Although Kalia's brother continued to press Ashley's arm strongly, the woman still did not let go of her sister and hurt her even more. Not that she didn't feel any pain, Ashley was just having a mental fight with the man. He was even sure that his arm bone could have been broken.

He who also initially joined Ashelia, felt his pride hurt if he had to obey. But seeing Ashelia who is currently, he is more unwilling to take the risk to fight back.

While delivering the chair, he shifted his gaze, not wanting to see Ashley. He just needed to drop off the chair and then leave.

The people who saw Ashley slap Kalia, did not dare to say anything as they were unsure if it could still be called slapping. While the woman then gave an excuse if she was trying to stop the actions of Kalia hurt herself and not tell the truth.

Of course they know Ashley's true intentions, and it makes them think that Ashley is a deceitful woman. No one wants to risk getting caught up in Ashley's game, because they don't know how far she's going to take him.

Kalia's brother who didn't see the incident directly couldn't deny it either. Moreover, when he stopped Ashley, the woman was not seen slapping Kalia, but was holding the forearm of her sister.

Ashley then added that his actions after that were defensive behaviour that he had because Kalia's brother attacked him first.

Silence doesn't always help, sometimes it makes things worse.
