Jessi and Jane are not born from one womb, not blood is even different in everything. They are just a pair of children who have the same fate, lonely from childhood to grow up together and complement each other. The brotherhood bond is too tight if it has to be destroyed because of the actions of Jerry Morning.
Indeed, disasters and disasters come and turn to bring wisdom. In addition to being used as a reminder, but also shows proof of the strong desire to maintain a brotherly relationship. There is no smooth journey of life, there will still be twists, climbs, even dead ends in a problem.
Tested to the extent that they are able to solve all problems and still maintain the beautiful brotherhood even without blood ties. Revenge will only bring hostility, but forgiveness creates a peace that now calms the hearts of the two.
They become reinforcement of each other under all conditions. Mutual comfort when bored struck, pick up when one was lost, lift when falling, and reach out to help his brother get up. Their brotherly relationship is closer than anything in the world.
After the two of them vented each other's hearts to make them calm and no more tears flowed, Jessi began packing Jane's belongings scattered on the floor. But his brother stopped him.
"You're pregnant, let me have someone clean it up. Your condition is also still not recovered," said Jane who is still laying down on the sofa.
"It's okay, just a little." Jessi picks up the already broken items on the floor and throws them into the trash.
Shortly after, a knock from the door made Jessi step closer to her. She opened and saw her husband carrying several bags of food in his hands.
"What did you buy, honey?" The fragrant aroma of food that Nich brought immediately welcomed Jessi's sense of smell. As a pregnant woman, her nose is sharper than ever before.
"I bought some porridge and some of your favorite foods, Sweety." Nich went inside, put a plastic bag on the kitchen table and put it on a plate.
Jessi stepped closer to her husband while hugging him from behind. "What can I do for you, dear."
"Sit down and shut up, Sweety!" nich said as he ruffled his wife's head. "If you need to accompany your brother! He just seemed to have a broken heart."
"Damn you!" Jane snorted annoyedly at Nich's words and immediately threw a pillow at them. If only she wasn't sick, she would have kicked that guy out of here.
However, a moment later a smile expands on his face when he sees the romance of the couple. Her sister already looks so happy with Nicholas, it feels enough for Jane to accompany Jessi to get here.
A moment later, Jessi comes with a bowl of porridge for Jane. He walked while blowing the hot puff slowly, then sat down beside his brother.
"Well, eat!" Slowly Jessi feeds Jane patiently, making Nich just pop his lips.
Both are like cats and dogs if with Jessi, both fighting for attention and affection. They eat together by feeding each other, Jessi to Jane, while herself is served by her husband.
After a while they finished eating, Jane looked better than before. "Don't hurt anymore! Get well soon I'll go home!" said Jessi.
"Go!"
He seemed reluctant to leave the brother alone, but his own body began to feel tired. Maybe because his condition is still not recovered. "Must I accompany you?"
"Go before your husband turns gray if you stay here!" Jessi turned her eyes to look at Nich. True what Jane said, her husband's face now is no longer even worth looking at.
Upon arrival outside, Jessi did not press the elevator button to go down, but instead climbed up. "Dear we went to Damien's place?"
"It's up to you, Sweety. Don't be so tired!" Jessi nodded.
They join hands towards the top floor, Jessi put her head on the husband's shoulder for a while. "Darling, if you were Damien, would you stay away from me?"
Nich let go of his hand, then hugged his wife's shoulder. "I can't say I'd stay away or get any closer if I were Damien."
"Why?"
"Because we don't know how he's been treating his wounds alone all this time." Jessi looked up at her husband's face.
True to what Nicholas said, Damien grew up alone with wounds that imprint deep enough in his age. He lives alone, when his entire family disappears, even having to change identities in order to survive.
Although there was Uncle Alex, but they also could not live together for the safety of the two. At a young age at that time, Damien had also seen with his own eyes how cruel the mafia in slaughtering all residents of the residence Alexander.
None of them knew how Damien woke up from his nightmares every night. Losing his affection since childhood and being forced to grow up prematurely makes his heart filled with vengeance for the shadow of his family's death.
Unlike Jessi who does not remember anything about the events of that time. Although she has no parents, there are still Grandma Amber and Jane. They gave him more love than himself.
The sound of a rough gasp of breath from Jessi sounded so clear. "You're right, honey. He was even still traumatized when we first visited the old house."
Shortly after, the elevator opened. They stepped out into Damien's apartment. It was still daytime, whether the man was in his place or not. However, it turned out that in just a few taps the door was already open.
"You're coming, son. Come inside!" Uncle Alex opened the door and allowed both of them to enter. "Didn't you just get well, why did you travel, I wanted to visit you tonight."
"I'd like to see Damien, Uncle. Does he exist?" jessi asked as she walked into the apartment.
"your brother. He locked himself in a room these few days." Alex was sitting in the living room chair, while Jessi immediately dyed looking for her brother's room.
"Where's the room, Uncle?"
"The end!" His hand pointed at a door in the corner, then poured tea in front of him to Nich. "You just sit here, son, accompany me to tea. They might need some time to talk like brothers."
"Did something happen to Damien, Uncle?" asked Nich while grabbing the cup of tea.
"Let's know what I know about young people like you."
