A week later, exactly one day before fasting, Ibra returned to Bandung to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. Audi does not know if Paspampres can take a day off too on such days, which surely Audi is happy because he can finally meet Ibra again.
That was before Audi got a reprimand from the father.
"Where are you going?"
Audi who had originally descended the stairs with enthusiastic steps, suddenly stopped when he found Davandra Halim sitting relaxed in the living room chair. The man looked up from his magazine to stare at Audi.
The father and son were apparently still in the cold war.
The audience nodded and continued their steps. "Get out" he replied.
"Meet Ibra?" guess Dava is right.
"If so, why?" audi sewot.
Dava looked flat. "Get in the room" he said firmly.
"No way!" objection Audi.
Audi continued to walk, but his steps were restrained when Dava again exclaimed, this time louder.
"Papa said get in the room!"
Getting a jolt like that, the Audi kontan yelled in annoyance. "Why, anyway, really? Audi just want to meet Mas Ibra who just returned home time can not?"
"Can't." Dava said directly.
"Bad papa!"
"Astaghfirullahaladziim .. This why the hell are you fighting mulu? When are you going, ha? Fasting is not sorry." Lalisa who suddenly appeared inexplicably commented.
She brought a glass of avocado juice that her husband had asked for.
"Papa tuh nyebelin." Audi pointed at Dava, while the designated one only glanced expressionlessly.
Dava read the magazine again while tasting juice made by his wife. Lalisa shook her head to observe the two. When Audi was about to move again, spontaneously Dava glanced at the girl sharply. "Papa said come in, Di."
But Audi ignored, he walked nonchalantly through the living room and the front room to slam the door hard when he got outside.
An upset Dava almost stood up if Lalisa didn't hold back immediately. "Mas, no! What the fuck are you, anyway? Are you fighting with your own child? Audi is big, you can't ban it."
The words of Lalisa are able to make Dava silent. He let out his breath and sat back quietly. His sharp and unsightly.
Lalisa tried to make Dava a little more relaxed by gently massaging the man's shoulder. "Mas, why don't you like that as much as Ibra? Ever since Ibra went home, you think you'd be pretty sure if there was her?"
"You already know the answer" Dava replied a little sniffly.
"Don't like it because of Ibra Duda?" todong Lalisa direct.
"One of them."
"The others?"
Lalisa fell silent, she looked at the husband who had just grunted in annoyance. While massaging Dava's shoulder, Lalisa responded to her husband's remarks.
"Well, that's Mas's friend, not necessarily Ibra as well. We know him from a baby, you know, Mas. He was also the son of Safa and Edzar, when Mas still doubted them?" Lalisa spoke softly and carefully. He was afraid to offend Dava.
"His parents are good, not necessarily his son is good. Ibra was rarely here, since entering the military he always lived abroad. Who knows what he's doing there, right?"
Lalisa wastes her tired breath. "From a teenager until now, I've never heard of a macem about Ibra. Looks like he's the same, too, kayak first, his son is kind and polite. He always meant it to old people. Nothing changes from Ibra unless she's getting hotter. Audi is crazy. He's been dependent on Ibra since he was a kid."
"You're a Ibra?" Dava.
"No, I'm just saying what I saw" Lalisa replied, relaxing.
Dava snorted and chose not to talk anymore, he focused on reading magazines, browsing the latest news that contains business problems.
While outside, Audi, arriving in front of Safa and Edzar's house, pressed the bell impatiently. If Audi teenagers must have been screaming calling Ibra's name. But this time no, Audi has learned a lot of attitude since adulthood.
Before long a housekeeper came out opening the gate.
"Eh, Audi Mba? I'm gonna see Madam or ..."
"Mas Ibra is there?" cut Audi directly.
"Eh? There are. Ada, really. Then let's go in?" The Mba took Audi into the house.
Although Audi has memorized the ins and outs of the house and often goes in and out without shame, but now it feels awkward to want to do that. So Audi chose to wait in the living room, until Aunt Safa appeared from the direction of the dining room with a sumringah face. The woman approached Audi who immediately stood up as soon as she saw his arrival.
"Aunty?" greet Audi nervously.
Safa chuckled her flickering hands. "Funny you, huh? Since dating your attitude is often awkward like this. Feelings never shy," always makes Audi grimace.
"I-yes, that's ..."
"You're meeting Ibra, right?"
Audi nodded stiffly. Seeing that Safa immediately smiled.
"The child is still sleeping on top. It's so tired to be home at 3 in the morning. Ibra can sleep again at dawn."
Audi glaring. Why could he forget Ibra also needed a break? My God, so eager to meet the man, Audi to ignore the concern.
"Oh yes, Mas Ibra must be tired. Yeah, well, if that's Audi go home first, yes, Auntie? Kasian Mas Ibra if Audi bothers."
Audi was about to turn around, but Safa immediately prevented. "Eeeehhh .. but you're the exception," he said with a grin.
Audi's forehead is crinkled. "I mean Auntie?"
Safa gave a complicated smile. "You're exception. Ibra will not feel angry or disturbed, really, if you wake up. In fact, he himself ordered the same aunt to tell you to go upstairs if you want to meet."
Audi blinked plain. "Yes, Auntie?"
"Yes!" sahut Safa assured. "Wait for what else? Let's get up there."
