Shaka looked at Kira who was holding a bottle of milk for Dara. Because of health conditions and also the drugs consumed Kira is not recommended to breastfeed both babies. Shaka himself is currently holding Bara who is fast asleep.

"Hey. honey, slow down. Be calm. No one's gonna ask for your milk." Kira chuckles to see Dara who drinks greedily and looks hasty.

"Why..??" Shaka asked as he walked closer to Kira's bed.

"Look at the way he drinks, Bie. She drank greedily as if afraid that someone would take her milk." Kira answered while laughing.

"Hey, pretty. Papa can still buy a lot of milk for you. So just relax drink it. Don't be afraid to run out." Shaka said arrogantly.

"IIiiish.. What the hell is it, Bie..??" Kira murmur.

There was a knocking on the door. It turns out that Kate and Simon came to see Kira and her two children. Kira smiles at Kate's belly that looks distended at 25 weeks' gestation. The newlywed couple who can be said to be new looks happy.

Two months before, Kate and Simon were married. Although it was colored drama because Arian who still could not accept the marriage. The man even had time to block the car that took Kate to the wedding blessing place. Luckily the Janssen family had anticipated the possibility so they could thwart the actions of Arian.

The wedding itself went well. Arian finally gave up and chose to make peace with his family. He only hoped that he would still be able to meet his son even though he was not recognized as the father of his own flesh and blood.

"Sir Kira, how are you and the twins..??" Kate asked as she clasped Kira's skinny hand.

"Thank God we're good, Kate. How about you..?? Do you already know the sex of your baby..??" Kira asked back.

"Our baby's a girl, brother." Kate replied with a sparkling face while talking about her baby.

"Does Kate have cravings..??" Shaka asked Simon who was answered with a soft laugh by the man.

"During pregnancy Kate wants to keep the gurame fish alive and should not be eaten. Just so you know. Now in our house there is a large fish pond full of carp." Simon replied that immediately made Kate pout.

"But those fish look funny, honey." Kate said with lips forward 5 inches.

"Iyaaa. funny.. gemesin. kayak you if you are craving again." Tempt Simon and make his wife more sulky.

"But that's still not how much. One night Kate asked to buy Bogor Pineapple which was purchased directly from Bogor. You can imagine midnight me and brother Herman had to go to Bogor to buy pineapple but when he got home he was crying because he said I could leave him alone at midnight." Simon said without looking upset.

It seems Simon really enjoyed his role as a husband and father-to-be. Shaka and Kira laugh at Simon's outpouring of heart.

"Who's their name..??" Kate asked to switch the conversation.

"This beautiful girl is Adara Alethea Rahardian, she is called Dara. And the handsome man whose father Aldhebaran Althaf Rahardian was holding, he called Bara." Answer Kira.

"Why Bara..?? Isn't it better AL..??" Ask Kate to wonder.

"I don't want my son to be likened to the soap opera character who is going viral. It's appropriate for them anyway. Dara and Bara. Like their brothers, Radit and Adit." Answer Kira. Shaka just chuckles at his wife's babbling.

"Then how is Kira's health now..??" Kate asked with an anxious face because she saw the face of Kira who always looks pale and feels cold.

"My condition did drop until finally the children had to be born sooner. But now my condition is stable again. Yudha and the team of doctors who treated me are arranging a schedule for chemotherapy as well as a spinal cord graft." Kira's reply looked so optimistic.

"I'm sure Kira's brother will be fine and get well soon. Kira's sister is a strong and tough woman." Kate said encouragingly.

"Thank you, Kate." Kira Sahut.

Shaka who was sitting next to Kira kissed his wife's forehead.

"You can do it, baby. I love you." Shaka said while kissing Kira's cheek.

The bara who felt disturbed looked wriggling and slowly opened his eyes. The tiny baby seemed to be frowning as if trying to recognize anyone who was in the room.

"It's funny. Can I hold her..??" Pinta Kate's.

"certain." Shaka answered and gave Bara to Kate.

Kate looks so enthusiastic when carrying Bara. She imagined what it would be like to hold her own baby. Kate can't wait for her child to be born.

"Hi, handsome. Hold still. Why is Bara similar to Oom Darius, brother..??" Ask Kate to wonder.

Shaka grunted in annoyance. Kate is the umpteenth person who says that Bara looks a lot like Darius instead of him. Even Dara had a Darius-like facial line even though her eyes and lips resembled Kira's. Only Shaka's nose was clearly printed on Dara's face. Kira just giggled at the annoyed face of her husband.

Suddenly Shaka's HP rang. Both of Shaka's eyebrows are linked when he sees a foreign number contacting him. Shaka preferred to reject the call. Not how many same numbers back contact him.

"Just say it, Bie. Who knows how important." Kira said.

"I'll be out for a while to pick up this call. You guys just keep talking." Pamit Shaka's.

Shaka exits the president suite where Kira is being treated. He picked up the phone as he walked towards the waiting room on the floor.

