When he saw Ashley and his team, Shane was stunned for a moment before quickly smiling.

"Miss Ashley, you're on time. I thought your team wouldn't come again."

"I'm not late, am I?"  Ashley deliberately looked at the time and pointed to her watch as she said, "I still have one more minute, that's good. Late is not our style, Chief Durham."

He looked back at Shane and was as confident as Shane.

Even if he was faced with the highest ranked person in the Durham Group, he would not be nervous.  After all, the presence of no one was as strong as Ethan.

"Please sit!"  shane said politely.  "Since you're all here, let's start the meeting."

Ashley sat down confidently and patted the chair next to her.  Winston shrugged and had no choice but to sit quietly next to him.

Time slowly passed.  Ashley is sometimes aggressive, succumbing at other times and fully demonstrates her skills and techniques in business negotiations.

Although Winston had seen many things in life, he could not help but give a thumbs up in his heart.

It takes someone of such quality to become Diane's secretary and to be approved by Ethan.

"For those terms, Mr. Hunt has already agreed to all of this with you at Greencliff, so we can go into more detail" Ashley said with a smile.  "The Palmer Group, the Extreme Martial Arts Academy, and the Durham Group will work together, and it will definitely be the best. As for your request to establish an academy branch in Seoul as soon as possible, that shouldn't be a problem.  ."

He pursed his lips and looked at Shane.  "Mrs. Hunt asked me to ask you. It might not be easy to find a branch location, so does Chief Durham have any recommended spots?"

Shane smiled warmly outside, but his heart smiled coldly.

He knows what Ethan is up to, but this Ethan really allows him to decide the place.

What a greedy man!

But there is a price to pay for greed.

As long as the Extreme Martial Arts Academy opened in Seoul and Ethan dared to bring those pages to display, then it was as good as sending those pages to his doorstep.

"Thank you, Chief Durham," Ashley nodded in gratitude.  "I'll tell Mr. Hunt your answer, and I'll thank you on behalf of Mr. Hunt first."

The entire negotiation process took an hour.

Time seems slow, but in reality, very little is actually discussed.  Shane even pushed for the signing of the contract until after a branch of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy was established in Seoul.

He insisted on signing only with the three parties around him.  Since Ethan doesn't exist, it's impossible to sign a contract.

Shane had been in business for a long time, so he was very cunning and cunning.

It is not easy to manipulate someone who is determined to get what he wants.

After leaving the Durham Group, Ashley's expression didn't look too good.  He knew that this negotiation was going nowhere.

As long as the contract is not signed, then they will not get real access to resources.  This partnership with Durham Group is still something spoken about orally with no real meaning.

Ashley didn't say anything on the way back.

After they returned to the hotel, he let everyone return to their rooms to rest and called Winston to his room.

"You've done a good job, I'm quite surprised."  Winston leaned back on the couch and drank.  "But there are many things that were not in your control from the beginning."
