Cinderella Crazy
Germs that need to be wiped out

Returning to the Midgraff family's residence after the failure of their 'friend' operation, an evaluation meeting was held to discuss the matter.

Sitting in her work chair, Ashley stared intently at her subordinates who were standing in front of the table. Like someone in danger of losing her job, Bellena dared not look Ashley in the eye. Then, the fierce superior leaned back on his chair while crossing his arms.

"Why didn't you say?" Ashley's question refers to the problems that occurred between Ashelia and Kalia.

"A-You didn't tell me about your plan, so I-"

His speech came to a halt as he glanced forward and found the woman across the table looking angry with the answer he gave.

"So wrong cave?" Ashley's question emphasized the point her servant would convey.

Goosebumps after seeing her nona, Bellena immediately bent her body and apologized in a loud voice.

"My fault, Miss! Forgive my negligence!"

Just replying to the forced apology with a sigh, Ashley then asked Bellena to explain what had really happened.

Still upset by the failure that reminded her of Anthony's punishment, Ashley asked Bellena to explain it briefly. Then according to his nona wish, the girl explained it very briefly.

Too short. Until it is incomprehensible.

"Friends, Mr. Ristoff, angry, enemies."

He stared at the girl for a moment, after the end of the explanation he gave. There was no other explanation or anything he added even though Ashley waited for him for a few seconds. Signifying is all he wants to say.

He picked up a letter-opening knife that happened to be on his desk. The touch of a slightly blunt blade slowly reached the end.

"During the cave, you're a little brave now."

Bellena's hazard detectors instantly pick up on high-level danger signals. In an instant, he was no longer visible from behind the table. Instead of running away or teleporting, the girl was prostrating herself on the floor until she was not seen from behind the table.

"Hamba wouldn't dare, Goddess!"

Ashley got up from her seat and stared down, the place where her personal servant was prostrating. He threw the letter knife in his hand towards the girl.

Bellena flinched backwards, spontaneously raising her head when she heard the sound of something falling onto the floor right above her head. The letter-opening knife that had been carried by his nonanya, was now stuck on the finely polished wooden floor.

Ashley then placed her hands in the middle of the table and leaned forward. With the look of a face like an antagonist in fairy tales, the woman conveys a message as well as an absolute order that must be remembered by the servant.

"Short, padet, clear."

"Sir?"

Bellena quickly nodded her head, understanding the point that the loving miss emphasized.

Ashley straightened her body and asked the pale-faced girl to stand up. He had returned to his seat when Bellena was fully standing.

Still feeling scared, Bellena continued to bow her head not daring to look into the woman's eyes, eyes that kept intimidating her waiting for a more satisfying explanation.

The problem is that Kalia hates Ashelia.

Since childhood, the two girls have known each other. Because they often meet at their mother's gathering, Ashelia and Kalia become close friends.

Later after the death of Kalia's mother, Ashelia more often came to accompany her best friend. He met Daryl for the first time when he was 15 years old.

Since the woman was not given the right to education, she was only able to meet with her two older sisters during school holidays. The same is true for Daryl who was visiting his uncle's residence at the time.

Knowing his best friend put a taste with his cousin, Kalia also intends to help. In all sorts of ways he wanted to match the two of them.

But the help the girl gave, ended up failing.

At first Kalia still continued to persuade Ashelia while apologizing. After a few times, he stopped.

He returned about a year later at Ashelia's mother's funeral. Bellena had no idea what had happened back then because they had only talked together, but after that, when they met again by accident, Kalia's attitude had changed.

He treats Ashelia as

"germs that need to be exterminated." Bellena.

Ashley laughed inwardly, when she heard the person whom Ashelia thought to be a friend say that without a hint of hesitation. On the other hand, Ashley fully agrees with Kalia about the disinfection.

"And it went on even after Miss Ashelia lost her leg." Continue the girl.

What Bellena said was not written in the book at all. Probably because Ashelia changed her book after her relationship with Kalia ended.

Ashley closed her eyes lamenting the stupidity, selfishness, and childish nature of the two girls.

Making friends sounds good and fun. But for the 3rd party who did not like it, it was very annoying and disturbing.

Ashelia blames Kalia. Though during that time he also participated in the plan. 2 years is not a short time to disturb one's life.

Then miraculously, now the man who had rejected the girl actually turned to chase after her.

No. gabe.

Ashley knows who Daryl likes.

In conclusion, now their operation turned into an 'apology' operation'.

Ashley let out a long sigh trying to ease her frustration at not only getting revenge and saving Ashelia from execution, she also had to repair the girl's broken friendship.

The thing is, instead of being friends, Ashley doesn't know how to apologize. He believes that just saying something will not be enough.

An idea that he used to make others forget the problems that had happened.

Bribing the person or threatening him.

Rather than threatening Kalia to forget about their problems, Ashley better threaten her into pretending to be friends. As such, the motive for the murder addressed to Ashley will no longer be valid.

However, if the murder motive charge given to him was changed and he was found to have threatened Kalia, then it ends.

Ashley was sure, if it was an ordinary folk class or a low-level noble, he could still handle it without a trace. But Duke-class nobles with their authority are very troublesome. Plus, they are the ones who are ready to die to find the culprit.

That's the way Asteron used it this morning.

But the obstacles appear on 'what' he will give. He doesn't know what Kalia likes or what she needs. Given that the girl comes from a family whose financial statistics keep going up, Ashley doubts if her gift is able to satisfy Kalia.

...****************...

Inside the workroom of a Marquis, a man was tidying up the table from the pile of files they had just finished. While someone else was sitting quietly reading a letter that he immediately sambar so knowing who the sender is.

The man continued to stare at the letter even though he had actually finished reading it. A letter that is written briefly does not even include 5 words it should be read in just 1 second.

"Plazas. Tomorrow. 9 O'clock."

His face suddenly reddened as he tried to understand the meaning of the writing.

It was her first date with Ashley.