"Hello.. Good day." Sapa Shaka's.

"Go to the back of the cafe opposite the hospital." Voice command across the phone. The baritone voice of a man sounded so cold.

"Just do my orders if you want your friends to be safe." The voice command again.

"Bre..!! Don't mess with me..!!" Shaka Umbat.

"I've been playing with you for too long, Shaka. Don't you want to know who is the one who keeps sending terror to you..??" Ask the guy.

"So you're the one..??!! Don't be a coward. Come face me right now if you have a problem with me..!!" Shaka Seru.

"There's a message coming in. Read it..!!" The man's orders again.

Shaka rushes to open the incoming message without hanging up. His eyes widened as he looked at the photo of Alex and Leo unconscious with their hands and feet tied. Both of his best friends appeared to be injured in some parts of their bodies.

"Let go of my friends..!!" Furious Shaka.

"Come to the back of the cafe opposite the hospital right now." The man's heart.

Shaka rushed towards the elevator which brought him down to the ground floor. He ran out of the hospital complex and then crossed into the cafe in question. Shaka stood in front of the cafe and looked around. He saw a hallway right next to the cafe. He passed through the hallway to reach the back of the building where the cafe turned out to be a parking lot. When he got there he saw no one, the place was so quiet. There were only a line of cars and 3 parking attendants in the distance seemed to be busy talking.

"Saka." I heard someone calling. Shaka immediately turned to the origin of the voice.

BUUUG..!!

Suddenly the man hit hard on Shaka's head. The unprepared Shaka immediately fell unconscious. His head was injured and bleeding. There were some people who were there too. They rush to put Shaka's body into the car they prepared.

Kira's so agitated. It had been almost 1 hour for Shaka to come out of his room to pick up the phone. Usually, when receiving a call about Shaka's work, it can take even hours. But somehow the feeling is not good. He felt something was wrong.

"Simon, can you help me..?? Please call Shaka." Pinta Kira's.

"alright. I'm going out looking for him. You guys wait here." Simon's Sahut.

"Be careful, honey." Said Kate.

"Darling, I just came out of this room to look for Shaka." Simon rolled his eyes.

"Stay away. Be careful..!!" Kate said again.

"Yesa. yaaa.." Simon kisses Kate on the cheek and exits Kira's room.

Simon circulates his gaze to look for Shaka, but he does not see the man anywhere. He walks around the floor looking for Shaka, but still does not find her. Simon tried to ask a cleaning service officer. Not so difficult for him because it turns out that the person recognizes Shaka as the husband of Kira, the son of the owner of the hospital as well as the older brother of the main director of Orchid Hospital.

Simon followed the cleaning service officer's instructions, saying Shaka appeared to have entered the elevator in a hurry. He also said that Shaka had argued with the person who spoke to him on the phone. Simon was worried to hear the man's words.

Arriving on the first floor Simon again asked the security officer who apparently saw Shaka coming out of the hospital and seemed to cross the road. Simon follows Shaka's lead again as directed by the security guard.

Simon stood in front of a cafe. For a moment he seemed hesitant and decided to enter the cafe. He circulates his gaze to find Shaka, but the man is not there either.

Simon picks up his HP and calls Shaka. He hears Shaka's ringtone sound from one of the visitor's desks, but ignores it because it could have been the same person using the same ringtone. Simon ended the call because it had not been lifted. He was suspicious because at the same time the HP that had sounded had also stopped making noises. Simon tried to call back and again heard the sound of Shaka's HP ringtone from the same direction.

Simon followed the origin of the voice. He saw a group of teenagers in white gray uniforms were busy talking. He looked at one of the teenage boys who looked pale and agitated. Simon rushed over when he saw the young man standing up and left his friends.

"HEY..!! YOU..!!" Simon called the young man.

The person in question looked increasingly nervous and started running. Simon turned around the room to stop him. He immediately pulled the young man's arm down. Simon pulled hard on his collar until the young man stood up from the fall.

"Where's Shaka..??" Ask Simon.

"Sa. I don't know Shaka, oom." The teenager was terrified.

"Don't lie to you..??" Simon said as he searched the young man. He found Shaka's HP in one of his pants pockets.

"What's this..?? whose HP did you bring..?? ANSWER..!!" Simon's snapping made the young man even more frightened.

Simon didn't care even though they had been the center of attention at the cafe. Even the young man's friends and 2 cafe employees seemed to start approaching them.

"I. ti. don't know, oom." The young man answered, getting more frightened.

"Now tell me where is this HP owner..??!!" Simon cried.

"I don't know, oom. I found this HP in the parking lot. This HP was lying there and there was no one in the parking lot." The young man replied with a trembling voice.

Simon releases the young man and runs towards the parking lot, but he does not find Shaka. He looked at Shaka's HP in his hand and only realized there was a crack in that expensive HP as if it had fallen hard.

"Damn..!! Where is she..??!!" Bump Simon when he realizes something bad happened to Shaka.
