“We have arrived, Kasugano-sama.”
Haru looked from the car and saw a large house. He did not think much but in the future, he would be able to obtain this house easily.
“Please follow me to meet his master,” said the man in front of him.
Haru simply nodded and followed him. He saw that the house had a design similar to a western home and was very luxurious. He also became even stranger as to why the chairman wanted to meet him in person. He thought that it would be enough to meet with a representative rather than the chairman himself.
“Oh, are you Kasugano Haruka?”
“Ya, I am you the chairman of Tootsuki Group?” ask Haru.
“Yes, I did not expect that you had grown so big,” the old man laughed and patted his back.
Haru frowned when she heard him, “Have I met each other?”
“I only saw you when you were a baby before,” said the old man and introduced, “Oh, that's right, you might forget, but my name is Sanzaemon Nakiri, you can call me grandpa.”
Senzaemon is an old man, who has long spiky gray hair with a mustache and a beard. She also has a scar on her right eye that extends diagonally from the middle of her forehead to just above her right cheekbone. Despite his advanced age, Senzaemon is very fit and muscular. His expression was very gentle as he looked at her.
“Meet me as a baby? Sorry but I don't think we had anything to do,” Haru said.
Senzaemon sighed and said, “How about we talk for a moment? Do you have time?”
“My cafe is closed now and I think I have plenty of time to listen to your story,” Haru said.
“Alright, follow me,” Senzaemon said and start walking.
Senzaemon told him to sit in front of him.
Haru wanted to know what this old man knew about him but his expression was calm but his heart was fiery.
Senzaemon nodded while looking at him, “I'm glad you've grown into a good young man, I've also heard about your two parents, I'm sorry for not being able to do anything.”
“It's okay, you don't need to apologize for it,” Haru said and continued, “Perhaps, I saw you at the funeral, I'm sorry for not greeting you earlier.”
“It's okay, your parents are more important than me,” Senzaemon said.
“Can you tell me more about my family? No, my mother?” Haru knows that her father comes from a fairly wealthy family, but she is not sure about her mother.
Senzaemon nodded, “Your mother comes from a famous spiritualist family.”
“Spiritualist? “This is similar to Onmyoji,” Haru frowned as she felt the setting of the world was starting to change. He's been living a normal life for the past 15 years and suddenly someone tells him that there's an Onmyoji in this world.
“Yes, that's one of them,” Senzaemon nodded and added, “Your grandfather was very close to me earlier.” He smiled as he stroked his beard.
“My parents died had nothing to do with them right?” ask Haru.
Senzaemon shook his head, “Your parents died purely because of the incident, your mother only wants you to live freely without caring for the family, that's why she didn't tell you anything.”
Haru looked at her and asked, “Then what was your purpose in telling me to come here?”
“……”
“I'm sorry?” Haru looked at him with a strange expression.
“I want you to marry my grandson,” Senzaemon said.
Haru pinched the base of his nose and felt it was too strange. He looked at the old man in front of him and asked, “Why?”
“I just want my grandson to marry my best friend's grandson,” Senzaemon laughs.
Haru moved her lips, “Are you serious?”
“Of course,” Senzaemon said as he nodded.
“I have a girlfriend,” says Haru.
“You are young, you can play around as much as you can,” Senzaemon said, and added, “But, in the end, I want you to marry my grandson.”
“No, I don't think that's possible, I've never seen your grandson,” Haru said and shook his head.
“She is now class 3 SMP, she is also very beautiful,” Senzaemon said.
“I don't think that's the case,” Haru shook his head, “Sorry, but I can't marry your grandson.”
Senzaemon just smiled, “No problem, I know you can't accept it but at least try to make friends with him.
“I can do it,” Haru don't mind doing that.
“Good, I will set him up to work in your bakery during his internship,” Senzaemon said.
“I don't mind,” Haru doesn't think that letting her grandson intern in her cafe isn't a problem.
“Oh, by the way, I've tasted your bread and it tastes really good, do you have any plans to make a branch?” ask Senzaemon.
“I have that plan but I am looking for a partner,” Haru said. He didn't mind working with this giant because his food business was just a side business.
“Good, let's talk after we have lunch,” Senzaemon said and called his servant, “The one cooking this food is my acquaintance.”
“Before that, can you tell me my mother's surname?” ask Haru.
“That's Seibami,” says Senzaemon.
Suddenly the door opened.
Haru looked at the person who brought the food and was surprised, “Yukihira-san?”
“Oh? Kasugano?” Joichiro was surprised to see it.
“Oh, you two know each other?” Senzaemon looked at the two of them with a surprised expression.
