Cinderella Crazy

Cinderella Crazy
What's the difference with you?

As Ashley's feet hit Daryl's face hard, the people who were still watching the incident cheered, leaving some wondering what they had just missed.

Almost falling down with just one kick, Daryl was still able to keep his balance and stay standing. Before, no one had ever been able to land an attack on that man. This is his first time.

Be ill.

The man thought, Are all the attacks really that painful? Or maybe because the one who attacked was Ashley? If all he got was a regular kick, wouldn't that mean a lot more painful?

The woman then continued to leave Daryl, ending the free spectacle.

With his head still down throbbing, he was seen by Daryl the red liquid flowing from his nose to the top of his lips, turning his attention for a moment.

The extraordinary male reflexes are not working as they should. Or maybe because he didn't think Ashley would attack him at all.

Realizing the woman's anger, Daryl raised his head to apologize for the disrespect he had originally touched Ashley. But his intention was stopped by Bellena who then stood up and bowed towards him.

"With all due respect, Mr. Ristoff."

"Please don't make Miss any more angry than this." Say the girl before finally leaving in Ashley's footsteps.

There was nothing Daryl could do but watch the blonde woman's back slowly move away. As Bellena said, chasing after Ashley would only make the woman even more angry, even if only to apologize.

...****************...

Returning to the residence, Daryl immediately entered his study, meeting the assistant who had been hiding information regarding Thalistine from him all along.

However, it was not only him who looked angry. The man who was waiting for him there also put on a hostile face. Glancing at the letter that no longer existed on his desk, Daryl was sure Will would have read it. Sufficient reason to explain the facial expression of his assistant.

"What did he say?"

With sharp eyes and an informal way of speaking, Will begins a debate between them as a friend instead of a superior and a subordinate.

"Why? Don't like your secret being exposed?" Sahut Daryl with a tone and facial expression softened.

Not knowing what Ashley had said, Will could neither dodge nor defend himself. Not necessarily the woman said things that fit the facts, it was possible for Ashley to attack Will by tricking Daryl.

Feeling increasingly certain that Ashley was not a good person after reading the letter, he could only warn Daryl.

"Away from him. He just thinks you're a stranger."

"What's different about you?"

Responding to the debate calmly, Will did not want to become emotional when facing Daryl.

"Conscious. If you had known earlier, you would have done something risky. You think Thalia's gonna like it?"

His objection was fundamental, as Daryl did intend to take Thalistine back by force if he knew where she was.

Not struggling, Daryl was silent for a moment while thinking about what he could change if he knew the fact early. Eventually he had to admit his helplessness in silence.

"...where is he? You talk to him?" Ask the man later.

"Yes, he's fine."

He wanted to hear that Thalistine was fine. However, his most treacherous feelings are much stronger when he learns that Will is even communicating with the woman. As for him, he had to accept the fact that he could not help or meet the woman again.

"I look like a joke to you?"

His anger is slowly increasing. His mind was filled with all sorts of speculations that he had once pondered deeply.

"Because of this you're telling me to forget Thalia? So you can monopolize it yourself?"

Will glanced at the man before him, starting to feel strange with Daryl's attitude.

"Stop bouncing, I'm doing this for the good of you"

"Omong empty!" Sela Daryl can no longer accept Will's excuse.

"You think I didn't know you liked Thalia!? You envy me that's why you're trying to keep her away from me!"

Stunned with a face of disbelief, Will did not expect Daryl to say such a thing. Turning his gaze away for a moment, he felt like he could no longer face the uncontrolled Daryl. Continuing that debate will only make things worse.

Will decides to get out of the room and gives Daryl some space to calm his mind. Not intending to run away, he just didn't want to talk to people he couldn't talk to.

"Cool your head. Your bad habits are back."
