“Aa-aa ..”
“I'm sorry, but we don't have time to take care of garbage like you guys,” Reve said stabbing the neck of one of the attackers with a sword that suddenly appeared in hand. Not just once, he did it so many times that the person's neck was torn apart.
“Alright, continue-”
“Stop!” intercept Toz. “What do you want to do?!”
“Certainly teach a lesson.”
“Ta-but! They're dead,” Toz holding Reve's hand.
“Then?”
“Then? How can you say that?! Ki-we've killed people,” Toz looks on in disbelief at Reve who is staring casually at him.
“Kita? Didn't Near kill him? I'll just clean up the rest.”
“It ...” suddenly heard the sound of laughter not far from the place which added to Toz's panic.
“Already, let's go,” Reve turned around.
While Near had vanished out of nowhere as Toz looked towards him.
With a hasty step, they arrived also in front of a striking door that was on the left wall of the road divider. The door is made of red crystal and emits a thick carnation scent.
Reve touched it. Suddenly, the door glowed that dazzled the darkness around them.
A few seconds later, the crystals softened like red and slimy jelly.
“Cih! What is this?” Reve mamandang irritated. However, his hands that were stuck to the door were instead drawn in making them equally shocked. “This.”
“Reve!” Toz held his arm. It didn't take long, the two ended up being drawn into that chewy and slimy door.
“Uhuk ... uhuk .. uhuk ...” Toz coughed in shock and accidentally licked the door he pierced through.
“Welcome gentlemen, can anyone be helped?” greet someone with a unique soft voice. Reve and Toz glanced at him.
It appeared before them, a strange figure with a human-like body and face but had pangolin scales on its skin. Plus, the long blonde hair that makes her appearance even more striking.
“We need a room with two beds in it.”
“Alright, please follow me,” the person is driving them.
Toz was stunned to see the beauty of the inn he was visiting. Like a fairyland, the interior of the building is vast with its walls, floors and ceilings made of bright shining red crystals. Even the sound of steps rubbing against the floor felt melodious by her.
“It looks like you guys are new visitors in this city,” said the waiter suddenly.
“Ya,” reply Reve short.
“Is the trip here fun?”
Toz said nothing. He didn't want to talk wrong so let all Reve's business handle it. “Ya, very pleasant.”
“So?” The man looked back with his friendly smile, making Toz awkward and Reve staring flat.
“This is your room,” clear while touching the door of the room in question. “The price of this room was last night three gold coins. The facilities inside are complete so you will not feel bored. If interested, just stick the gold coin to the door and it will open.”
Reve nodded, he took out a few pieces of gold coins and attached them to the door wall. The door immediately opened along with the disappearance of the attached coin.
“Alright, have a nice day,” said the waiter and left them.
“Wah .. is this really our room?” toz said in a happy tone. He entered the room first. Meanwhile, Reve, his eyes still did not budge from the man who had driven them.
“Exciting ..” murmured Reve had a cold face upon entering the room.
The next day, Reve and Toz left the inn with smiles from the waiter who guided them yesterday. “May your day please Mr.”
Toz nodded, satisfied with the lodging service. “So where are we going?”
Reve smiled, did not reply and chose to ignore him. Toz could only look in wonder and not ask anymore.
To be honest, he was very wary of Reve, afraid that the incident last night would also happen to him. The shadow of the murder by the pet snake comes back to haunt him.
But he can't do anything. The fact that Reve has been with him and helped when difficult is not an easy thing to underestimate. “Reve, can I ask you something?”
“Mmm.”
“Where can you get gold coins from?” Toz was really curious. His eyes would not budge from the face of Reve walking beside him.
“I stole it.”
“Hah?! What!”
“From the creature I killed,” Reve explained everything.
Toz's mouth gaped because he still did not believe the words of his traveling companion. “From the victim he killed? Oh god, it seems like I also sinned because I had participated in eating his money, Toz's inner” inflamed.
Their journey, now entering an area that looks like a market in a modern city, only the buildings here are more beautiful. A wide variety of merchandise is displayed in unique booths with an attractive merchant figure.
They were average like humans, but had something different. Whether it's horns, scales, fangs or wings as an addition.
“Hei! Have you heard?” ask one of the customers to the merchant he visited.
“Sound what?” the merchant was lifting up the clothes he would offer the customer.
“About the discovery of the corpse near the bar Deadsia!”
“Oh yes! I've heard! Said the city's patrol team was very noisy with no witnesses at the scene.”
“How could such a terrible thing happen?!”
Their rant was heard clearly in Toz's ears, but he followed Reve's indifferent steps with the gossip of the people around. No witnesses, no reason to be afraid to see Reve's face.
Until finally, their feet were both stopped in front of a store that sold various kinds of antiques. “New customers?” welcome the people in the store to see their arrival.
“I want to buy a sword,” pinta Reve looked at him.
The old man smiled. “Alright, please follow me,” both walk in the guided direction. He climbed down a ladder and reached a room filled with weapons.
“There is indeed a sword here?” the inner Oceh of Toz when looking at the decoration of the skull or other unique items perched beautifully in it. Then, “wah ... amazing,” Toz could not stop his amazement.
