15. Eye Warrior

"The book won't give you any clues." Obviously Sunghoon made Elena feel a waste.

"I think this book is part of a lost book." He said open the first page. There's a "Eye soldier, what is that?" Elena asked to open the next page.

"Eye warriors are a collection of vampires who can use fire and water magic."

"Are you included?" Elena asked again.

Sunghoon. "I'm one of the members of the Eye Warrior."

"How many members are there?"

"Four people." Sunghoon turned the car to the right.

"Are the Eye Warriors stronger than noble vampires?"

"Of course, even they could potentially become a King." Sunghoon glanced briefly at the book Elena was reading.

"You found the book in the library?"

Elena nodded.

"Black Eyes, Red Eyes and White Eyes. You said there were 4 members but it says there are only three Eye Soldiers." Elena's confused.

"That means there's a double eye color." Sunghoon parked his car right in front of a towering gate decorated with weeds that had crept all over the iron and wall.

Elena furrowed her brows, she noticed Sunghoon who had gotten out of the car. "Why did we stop here?." Muttering in confusion, Elena kept the book and got out of the car.

"Hey~ wait for me." Shouted Elena running after the already distant Sunghoon. He had difficulty stepping because the grass was already high.

"Ah~ what the demon is looking for in a place like this." Elena grumbled as she continued to chase after Sunghoon.

After a while Elena finally saw a magnificent house that looked very creepy.

"What is this place?" Ask while talking.

"You'll know later." Sunghoon clasped Elena's hand.

Elena looked at him but this time she let him. The two walked into the house, the cold and dust felt on Elena's body. Elena's so dirty that it is not strong to resist sneezing. The house is completely unkempt, there are a lot of insects that perch on the roofs.

Elena still doesn't know what Sunghoon's purpose is.

"Is there anyone here?" Whisper Elena.

"My friend lives here and maybe you know him too." Sunghoon was still holding Elena's hand.

When she reached the second floor, the girl could see someone's legs behind the chair.

"Has Heeseung improved?" Sunghoon's question confused Elena.

Behind the darkness a person appeared with red eyes and fangs sticking out. Elena immediately gasped in fear, she hid behind Sunghoon's back. His breathing was panting, his body was goosebumps badly.

Sunghoon who saw Elena scared immediately asked his friend to return to human form.

"It's okay, he's my friend won't attack you." Sunghoon smiled at Elena but the girl shook her head unwilling to come out from behind Sunghoon's back.

"Julius do you know Elena?" Ask Sunghoon directly.

Hearing that Elena immediately peeked over to see who Sunghoon meant.

While Elena was silent, she occasionally noticed the servants standing on the right and left sides.

Elena immediately turned to Sunghoon, the man smiling gently at her.

"Then I don't have to come?" Ask Elena clumsy.

Julius watched Elena who was talking to Sunghoon. He felt a bond with Elena especially the necklace Elena wore made him curious.

Elena exhaled slowly, relieved that there was no need to go on a book-searching journey. Instead he should be near Jay.

Arriving in the hallway of Sunghoon dormitory tells Elena to enter but the girl does not want to.

"You're going away for a week?" Ask again.

Sunghoon. "I must find El's book, before bad things happen."

"What's bad?"

"I need all my strength back. Otherwise, I will never be able to return to the land of Luga Ru." Sunghoon touched Elena's shoulder.

"Promise me to never be away from Jay." He said as if begging.

"Is something bad going to happen?"

"If you obey me, you will always be safe." He rubbed Elena's head slowly.

Suddenly unwilling to be left behind by Sunghoon, Elena fell silent for a while.

"I'll definitely be back." Sunghoon made Elena feel better.

The girl nodded and hugged Sunghoon.

Naturally Sunghoon was surprised because this was unlike the usual Elena. Sunghoon returned Elena's embrace.

"We can't be like this." Sunghoon muttered and Elena immediately took off her embrace.

"Huggling can't be but kissing can be? you're weird." The gerutu pulled out the dorm key.

A door made of wide open stone shows the access of the stairs to the basement. Three men began to descend the stairs, the door moved by itself again closed.

They sat on stone chairs that had been made specifically for each soldier but there was one empty seat. They did not invite any of the members.

Jay flicked his finger making flames appear from the slit of the table carving.

"I can't believe we're meeting again, is there a mission? abducting another human to become a vampire?" Jay opened the chat.

"Heeseung hasn't even recovered yet, no human being should be made into a vampire." Julius was serious.

"Then why are we gathering and where is Sunoo?." Jay asked in confusion.

"There's a secret mission and Sunoo's not allowed to know." Sunghoon began to explain.

Jay twitched his eyebrows.

"The book held by Elena is gone, me and Julius will search for her while your job is to look after Elena. Don't let the necklace she wears fall into the wrong hands."

"I knew you would become a king in Luga Ru's land but was it necessary to go this far? how much more power will you have?" Jay started arguing over Sunghoon.

"I won't take any other power, I just need my previous strength back. And also I need more holy blood than the creatures of this world."

"If Jake finds out about your identity, he'll take it all. He's been watching you." Jay looked at Sunghoon closely.

"I don't want the cranium destroyed...."
