"Do you doubt me?" Krishan grunting.
"Not at all. I hope you try to sneak in" Carson said, shaking his head. "If you die there, it's probably not a bad thing for me."
He was very direct and this is how he felt. Chris knew that too well.
Krishan sneered.
"So you're saying we have to go through the right auction process?"
"That's right." Carson glanced at Krishan. "But do you have money? So many rich people will be there, so I don't think the price will be low."
"I don't have any money, but you do!" Chris smiled coldly.
"The Durham family is rich, but I'm not. The auction is tomorrow night, so there's no way I can raise so much money this fast."
"You want to die?"
"There's no point in killing me." Carson remained calm.
It was as if he didn't care even if Krishan killed him now. "Krishan, you should be a little better to me. At least I can help you. Otherwise, you only need to look when the manual lands on Ethan's hands."
Krishan narrowed his eyes and they spewed out murder.
If the page lands in Ethan's hands, then there's no way he can snatch it from Ethan.
"You have to make sure you give me enough money!"
"I've said it before," Carson smiled as he leaned against the sofa. "From now on, you should be better off with me."
"I have money, but I don't know if it's enough or not. But if you keep acting like this, you won't even get this much money."
He looked like he was not afraid of anything. Even if Krishan broke his neck the next moment, he was too lazy to budge.
"If I don't get the manual, you have to die too, understand?" Krishan's expression was dark and expressionless.
He only had one goal, and that was to get his manual. He doesn't care how.
If someone other than Ethan had his manual, then he would go all out to kill that person and take it by force.
"Then what if I die?" Carson shrugged indifferently. "But if Ethan holds the page, then things will only get harder for you in the future. Krishan, you better take care of yourself first."
"The rules of this world dictate that the strong will eat the weak. I'm weaker than you, but you're also weaker than Ethan." His tone was really mocking.
It was as if he knew that Krishan did not dare to face Ethan head-on, and Carson seemed to hate him for that.
This tone of voice made Krishan very uncomfortable, but he did not say anything and just left after mocking.
"I'm sure you'll die this time!" carson growled with gritted teeth as he watched Krishan disappear into the distance.
Once this**hole dies, the Durham family will survive this ordeal. He didn't care what price he had to pay. After all, the Durham family had already lost so much.
Almost all the important members of the family had died, and his own sister had also died. It all started with Krishan!
Once Krishan dies, the Durham family can restart their journey.
The day passed quickly.
The auction is coming soon!
At 7pm, Ethan leaves for Carter's house and only Winston takes him there.
"Big Boss, it's been a long time since we last went to the auction," Winston laughed while driving. "It's been a long time since we felt like crushing others to death with cold cash."
