"Gosh..!!"
Shaka turned to the origin of the voice that called out to him. Alex came with three other people. One of them is a WNA man who is Alex's co-worker.
"Hi.. I'm Jason. I heard about your wife from Alex. I'm really sorry to hear that. (Hey.. I'm Jason. I heard about your wife from Alex. I was saddened to hear this)" Jason said, approaching Shaka and introducing himself.
"I'm Shaka, Alex's bestfriend. I'm so grateful for your willing to help us. (I'm Shaka, Alex's best friend. I'm really grateful that you're willing to help us)." Shaka answered eloquently.
"Naaaaah. It's my pleasure. I'm a family man and I love my wife so much. I could't imagine if this happened to her. (That's it. don't think about it. I'm glad I could help. I have a family and I also love my wife very much. I can't imagine this happening to her)." Jason Sahut.
"Thank you's. (Thank you)." Shaka.
Shaka approached the other two and thanked them for being willing to help his family. The three men hurriedly followed the nurse who led them to the blood donation room.
That night the waiting room of the operating room was crowded with people who loved Kira and Shaka. Kira's parents and her four siblings, along with Angel, wife of Adam and Amanda, wife of Yudha. Shaka's two older brothers, Adrian and Alena. Edo, Hans, sisters Hani, Rosi, Leo, and Alex. Justin came with Julian, Pasha, and the rest of the Autumn River members because he got the news just as their concert that night was over. They all came to support Kira and Shaka. Everyone in the room did not stop praying for the safety of Kira and her two children.
"I think it's gonna be okay. It used to be that death even approached her, but she managed to hold out for you and your children. This time he'll survive too." Julian said he was trying to strengthen Shaka.
"Yes. Kira has to survive. He promised me he would fight to survive. Julian knew that Kira was the one who always kept his word. So he'll definitely survive. Aren't you, brother..??" Sahut Shaka with a face full of hope and also fear.
"We pray that everything goes well." Julian said as he patted Shaka's shoulder softly.
Soon there was the sound of crying babies and followed by the next cry. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief and hugged each other in happiness over the birth of both of Kira's babies. Edna went straight to Shaka and hugged him to congratulate him. The woman could not even stop crying from being moved.
"Kirana's patient family." Call a nurse.
"I'm her husband, sus." Shaka replied as he walked quickly closer to the nurse.
"Congratulations, sir. Twins, a pair of boys and girls." The nurse said with a smile. Two nurses were holding two babies wrapped in blue and pink blankets.
"This is his son, sir. Handsome and beautiful like their parents." Said one of the nurses holding the two babies.
Shaka grabbed her baby daughter and carried her carefully. His tears did not stop flowing because he was happy with the birth of his two children. After Shaka recites the adhan for his daughter and kisses the baby's face, Shaka gives it to Edna who wants to hold her and turns to her son. Shaka read the adhan to his baby boy and smiled as he looked at the baby in his carrier and the baby girl in Edna's sling.
"Welcome, Aldhebaran Althaf Rahardian and Adara Alethea Rahardian. Your name has the same meaning, the star of life. And that's you guys. A star that will always shine beautifully in our lives. Guiding us and showing us the direction to ever more perfect happiness." Shaka whispered with a voice stuck to his son and several times kissed the two little angels who were present in the black fog that was surrounding their families.
Shaka and Edna then return the two babies to the nurse to be taken to the nursery.
"How's my wife doing, sus..??" Shaka asked expectantly.
"Please do whatever it takes to help my wife, sus." Pinta Shaka with a face of despair.
"We'll try, sir. Let's all pray that Kirana's mom survives." The nurse's.
"Thank you, sus." Shaka.
The nurse re-enters the operating room while Shaka re-joins her family and friends in the waiting room.
"So you're the same Kira is already ready a name for your children..??" Leo asked trying to break the gloomy atmosphere in the waiting room. Shaka smiled and looked at Leo.
"Gue is the same Kira already ready names for twin boys, twin girls, also for a pair like Aldhebaran and Adara." Shaka answered and then his eyes looked back at the light above the operating room door. Hope to hear some good news about his wife soon.

Kira tried to open her eyes that felt heavy. She hears Shaka's voice calling out to her and whispers love. Slowly Kira opened her eyes and the hospital's distinctive scent entered her sense of smell.
Shaka's face was the first sight Kira had seen. The man seemed to be grabbing something that was on top of Kira's headboard. Shaka stroked Kira's forehead and brought her face closer, a look of immense relief implied on her husband's face.
"Hey.." Shaka's whisper over Kira's lips then clasped their foreheads and began to sob.
"Yes God.thank God.." Shaka said and kissed Kira's face.
"How do you feel..?? Is anyone sick..??" Ask Shaka. Kira could only shake weakly.
"Don't force yourself. You're still too weak." Shaka said while stroking Kira's face.
"Ba. yi. her.." Kira lirih. A single tear fell from the corner of his eye.
"They're fine, baby. Aldhebaran and Adara are very healthy." Shaka calms his wife.
Kira smiled faintly. She's happy. Moreover, Shaka indirectly tells that their baby is a pair of men and women. Doctor Hafidz, one of the doctors who had been handling it all this time seemed to enter the room with 2 nurses. Shaka gives the doctor space to check on Kira's condition. Kira's eyes again felt heavy and slowly closed. She could hear the conversation between the doctor and Shaka.
"Kirana's bu condition for now is fine. Overall, her vital condition was good. Once the condition is fully recovered we can start chemotherapy and immediately do a spinal cord graft." Doctor Hafidz said.
Kira went back to sleep but she was happy to hear Hafidz's explanation. She is happy because her two children are fine. Now it was time for him to fight to stay alive. For the people he loves. For family. They still needed him, especially now that there were two life stars that would definitely rely heavily on him. Also for the husband who loves him and loves him so much.
