Haru who once ate ‘Horo Horo no Mi’ is very sensitive to anything that has to do with things related to the supernatural world. He looked at the bright sun in the sky did not even make the building in front of him very welcome in the eyes of people but instead made anyone who saw him try to avoid the place. He looked around and saw many people walking away from the building treating the place like a plague. He understood why people did not buy this place even though it was cheap.

Although the temperature was quite warm when they were near this place, it became extremely cold.

They can see the ‘Stay Away’ notification around this building telling them to leave the place as soon as possible.

Haru is drawn to the gloomy and ominous building in front of him and can't wait to enter. Maybe the effect of ‘Horo Horo no Mi’ and he wanted to enter the building but his hand was pulled by Suzuki and Shiina.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!”

Suzuki shouted and clearly showed a terrified expression on his face. He looked at her as if he was an idiot when he saw her wanting to enter the building.

Shiina was also shaken when she saw the building and hurriedly pulled it away. He could sense the danger from the building.

“What's wrong?” Haru asked with a confused expression.

Suzuki had never seen someone with such courage before. He could see that the young man in front of him did not even show fear in his expression but excitement as if the children had entered the amusement park. He took a deep breath and sighed, “If you want to enter, don't take me! I don't want to be cursed to death!”

Haru thought for a while and asked, “This building is 50 million yen, right?”

“Ya,” Suzuki nodded.

“Prepare the contract because I will buy it,” Haru said.

“…..”

Shiina and Suzuki showed flabbergasted expressions.

“Are you serious?” Suzuki asked and added, “You must stop! You are young!” He thought that it was too pitiful for a young man for him to suddenly die from something.

Haru suddenly felt something fly towards him from the building after he said those words. He knew that everyone could not see him beside him. He used his power to take this thing and destroy it. He knew that it was a ghost sent from that building. He felt that there must be many ghosts inside the building and that the ghosts were just appetizers and there were many more inside.

“What happened?” Shiina asked. He knew that he had just done something before.

“”No, I just killed one of those ghosts before,” Haru said, and looked at Suzuki, “Can we finish his contract?”

“…..”

“Are you really going to buy it?” ask suzuki.

“Yes, bring me the contract, you don't need to think much because I will pay it directly,” Haru said.

Haru snorted, “Mati? I killed the ghost in this building.” He said as he pointed his finger at the haunted building in front of him, “Wait for me, I'll be back to pick you up later.”

* Shocked! Mate! Mate!

Suddenly a crow from the building flew out of the building creating a black sky. The building let out a strange creepy sound that made anyone feel shudder.

Suzuki fell to the ground, his mouth chattering in fear. He had never seen this before and it was extremely frightening to him.

Haru knows that ghosts become stronger when people feel fear of ghosts. He knew that it was an evil spirit and had killed many people because he could hear someone shouting from inside the building. He looked at Suzuki and asked, “When can you prepare a contract?”

“Soon!” Suzuki said with a serious expression. He did not want to manage this building anymore and wanted to leave this place as quickly as possible. He felt sorry for this young man but his life was more important.

Shiina was always by his side and had a serious expression on her face. He knew that he had to face the battle after this and he looked at her with a worried expression.

Suzuki did not even waste time and hurriedly took the contract for him. He did not want to hold onto the contract of the building any longer and wanted to make it move away directly.

Haru paid him and signed the contract. He owned the building and he decided to go there again because it was better to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Suzuki, who saw him sign the contract, paid the money, heaving a sigh of relief. He looked at her and asked, “Are you going there?”

“Ya, that one is already waiting for me,” Haru said.

Suzuki thought for a while and said, “I'll send you there again.”

“You're serious? You are scared half to death,” Haru said.

“It's my duty, I'm your agent, at least I'll send you to that place,” Suzuki said.

Haru did not refuse him and got into his car again. He could see that the clouds were starting to darken and that made him frown.

“There will be rain,” Shiina said.

The rain will cover the sun and may be bad news for them as the sun is one of the weaknesses of ghosts when the ghost rain will regain its strength.

“I know, don't worry, let's end this as soon as possible so that we can go home to enjoy hot chocolate,” Haru said.

“...Hot chocolate,” Shiina starts drooling and forgets the ghost.

Haru shook his head and knew that this ghost might be different from the one he had met in the past, but he was prepared for it.
