Kira hugged Adit tightly. Today Adit will leave for Magelang accompanied by Rendra and his family. Kira wants to be able to join up to the academy gate, but Yudha forbids Kira because she has to maintain health conditions for the preparation of stem cell planting. "Promise." Sahut Adit then linked their pinkies. Adit lowers Nara and hugs Rania.

"Titip mama, papa, brother Edo, and our sisters. Take good care of them, Ra." Adit Message. Rania smiled and looked at Adit with teary eyes.

"certain. Adit doesn't have to worry. The important thing is Adit take good care of himself during the academy." Rania said, bringing her face closer.

"Don't let them mess with Adit." Rania's whisper was slow but firm. Adit laughed at Rania's orders.

After saying goodbye to his family, Adit and Rendra entered the gate. They will take a flight to Jogja and stay there before Rendra deliver Adit to the academy in Magelang.

Shaka hugged Kira's shoulder tightly. She knew at this moment Kira must be sad because her two sons went far away. While Edo decided to temporarily stay in Indonesia because he wanted to develop his workshop that was increasingly crowded.

"But you're young, Bie. As for me, at my age right now it's only a matter of time until I go through menopause. That's why I refuse to be sterile. So don't do it, Bie. I beg you." Pinta Kira's.

"We don't know when you're going through menopause. You could get pregnant again. After all you have given me eight angels who are my source of happiness." Shaka Sahut.

"Then let me do sterile. It was just a light operation. I don't even need to be hospitalized after surgery." Kira said without hesitation.

"You may feel like you're still holding out to get back to the operating table. But I can't see it. I've seen enough pain." Sahut Shaka while sticking their forehead.

"You're 33 years old." Bisik Kira's.

"What if they fail and I get sick again...??" Ask Kira.

"Are you really sure of your decision..??" Ask Kira to make sure. She desperately hoped Shaka would change her mind.

"I'm sure." Shaka answered without hesitation. Kira hugged Shaka's body tightly.

"I love you, Bie." Kira muttered in Shaka's arms.

"I knew. And I never doubted that." Shaka said as he swung their bodies.

Shaka, Edo, and Kira's family walk with the gurney that will lead Kira to take action. Only Yudhi was absent because he was in the Netherlands to follow his wife with their two children.

Kira seemed excited because she was so eager to get well soon and return to take care of her family.

"sorry. The family must wait outside." Said one of the nurses.

"Don't worry. I'll be inside to make sure everything goes well." Yudha calmed his family. Not far from them, doctor Joseph, a doctor from Germany who helped deal with Kira, seemed to be shaking hands with Darius and Hans.

"Bie, relax. I'll be fine." Kira said as she stroked Shaka's hand that was within her grasp.

"Fight. I'm sure after this everything will be fine." Shaka said then kissed Kira on the forehead. Yudha patted Shaka on the shoulder to remind him that Kira should come in soon.

Shaka continued to walk back and forth in the waiting room. Sometimes he sat. Not long. Because after that Shaka again walked agitatedly. Shaka continued to pay attention to the door of the action room. Suddenly he remembered so many memories with Kira and it just made his feelings become unpleasant.

Shaka immediately approached when he heard the sound of the door being opened. He saw Yudha coming out with a gloomy face.

"Yudha, what is it..?? How's Kira..??" Ask Shaka. Yudha shook her head slowly before speaking.

"Kira's body reacts so quickly. The cells in his body instantly reject the implanted stem cells to make Kira's condition decrease." Yudha answered with a face that looked pale.

"What do you mean..?? Didn't you say Kira will be fine..??!!" Shaka cried with a thunderous voice.

"Shaka, relax. Let Yudha explain everything to completion." Sela Rendra mediates.

"Joseph's doctor is trying to stabilize Kira." Yudha said as she patted Shaka on the shoulder and went back into the room.

Edo leads Shaka back to his seat. Shaka hung back for a moment, then covered his face with both hands and started sobbing. Shaka took a few deep breaths, trying to calm himself down. Shaka continued to chant the prayer in his heart. Hope God will hear his request not to take Kira from his life.
