As long as he could get a yard and take responsibility to the old man, Shane was ready to live.  If he could control a business empire like Durham Group in the future, who would care about one small Palmer Group?

"Shane seems to be very worried about the establishment of the branch, and she's more in a hurry than we are."  He frowned.  "There's no free lunch in the world, he's definitely up to something."

He is not stupid and is always very meticulous when doing things.  This was the first time he was in full charge of a project, and because it was so important to Ethan, he wanted to do well.

He will do the best he can!

After thinking about this for a while, Ashley dialed the number Shane gave her.

"Hello, is this Mr. Parker calling..."

After she finished calling, Ashley was a bit surprised.  He did not expect the other party to be so relaxed and offer a reasonable rental price.  He did not try to trick her just because she did not represent a Korean company.

He could see that the Durham Group was indeed very strong in Seoul.

"Do you look like you're in a good mood?"  Winston walks into a room with two news pockets and gives Ashley one.  "Share the good news with me?"

"The matter of place has been resolved," Ashley said slightly satisfied as she looked at Winston.  "Shane is really efficient and they seem to be more anxious than us to open up the academy branch here."

I've spoken to the person who rented the place to us.  Locations, rentals, and other conditions are all within an acceptable range."

A glint flashed across Winston's eyes, but he only smiled.  "Miss Ashley, you're amazing! So everything's sorted out?"

"In general, everything is in order. I had already arranged to meet with him for a more detailed discussion before signing the actual contract. As long as it's within the range we can accept, then there shouldn't be any problem."  Ashley tore one bag and signed.  "Brother Ethan gave me this mission, so I have to finish it and I must not disappoint him!"

The crisp sound of the snacks he ate made it sound like he was crushing someone's bones.

"Of course you won't let her down."  Winston joins him to eat the tidbits.  "Since the venue is in order, then you can tell Big Boss and make it come as soon as possible. How can we open a branch without the principal?"

A playful expression flashed in his eyes.  If Ethan hadn't come, then it wouldn't have been really lively, and things wouldn't have been fun.
