Carson lifted his head to look at the shareholders attending his meeting in the morning.

Only two shareholders are from the Durham family, while the other shareholders are from other companies.  All they want is a share of the Durham Group's profits.

"I made myself clear this morning. What are you trying to do now?"  cycled Carson.  "Get out!"

"Mr Durham, technology transfer must be approved by the Technology Barrier Alliance. Since we are members of the alliance, you cannot break their rules."

"From now on, the Durham Group will leave the alliance."

Carson had no doubts at all.

Now that things had become like this, he had no choice.

Who cares about the Technology Barrier Alliance?  They had once created an alliance to suppress Chinese technological development together, but it was a matter of life and death for the Durham family now, so he had no time to care about it.

"You!"

They're very angry.

"Carson!"  someone snorted coldly.  "Do you think you can join or leave the Technology Barrier Alliance as you please? You can transfer any technology you want, and no one will oppose it, as long as it doesn't fall into Chinese hands. There's no way you can transfer it to these people!"

The man pointed at Ashley with disdain.

If it was another industry like cosmetics or another lower-end industry, they would have no problems.  After all, they love to fatten their wallets with license and patent transfer fees.

They can't let the Palmer Group take over technology so easily!

Carson hurriedly stood up and slammed the table, and looked at him furiously.

"Are you done?!"

"Man!"  shouting Carson.  "Take this old geezer out!"

He can't take it anymore.

And whether the family can survive in the long run.

These old geezers don't know how scary Ethan is.  If he wanted to snatch it from under their noses, they would be powerless against him.

The Technology Barrier Alliance and its high efforts to suppress the competition are nonsense!

He suddenly felt lucky that the Chinese had a principle and adhered to that principle.  If they were unethical, he could not imagine what would happen.

Carson doesn't care.

He called for security to expel them.

"Miss Ashley, sorry about that."

Carson wasted no time.  He immediately took the contract and signed it before adding the company stamp.

"I've improved the contract and I'm sure you'll find the change satisfying. This copy has been signed, so let's do it and avoid any trouble."

Ashley was well aware of how difficult it was to transfer this kind of high technology.  A few decades ago, some Chinese entrepreneurs paid dearly for technology.

No one ever wants to be strangled and be at the mercy of strangers again.

This is what the Palmer Group wants to do!

Ashley asked someone to check the contract to make sure everything was in order before signing him on the spot.

Everything happened quickly, and Carson was decisive.  The Palmer Group will not turn down such a good offer.
