“When you lost your virginity?”
Utaha asked with a curious expression, his fingers moving around his smooth cheeks while waiting for him to answer this question.
Machida, who was at the side of the room, also smiled hearing this question.
“Is this question relevant to my novel?” Haru frowned and turned to his editor.
Machida nodded, “Of course, this is the entertainment industry, sometimes, you have to get ready as there is a chance your fans will ask you this question during the live broadcast.”
Haru pursed his lips, “Aren't you supposed to ask about how you started writing? What is your motivation to write? What's your novel plot? How is your job usually? That's how people usually do interviews, right? Why this question suddenly came out?”
“Alright, Utaha, can you change the question?” Machida finally gave up.
“Tsk,” Utaha clicked his tongue upon hearing it.
“Good,” Haru nodded and ignored him clicking his tongue.
Utaha looked at the next question and smiled mischievously at her, “Are you a virgin or not?”
“Why do most questions like that? Don't you want to know my hobby? Or anything else?” ask Haru.
“So you are still a virgin or not?” Utaha did not budge and did not want to change his question.
Haru shook his head, saying, “No comments.”
“Alright, virgin,” Utaha said and started the next question, “Why did you start writing?”
Haru moved her lips and did not intend to change her misunderstanding. He thought it was better that way because he saw her happy with this fact. He was happy that the next question was normal for him. He answered the question while telling how he started writing.
Utaha goes on to other questions around hobbies, plots, and many other common questions commonly used in interviews.
Haru answered everything trying to satisfy her curiosity.
Utaha learned a lot about him when he started this interview. He did not expect to find another side of himself that he had never seen before. He thought for a while and asked, “What type of girl are you?”
“My girl type?” Haru thought for a moment. He's not sure if he has a type because he really doesn't think too much about it, “Hmm, I don't really have a type but I don't like sticky girls.” She knew such a type of girl was really annoying because she was constantly trying to call her every hour, asking to go out, and not be able to leave for a few seconds, she said, “Although I don't mind spoiling it most of the time.time must have its limit.” He is an orphan now and he has to work for his family.
Utaha nodded and wrote his girl type in his memory but he was not satisfied with his answer, “Really? You don't have a type?”
Haru shook his head, “I said that I have no type but when you love someone, everything about them is very beautiful in my eyes, however, I prefer someone with long hair like you.”
Utaha covered his face with that paper while hiding his red hue, “Ahem, let's start with the next question?” She also started to play her hair with her fingers clearly showing how happy she was.
“Alright,” Haru smiles at her cute gesture.
Machida who was on their side felt damage from them, ‘Ugh He wondered why he did not have this kind of experience when he was young. He looked at her hair and wondered if she should make it longer.
“Hmm, I'm sure you will succeed tomorrow, though, it will be bad because the world will know that you are still a virgin,” Utaha said.
Haru moved her lips and shook her head, ‘Jesus...’.
“Eeeeehh.” Utaha.
“Don't ‘Eeeh..’ me, let's go, I won't let you go back to your house before you finish your concept,” Machida said.
Utaha nodded, “Don't worry, I have many ideas for the next volume.” He walked out and went to the next room to start writing his novel.
Machida shook his head when signing. He looked at her and said, “Sorry, for Haru's problem...” He began to tell her the real reason why she was the one doing the interview training.
Haru nodded, “Alright, I will come back and prepare for tomorrow.” He wanted to go back but he was stopped.
“Wait, I have a question for you,” Machida holds her shoulder.
“What is it?” ask Haru.
“Why did you lie to her?” ask Machida.
“Long?” Haru gave the title of his head.
Machida nodded, “Why did you tell her that you were a virgin?” He said with Detective Conan's pose.
‘There is only one truth,’ Haru can hear that sentence right inside his head when he sees it, “What are you saying?”
Machida shook her head, “Ticking me is useless, there is already a lot of evidence, so, tell me the truth, why are you lying to her?”
“Is it really important?” Haru asked with a tired voice.
“Of course,” says Machida.
Haru thought for a while and said, “Do you know what the similarities between the light novel protagonists of romantic comedies are?”
Machida thought for a while and said, “There are many girls there.”
Haru nodded, “That's true, but that's a more important reason than that.”
“What is it?” ask Machida.
“They are all virgins,” says Haru.
Machida was stunned and wanted to refute him but he couldn't. She looked at him and wondered if he was doing this because he knew it would affect his writing.
“Alright, I'll be back,” Haru said and waved his hand.
Machida does not stop him but suddenly realizes that he is not asking him the most important question.
‘When did she lose her virginity?’
The answer is obvious, you can watch ‘Yosogu no Sora’ for that question.
