“I'm not sure, but he's quite mysterious,” said Minerva and added, “You don't need to worry too much, our guild is the strongest.”

Rufus smiled, “That's true.” He was sure that his guild was the strongest but he thought that it would not hurt to remember their magic, ‘Luffy with a rubber body.’ He was curious how rubber could be used to fight but it seemed like it was stronger than he thought. He felt confused because he did not see any magic circle or magic fluctuations from Luffy, ‘Any..’ He did not know how to describe it but he felt that Luffy might be a powerful enemy.
