"By the way, why did Mommy ask me to go to the boutique?" ask Jessi.

"Oh that, Mommy wants to bring you a wedding dress fitting. Isn't your wedding coming up soon? Although all Mommy takes care of, at least have to choose a wedding dress that you like, Honey!"

Jessi lowered her head, she felt ashamed. "Sorry, I'm always a hassle, Mommy!"

They left the luxurious residence, heading to Jessi's mansion. Along the way the woman beside him turned her head a lot towards the outside.

"What do you think, Sweety?" ask Nich.

"I feel like there's still something in your father's study. Could it be a clue, if they've wiped out the evidence of the massacre, why are they still hunting Uncle Alex and killing the detective's family?"

He felt worried about actually letting his men go alone, considering how he found them first. However, Jessi could not change the decision that Mario had taken. He could only appreciate and let the man solve his problems.

"Be careful."

Mario rushes out of Light's residence with a suitcase. Jessi can only pray for her safety and hope that nothing untoward happens.

Nich left immediately because the night was late and Jessi also needed to rest her body. The woman walked into the residence.

For a moment he stood in front of a large frame containing a photo he brought from the residence of Alexander at that time. Jessi continued to stare at the faces depicted there.

A small painted symbol at the end of the image managed to make him link his brows. A symbol of Goddess Themis is depicted in a family photo. Is this a coincidence? Or even a hint?

Maurer's voice breaks Jessi's daydream. "Miss is home?"

Jessi nodded, she turned to look at Maurer. "Do you have any urgent problems, so Mario has to go back to Country K?"

"We lost father contact. Usually I can hack the electronics, so we can still see the news from afar." Maurer stopped his sentence seeing the wound on Jessi's cheek. "Had something happened, Miss? Why are you hurt?"

Jessi doesn't want to worry anyone. Anyway, the man is dead. Just stay to get rid of the caterpillar that is still wandering at will.
