Winston casually ate the tidbits in hand while calling Ethan.

The bait has been placed out there and the fish slowly take the bait.  The rest depends on whether this fish is sneaky enough, or whether it will foolishly bite so hard that the hook will pierce its mouth!

Winston leaves Ashley to negotiate all the terms and conditions.

He knew that everything would go very well.

Ethan had hung up the bait for the other party, so naturally the other party would do the same.

But he was still not sure who would end up rolling the fishing line.

As Winston had imagined, the discussion about the place went very smoothly.  The other party did not bid too much, relaxed about things and signed a contract on the spot.

The place of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy branch in Seoul has been completed, and Shane has also provided a contractor for the renovation.  He could repair the entire place in just three days.

They are very excited, like how a fish feels between seeing a bait and actually biting it.

Shane sees the Palmer Group the same way.

Both sides felt that the other party was a fish taking their bait.

Back to Durham Group.

"There is no problem in setting up a branch, so after the renovation is complete, we can wait to open the academy and do some publicity. We really have to thank you for all this, Chief Durham. There's no way we can do this all so quickly on our own" Ashley said.

"But of course. I really admire Chinese martial arts and I'm more than happy if Koreans know more about Chinese martial arts" Shane said with a bright smile.  "When is Mr Hunt coming?"

"The head of the school must come because the academy branch is opened here, right?"

"I've spoken to Mr. Hunt, he'll send some masters."

"Didn't he come?"  Shane frowned slightly and sat up straight.  "He is the principal of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy!"

Ashley smiled.  "Mrs. Hunt said that when Palmer Group and Durham Group signed the contract, he would come to witness the signing."

He looked at Shane politely and said all this in a neutral tone.  The academy is ready, and Shane gets what he wants, so the last thing to do is sign a contract.

He doesn't say more than this, and continues to stare at Shane, but the message is clear.  If Durham Group doesn't sign the contract, Ethan won't come.

If Ethan doesn't come, then the things Shane wants aren't coming either.

The meeting room became quiet.

Shane calmly drank his tea and began to think about what he should do next.

Ashley continued to sit there while waiting for Shane's reply.  He was even less anxious than her.

"Mister Hunt's friendship with the Palmer Group is very touching" Shane said after some time.  He put down the teacup and smiled, "It is true that it is time for Durham Group to sign with Palmer Group. We more or less finished the discussion last time, so I will ask the legal department to draft a contract."

He looked at Ashilla.  "We can sign a contract at any time, but I have an idea, and I'm not sure what Miss Ashley will think about that."

"Please give your opinion, Chief Durham."

"I think that since the Durham Group and the Palmer Group will definitely work together and the branch of the Extreme Martial Arts Academy will be opened soon, it is considered a double happiness event for all of us," he said with a smile.  "So I thought, why don't we put these two things on the same day?"
