T-wait, this is a misunderstanding
Continuing her plan to write a letter seeking face, ostensibly on Kalia's side, Ashley writes a plea to Asteron to lift her daughter's restriction of activities. That way, at least their family will assume a little if Ashley is a person who has good intentions.
When he finished tasting the envelope he was going to send, he called the person outside the door of his room. A man in neat clothes with a sword on his left hip went inside. He greeted her before asking her why she was called.
Unlike the standard Ashley set, the man was just a casual bow.
Without question, Ashley gave him the letter he had written and told him to send it to the residence of Derius.
Like the man who did not know Ashley's basic rules, the man replied.
"Sorry Miss, delivering a letter is not my duty."
With a relaxed 'trying' face, the woman simply responded, saying,
"Lo cave top?"
"No, Miss."
"Lo equals cave?"
"Of course not, Miss." Her reply began to bow her head aware of the core of Ashley's speech.
The woman then looked at him cynically before continuing her words.
"Whatever lo position, subordinate tetep subordinate. If the cave tells you to send, send. Understood?"
He lowered his head once more while answering his superior's instructions. Carrying the letter, he walked out of Ashley's room. While the woman sitting in her chair only pay attention to the man she has marked.
Not being able to just sit around waiting for tomorrow, Ashley got up and decided to do something else. He intends to check the locations that he has not been able to trace before when with Daryl. He also has not seen in person some of the new points he got from the informant he met the other day.
While carrying a paper map of the city of Vinnas which he drew himself, Ashley walked out of his room. One of the large doors was opened and a man was standing to the right of the door. The same person he just sent us a letter.
The man looked down and said he had told someone to deliver Ashley's letter. He then asked her if she wanted to go out because she was wearing her coat again.
With a lazy face Ashley also agreed. His efforts to get rid of the knight failed.
Go to town with his new bodyguard.
It was getting dark but Ashley still had a lot of places he needed to check. Faithfully accompanying her nona, the man followed her wherever Ashley set foot.
Without knowing the woman's intentions, it was obvious the knight was made to feel strange. They just circled around without any clear purpose, passing through suspicious alleys and several dead ends.
On the other hand, the woman also felt that there was something strange about her bodyguards. When a knight must have high courage, why does the person look agitated every time they enter an alley that is prone to evil?
"N-mom, can't we go through more crowded roads?" Said the young man.
He was clearly not a knight.
Who pointed at that guy? Does Vincent know about this? How could anyone seem to be accepted into a knight?
They were in an area full of small bars. It can be seen there and here there are a lot of people who are drunk.
"Huh!?" Ashley's voice suddenly made the knight confused.
His voice was loud enough to make the people who were there turn their attention to the woman. While looking at her knightly face, Ashley continued,
"They drink because of hard work, why is it wrong?"
"Because they're useless trash who just ruined the scenery instead of being a bit outrageous?"
The man's face looked panicked after hearing the babble that his nona had said. His eyes glanced around, finding the drunkards were now looking at him with fury.
One by one they began to stand up and approach the kestaria. While Ashley slowly moved away, giving them space to surround the man.
"Suddenly, this is misunderstanding-"
One of the people from the crowd was full of anger and then hit the man in the face. Followed by others, one by one began to donate their fists, until finally they crowded into the knight.
Seeing that the martial knight managed to work, Ashley laughed.
Gaining the opportunity to go alone, he took advantage of it, leaving the poor man beaten up without a fight.
"ah! Missis! Waitaminute! Where are you going!?"
Walking out of the area, he accidentally saw someone very familiar. The girl he's been seeing for the last few days.
