Dr. Hendrik removed the mask on his face. "Lucky Jessi is past a critical period. But, the condition of the fetus in the womb still needs monitoring again."

"Fetus?" Nich widened his eyes to see Doctor Hendrick shaking as if he had an electric shock. What he heard right now was like a mantra, whether he had to express himself like what. "My wife is pregnant?"

Tears gather in Nich's eyes. The feeling of haru, happy, worried, disappointed, and angry, all the feelings seemed to tear apart his soul at this moment. Not knowing whether to be happy or sad about the happy news.

"Don't tell me you didn't know your wife was pregnant!" Doctor Hendrick squinted his eyes in disbelief at Nich. Did he not pay attention to his own wife?

"Jessi himself may even know after waking up later." Nich was still not aware of his surprise. However, a second later he recalled what had previously happened. "Will the poison have no effect on my children?"

"It could be influential because the age of the womb is still very young. If indeed the future results are not possible to be maintained, then we have to take it out."

I'm sure Jessi's not that weak." The doctor patted the patient's husband on the shoulder and then walked away.

 However, just a few steps back he turned around. "Ah, don't forget to get her in touch. Although, Jessi does not respond, but it can make her have the spirit to move on with life."

Nich just nodded. "Thank you." The man could only sit back in the waiting chair because there were still many medical personnel inside who took care of his wife. 

Repeatedly he rubbed the handsome face rough, until Willy ventured to get closer. 

"Sir." The man handed Nich a bottle of mineral water, seeing firsthand the condition of his arrogant boss has been a mess making him a little pity. Only a moment later did he find the happiness of having a wife. However, the test was already this heavy. 

The mineral bottle was taken by Nich and drank it to the toilet. "Have you heard from Daddy?" 

"Not yet, Sir." 

Only a rough sigh could be heard from Nicholas. He leaned against the wall and raised his head, staring at the ceiling of the hospital. I hope both parents can handle them. 

Shortly after, Willy's cell phone ringer broke the silence. The man stepped away to pick up the call. A few moments later, he turned back to face his master. 

"Young Master, Grand Master Michael and Lady Laura managed to capture them and exterminate all members of the Virgoun mafia."

Nich looked at Willy. "Where are they now?" 

"Headquarters Mistress Jessi."

"Don't let them get away! Tell T and the others to stand guard around there!"

"Good, Sir." Willy was about to get his phone back out, but Nich's voice stopped him.

"One more thing, don't let them die before I let them." The man's hand pointed firmly at his assistant. 

"Good, Sir."

Shortly after Willy's departure the medical personnel who had completed the task were out of the room. Seeing this, Nich stood up from his position. 

"Can I see my wife?" 

"Please, Master! Excuse me first." They bowed respectfully and left the owner of the hospital. 

Without wasting any time Nich entered the room of his wife who had been moved from the treatment room to the Bannerick family special room. 

Applepan was still there to see the change in the antidote he had given before. Seeing the young master enter the room the young man greeted him. "Sir." 

"How's it?" Nich stepped closer, seeing the beautiful face of his wife who was not as blue as when he was first brought here. 

Many medical devices are affixed to his body because of the condition of weakness and the middle of two bodies. So, they need to monitor the development of both. 

"This poison is no ordinary poison, sir. I will try as soon as possible to make the antidote. Luckily only one percent of the poison entered Madam's body. If it's more than that." Applepan just shook small. 

The case of the woman is the same as Kim Dae Ho who is still unconscious until now. It's just, the man had a buildup of toxins for years, while Jessi got a deadly poison that has been developed more ferocious. 

Hearing Applepan Nich's explanation could only be silent looking at his wife who was lying on the bed. "How long can you make the antidote?" 

"It's not certain yet, sir. But, I will concoct some with a gradual dose, considering the condition of the Young Madam who is pregnant will be too risky if giving her a high amount of medicine."

"Do your best for her!" 

"Good, Sir. Then excuse me first." The man then withdrew from the young master's presence to return to the laboratory and research the antidote as soon as possible. 

Slowly Nich took a chair to sit next to his wife's bed. Then, take the helpless weak hand. He pecked repeatedly the ice-cold palm, to make his body tremble because of tears that he could no longer contain. 

A Nicholas, who didn't even cry when he was born. Now spilling warm circles from his eyes while grasping the hand of the wife, peeling it repeatedly. "I'm sorry, honey. I'm sorry I can't take good care of you." 

Vibrating already the man's body, the pain of seeing Jessi's current condition makes it difficult to breathe. He had never imagined that he would be in such a situation. The man could only hope that God would still give them a chance to get back together as a happy little family. Of course with their children. 

Nicholas raised his head, his eyes turned to look at Jessi's flat stomach. Grueling it slowly while saying an encouraging sentence to his wife. 

"Darling, hangin! You should go back and be the mother of our child later. Don't you want to have a baby? Behold, in your stomach have grown our quality seed!" Nich's hand held his wife's fingers, while the other part stroked Jessi's flat stomach. 

Do not ask her feelings, the man is very hurt to be in his current position. Bad news can come at any time without being asked. He could only hope that all of this would pass soon. 

Meanwhile, behind the door Willy could only look on pity looking at his master. He exhaled a coarse breath as he said, "Destiny is too cruel to the warm married couple. Especially to me who for thirty years can only date with the files. Fate, fate."
