Dangerous Woman Jesslyn's

Dangerous Woman Jesslyn's
Presidential Candidate

A middle-aged man was sitting on an oversized chair. His feelings began to rile because of the actions of his sister's family, he slammed the tablet in his hand to the floor so hard, that the object was smashed into pieces and no longer tangible. He was so angry when his men showed him the viral news this morning.

"Did he have no brains?!" Jerry Morning was so infuriated by his nephew's actions. She had not expected, the reputation she had been guarding all this time would be tarnished just like that by Emily's actions.

Previously Jerry himself managed to cover up his disgrace for many years. But now Emily destroys him overnight. A flash of anger was clearly visible on Jerry Morning's face, with a crimson hue and tightly clenched hands, turning his knuckle white.

All the party ranks could only bow their heads looking at Jerry Morning's anger. Their bodies began to tremble with fast beating hearts as if they wanted to immediately burst out of place. No one dared to make a sound at a time like this, and just glanced at each other, until finally a man tried to talk.

"Should we get Barron Night out of the ministerial candidate, Chairman?" A man gave an opinion. Gerry Selay was an official who accompanied Jerry Morning throughout his career.

For a moment Jerry thought about it, his breath hunting up and down so clearly visible. His head was about to break because of this. If he were to remove Barron Night from his list of relationships, who would be able to take his place to launch his black business behind the scenes?

There aren't.

"Leave first! Let's see how the next public development will be." Jerry sipped a drink at the table to the toilet. It's better to think about the campaign than to be dizzy because of the Night family. "We continue the discussion!"

They are currently discussing a campaign plan for Jerry Morning to run for President of N. State. For years he had always dreamed of this position, and only now would the man realize it.

Therefore, he would not let anyone get in the way of his plan. Especially to thwart himself from the seat of self-nomination.

As the second richest conglomerate in Country N, of course, it makes it the top position as the strongest candidate. The Bannerick family, whose records are businessmen, would not likely want the position of President to rival it.

"What about the funds we're going to spend on this campaign, Chairman?" said one of the officials.

Jerry Morning is the leader of the largest party in the government in the United States. Therefore, the officials called him the chairman. Occupying this position for years did not make him satisfied with it. He then crawled back to the President's seat.

"We use enough party funds. The rest I'll donate private funds to the campaign."

Officials nodded in agreement, not a small amount if spent on campaign funds. Especially the President and his staff. What they don't know is that Jerry Morning has an illegal business that can support his funding so easily.

"Do we have to bribe the people to vote for you, Chairman." Gerry Selay began to express opinions in the discussion.

However, Jerry Morning shook his head in a sign that he did not agree with it. "We can use other means that will attract public sympathy without having to muddy up the good reputation."

"For example, Chief?"

"We use the sympathy of the people to help dampen the public's emotions. Create charitable activities in various places from now on, under the pretext of social care." They nodded in agreement. "It will be easier to leave an impression they remember than a wad of money. Humans tend to remember goodness and will spread like a burning fire. If only money is used, then the bad image of the Barron family will affect us even more."

Jerry is a person who is good at taking into account all the possibilities. Therefore, he was also able to get rid of enemies who had the opportunity to become a stumbling block for him.

"What social activities will we do, Chairman?" ask a staff.

This made Jerry look at him sharply. "Are you stupid too? Even this small thing I have to explain!"

"T–no, Chairman." The man stammered, he did not expect to misspoke this time.

"You can use orphans, homeless people, nursing homes, people with disabilities, or anything else of a pity to attract public attention. Even if it was just using a bowl of porridge, they would definitely remember a small piece of that kindness." Jerry squealed at the base of his nose. He did not expect that the members were so stupid, that it made him rise in blood. "We can jump right in to provide help."

"But, Chairman ...." No one had time to talk Jerry was staring sharply at him, making the man's guts shrivel instantly.

"Aren't you even willing to jump into society?" Jerry Morning stared with a sharp glint of eyes, as if preparing to slash his interlocutor at any moment.

As the ranks of the upper class, it is impossible for them to gather with the people mentioned by Jerry Morning earlier. But what can they do other than obey the orders of the party leader.

For Jerry Morning, the condition of the lower classes requires special attention from the government. This can be a means to rebuild his good reputation in the eyes of the community. Selling the misfortunes of others for his own personal gain.

"Sufficient discussion got here today. You go!"

The ranks immediately stood up from his chair, bowing respectfully to the chairman and stepping away from the room. The air supply seemed to return to normal after that, the feeling of talking to Jerry Morning when the man was angry made them cramped.

While Jerry Morning indoors dispersed them because he felt that something was important this time.

"Get out!"

A young man came out, out of nowhere in his all-black suit.

"What did you get?"

"Sir, this is Brian's ex-wife." The man handed over some of Jessi's photos while at the restaurant with Jane.

At first glance Jerry stared at the two women's faces there, with Jane only visible from the side. The man frowned looking at the two. "Stephanie."

"No, Mister. His ex-wife is the other woman, Jesslyn Light." The man pointed at Jessi's face in the photo, only from the picture was the aura emitted by the woman.

"How is he now?"

"Looks like he'd be hard to work with, sir. Jesslyn Light is already quite rich and powerful in this country."

Jerry rubbed the photo in his hand repeatedly. There was a strange feeling running through her, happy and alert. I don't know what made him feel that. She squinted her eyes to find out what this two women had to do with her.

However, nil. He doesn't remember anything about them. "What is the relationship between these two women?"

"They're brothers, sir."

"Sister brothers." Jerry placed the picture on the table, holding his chin with the link of both hands. "Find out more about them, and report back to me!"

"Good, Sir."

The man left Jerry Morning's room. He was trained to be his right-hand man since childhood. Living under strict rules makes the young man a special shadow killer unknown to anyone but Marcopolo.

Yes, he was the next dog Jerry used after Marcopolo's death. For him, it was easier to train a baby who did not understand anything, compared to trusting a new person in his group.

Let alone the kind of person like Brian Messis, a cold-blooded man who did not hesitate to kill anyone, including his own father.

"Jesslyn Light, Stephanie." Jerry twirled his chair while still thinking about the two women. If he knew both, then whose descendants Jesslyn and Stephanie.

Jerry closed his eyes to calm his mind. Today's been pretty drained with the Night family troubles, the campaign, and now Brian's ex-wife.

There was never a single person who was completely trusted by Jerry. To him, they are all the same. You can betray anytime and with anyone. For this reason, he is always wary of bad possibilities around him.
