Calibra: A Delayed Taste

Calibra: A Delayed Taste
CALIBRA | CHAPTER 87

"This is your shop?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Big as well, yes. Greatable. Where's the preparation?"

"For decor and equipment almost eighty percent. For the goods, we are ninety percent ready" replied Audi.

According to his father's decree, Audi took Arga to the location of the store that Audi will open with Ajeng. The man looked around in detail the layout of the space as well as the empty window that had been partially displayed.

"The interior design is very classy. Suitable for upper middle class." Arga nodded, quite satisfied with the appearance of the Audi store.

"But our products reach all circles, really."

Arga looked over and smiled. "That's good. A retail must indeed provide products at evenly priced prices. Because it is not only the class that must be highlighted, the completeness of the product is also important for the convenience of consumers shopping with us."

Audi nodded in confirming. They walked casually around the spacious store which was quite large. Not surprisingly, Audi and Ajeng poured a budget that is not small for this strategic place. The location is on the second floor of a large mall right in the center of Bandung.

In the middle of his second move, Audi's phone rang displaying a photo of Ibra as the caller. Audi paused for a moment, as did Arga. Audi looked at his phone, then turned stiffly at Arga. It looks like Arga also had a chance to see the screen of the Audi phone, because after that the atmosphere turned awkward.

There's no way Arga thinks Ibra's a stranger. Ibra's contact name alone is as clear as it indicates who he is for Audi.

"I .. pick up the phone first," said Audi, a little nervous.

Arga smiled faintly, he nodded his head in favor. "Please."

Audi quickly left Arga and went out to receive a video call from Ibra. If Audi still stands around Arga, he could be mistaken for cheating.

"Why, Mas?" audi asked as soon as Ibra's face was seen on the phone screen.

It looks like Ibra is still serving, as evidenced by the formal batik clothes he wears, as well as earpieces, communication tools fellow members are still attached to the ear.

Ibra frowned slightly dispelling the sunlight that illuminated his vision. "What did your message mean?"

Audi occasionally dips backwards, ensuring its position is safe from Arga range. "Why, Mas? What message?"

Because of the panic Audi so not so focused. This certainly made Ibra frown.

"Seriously you forgot? Just now, you know. Hasn't there been two hours of forgotten time?"

Audi looked back at the phone screen. He blinked under Ibra's gaze which seemed to expose him with a curious look. Audi tried to remember what message he had sent to Ibra. Thankfully Audi soon remembered that he had previously accused Ibra of being a liar.

In fact, Ibra had lied because he did not say that he had met Oma Halim.

"Oh, yes I remember." Audi's raut is now turning serious. "Mas Ibra why didn't you tell me you were coming back to Bandung? I've also seen Oma, right?"

"Yes," Ibra replied casually.

"Don't you tell me?" sue Audi.

"Yes, anyway. But still Mas Ibra is lying."

"Yes, sorry. I don't mean to lie, I just don't want you to worry more."

Audi silencing.

"Where are you? At the mall?" ask Ibra again.

Unknowingly Audi became a club. "Eh, yes." He looked here and there to check the situation.

"Shopping?"

"D-yes."

"Seriously you? How can I not believe it?" Ibra squinted suspiciously.

"Yes, if you go to the mall again if not shopping? I also checked the readiness of the store" said Audi.

"Who's the guy?"

Ibra's question left Audi speechless for a moment. He moved uncomfortably in his place. "It ... same Ajeng. Yes, the same thing."

My God, he just got upset that Ibra wasn't being honest about her meeting with Oma, but now it's Audi who's lying to him.

Mas Ibra, sorry. I just don't want any more problems in our relationship.

Because Ibra is still in office hours, he could not chat with Audi for long. Whether it should be grateful to Audi or not, considering he can be free from his fear of the existence of Arga that he was afraid to be discovered Ibra.

"Go back to work first. Greetings to your Mom and Dad."

"Yes, I'll tell you later" nodded Audi.

"Assalamualaik." Ibra said hello.

"Wa'alaikumsalam" Audi said, ending the conversation.

Audi breathed a sigh of relief. Wrong, he did not feel relieved completely because he had lied to Ibra. Not even the fret is gone, Audi must return to maintain the attitude when Arga comes to approach him.

"It's over?" ask the man.

Audi straightened up the body as soon as it replied. "Yes, I've."

Arga nodded with a smile. "I want to talk to you seriously, okay?"