Whatever he had just met in the world of Guide, it must have been commented with praise. He seemed to have forgotten, with his chatter just now.
Reve looked around. There were so many weapons on the walls and the glass cabinets. Before long his eyes stopped on a pile of thick dusty weapons. He approached and stared for a moment into it. Touching one of the axe eyes and stroking it.
“It's just an old gun. If you want the best, this displayed weapon is much more extraordinary,” between parents who are the owners of the store.
Reve didn't respond. Then draw two swords that one is medium in size and one is longer than the sword in general. “I want this,” he handed both to the store owner.
“Ya.”
“This is only an old weapon, even his eyes are not as sharp as other sword eyes,” the old man weighed the weapons in his hands and stroked them. “This gun shine has long since faded.”
“Then? Not sharp does not mean it cannot be used. Sometimes they do not shine because they have to kill in the dark,” Reve said silencing him.
Slowly a smile broke out on his lips, making Reve and Toz stare unblinkingly at the old man's face which was quite strange to him.
“Alright, if that's what you want,” cleanly while opening a closet that is not far in its standing position. He took a cloth and a small crystal bottle. “Come,” take him to the two of them.
The three returned to the top floor where the entrance of the store was located. The old man then put the two swords into a large jar filled with murky water.
The liquid is splashed in a small crystal bottle so that the water in the urn gives off smoke and boils.
“What does it do?” whisky Toz.
“Entaihlah,” Reve replied without expression.
“Have you heard the myths about the death of devotees?”
“Mitos?” response Toz shocked.
“Not yet,” connect Reve flat.
“So?”
The panicked-faced Toz chose to circulate his gaze towards the surrounding antiques.
“By the myth is quite splashy in this city,” continued old man while touching the jar.
“We are immigrants, so not so familiar with the rumors circulating,” said Reve shifted the direction of his vision.
“Where are you guys from?”
“From jungle.”
“So?”
Reve again highlighted the old man through the corner of his eye. “In this city, where can I meet a glass maker?”
“Glassmaker?”
“Ya.”
“On the outskirts of the river Leviosa, there is a house that specializes for him,” obviously old man while taking both swords from inside the urn.
“Thank you for the information.”
The old man nodded, then took the scabbard to sheathe the swords in front of him. “This weapon is quite sensitive, if not in the right hands.”
“So?” Reve responded with an indifferent expression.
Finished doing so, the old man thrust out the sword of Reve's order. “Seventy-seven gold coins,” he said as he handed it to Reve.
Reve took it and gave the swords to Toz.
“A reasonable price for two old swords,” ledek Reve while removing a pouch made of black leather.
“How does it feel?”
“What?” reve's face groaned at the indistinct chatter of the person in front of him.
“Killing worshippers that the newcomers feared,” both gasp at the unexpected words of the store owner.
“I-it ..” Toz.
“You may be able to deceive others. But the scent of your blood cannot fool me, ” the old man smirked.
Highlight Reve's eyes turned cold, “want me to kill?”
“Reve!” toz's frantic intercept.
“Two human children, one snake, the scent of blood, the pockets of devotees, the old sword, aren't you guys very suspicious?” the old man chuckled as soon as he finished saying it.
Toz's face paled because the person said something strange to him. His heart was racing with sweat drenching the temple.
“Then? What do you want?” reve's tone of voice was pressing.
“A assandia (fighter) buys a sword? Isn't that weird?”
“If nothing matters, here's the coin,” Reve throws the leather bag over the table. “Ayo,” take her to Toz.
“Glassmaker, what does a suspicious child like you want to see him?”
As soon as Reve was about to open the door, suddenly the whole room darkened and the door no longer looked as soon as the darkness disappeared.
Reve smiled, making Toz shudder in horror at her. “Because I need glass, so that you can clearly see how real death is,” Reve pulled one of the swords from Toz's hand.
“Re-ve,” sergeant Toz slowly.
“So you guys killed them?”
“Kill who?” asked Reve with a plain face.
“Even if you cover it, don't think that I don't know whose blood it is,” old man sharpened the look in his eyes.
“Human appearance and unusual ability, chimera huh? Or hydra?” Reve pointed a sword at him.
“Looks like you're no ordinary kid.”
“Open the door before I slash your head.”
“You must be great if you are sure of your abilities.”
“Reve, can't we be like this?” timpal Toz suddenly.
He did not want the situation to get worse and they were caught, because they had been involved in an incident last night due to a debate against a suspicious old man.
“Open the door,” Reve again warns.
“There is a trace of hydra blood on your body,” Now Toz is really panicking because the old man has already said a sentence he really wants to avoid.
“Braak!” the sound of a sword being thrown and piercing through the wall. Unexpectedly, that sword scratched the old master's temple before it pierced through the wall behind it.
“You are not compassionate to parents.” The old man grinned and touched the blood that was flowing in his wound.
Now, a sword suddenly appeared in the air and fell into Reve's hands as soon as he raised it. “I don't want to use it. But it seems, parents like you should indeed be taught a lesson.”
