes he used to wear. Kira smiles. He went back to that place. A place full of memories.

"Kira." Call a man.

Kira. He could not believe that he would hear that voice again after so long. Kira turned to the origin of the voice and saw the figure of the man who until now was still very much missed.

" Dude..!!" Seru Kira called Pierre while splashing in the arms of the man.

They hugged each other for so long as they were afraid to lose each other again.

"You're coming again, ma'am. I'm kangen. Are you going to take me away now..?? You're gonna pick me up..??" Ask Kira expectantly. Pierre just smiled as he tightened his embrace.

"Do you still want to go with me..??" Ask Pierre.

"certain. Why do you keep asking that..?? How many times have you asked me my answer remains the same. I want to be with you, Mom. I don't want to be away from you anymore. Let me come with you." Pinta Kira started sobbing.

"Not now, baby." Said Pierre releasing his embrace and cupping Kira's face.

"Why..?? Don't you love me anymore..??" Ask Kira.

"I love you so much. And I want to be with you. But not now. Go home. He loves you so much and they still need you so much." Said Pierre again.

Kira frowned with a mind filled with questions. Pierre grabbed Kira's shoulder and gently turned her body. In the distance, Shaka plays with his children. Then Shaka turned towards her and shouted to her.

"ABOUT THE..!!" Call Shaka by waving a hand to call Kira. His face looks so sad.

"See. They're waiting for you. Shaka loves you too." Pierre's whisper was soft in Kira's ear.

"Shaka..?? Who's she..?? Who are those kids...??" Tanya Kira does not recognize her family.

"I'm so..!!" Call Shaka again. This time tears washed the face of an unknown man.

"Go there. You'll remember them, baby." Persuaded Pierre.

"My lady..!! Come back..!!" Shaka shouted again With a face that looked so desperate.

"But I want to be here with you, ma'am. Anyway I don't want to go. I don't want to split with you anymore. I want to come with you, mas..!!" Pinta Kira with increasingly loud cries.

"Go home. I will always be waiting for you. I'm building our house. Later when the time comes, we will occupy the house together. We and our families." Pierre said while pointing at Shaka and his children.

"He has built a house so beautiful for me with every prayer. And there he built a beautiful home for you and your family. While waiting for the time to come, I will build a big and beautiful house for all of us. With the prayer you always send me." Pierre. Such a warm and soothing smile bloomed on his handsome face.

"But mas..??" Kira said doubtfully.

"Come to them, baby. You will definitely remember everything. This isn't your place. Not yet." Persuade Pierre again.

"When will we meet again..??" Tanya Kira still sobbed.

"I don't know. But not now." Pierre answered while gently stroking Kira's head and cheeks.

"What if I miss you..??" Ask Kira again.

"As you have always done. They'll always treat your longing." Pierre replied pointing towards Dit-dit who was playing.

"Go home. Meet family. Our family." Persuade Pierre again.

Kira walked slowly towards Shaka and their children. For a moment Kira stopped and turned back towards Pierre. She saw her late husband smiling and nodding. Kira walked back, then slowly started running. The closer he gets to Shaka. The memory of Shaka continues to fill his head and blur his sadness at his separation from Pierre.

"Shaka..!!" Shouted Kira calling her husband. Somehow the distance between him and Shaka felt so far away. Kira is running faster. It felt like he could not wait to get to Shaka.

After Adam donated his blood, they were still waiting for a while. Yudha and Doctor Mira came out of the action room with tired faces.

"How's..??" Shaka asked impatiently.

"Alhamdulillah.. Kira can hold on. If it was a little late, maybe the results would be different. But now Kira's condition is stable. We just have to wait for him to wake up. I also called Dr. Joseph. He'll be here on the first flight back to see Kira." Yudha.

"What about the baby..??" Ask Shaka again.

"Kandungan bu Kirana is fine. The baby can be saved. Given that Kirana's mother is still 26 weeks old, it is very vulnerable for babies despite being born by caesarean section. Fortunately the children were very strong and could survive in their mother's womb. It seems they are determined to remain born into this world." Doctor Mira explained.

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief because Kira and her babies could survive. At least for now.
