Death Games

Death Games
Shake my hand, friend

“Mitos are interesting. It would be great for a bedtime,” Reve laughed softly.

“Tell me your destination. That way, maybe I can think what's wrong why you refused my invitation.”

“It sounds bad.”

“Amarilis, she's actually a good fairy. However, due to the betrayal of loved ones, his surroundings instantly turned dark. The betrayal that leaves a great wound is covered by selling souls to the darkness. The soul can only survive by using its blood, and one of the victims is my father,” explained Aza Ergo.

Silent, finished the last word out of Aza Ergo's lips, no one else spoke. Their gazes at one center of the lake that reflected the two-month light began to change its silence. Slowly, the wind from the east blew lightly and flew whatever it could lift.

The old leaves began to fall, among the many that fell there was one flying in the air. Whether it was a coincidence or not, one of the deciduous leaves drifted into the place where Reve and Aza Ergo stood.

“Reygan Cottia.”

“Deg!” aza Ergo's heart gasped at hearing that. “Where did you hear that name?”

“The greatest villain in the history of the world Guide. Many officials or people of other nations who died because of his madness.”

“That name is known only to a few higher-ups. And you can say that name in front of other people. Did you realize that you just pulled a rope in front of the representatives of the nations?”

“Unfortunately, the rope was already interested when I just came to this world.” Reve grinned, making Near the snake move quickly and then move away from him.

Different, something different. Aza Ergo felt an awkwardness suddenly burst out as the young man grinned. His premonition was bad, something began to disturb the corner of the heart and mind to speak.

“You, what is your real destination?” Aza Ergo rounded her eyes looking fixedly at the young man.

The wind swirling turned stormy, about to sweep away whatever it hit. The soft hair both swayed, displaying every flawless facial line. Now, not only was it clearly visible, Reve's blue bead slowly shone brightly like the reflection of the moon on the surface of the lake.

“Reygan Cottia prison lock.”

Aza Ergo's originally calm expression, now became even darker. The moonlight was covered in clouds, making the man's face covered in shadows. “I'm right, you're dangerous,” Aza Ergo grinned. The handsome face of the empusa nation's top brass, began to melt from his right eye.

“You told me your purpose. I just paid the same price. No matter how bad it is, you and I are the same.”

“Sama?” Aza Ergo chuckles. “Tell me Reve Nel Keres. If you get the key, what will you do?”

Reve turned his eyeballs glancing at Near the snake who was in the corner of the balcony. “If the time has come, then the world will know the answer.”

A moment later, Aza Ergo reached out to Reve. “Shake my hand friend, I just need your strength, not your demon destination.”

Reve. “Are you still sane?”

“Reygan Cottia the death. Whether you kill him or release him, the results will remain the same. I just need amaryllis blood. Even if the world was shaken, there were powerful people who could stop it. I need your powers. If only the key I can help you. If it's that dirty creature, I'll kill you with him, too, because I'm still the superior of empusa.”

Reve smiled, while glancing at the hand that was still thrust in front of him. Until finally he highlighted Near through the corner of the eye. Long enough he was like that, letting a few seconds pass in the midst of the night wind.

“Alright, I hope you didn't pull your words.” Reve finally shook that hand. An agreement is created in the process of talking quite gripping. Where the magma that melted in Aza Ergo's eyes, had already fallen to the floor.

“Just relax, I won't pull it. Except for doing it in my own way,” tone Aza Ergo seemed insinuating, until finally the handshake was separated. “So, do you know where the key is?”

“There are three people who know about it. “Bragi Elgo, Sif Valhalla, and Izanami Forseti.”

“Wait! Elgo Bragi? Isn't that the former empusa leader?”

“True, do you know the guy? If yes, that is great.”

Aza Ergo's face turned saturated hearing Reve's sentence. “Because we've agreed, so fine. But I have one condition.”

“What?”

“Make sure my security. Even higher-ups, I can die in vain before my goal is reached.”

“What is this? Cowardly,” reproaches Reve while turning his body.

“Then I go first. When I get back we'll leave town. How?”

“No problem. Because I also do not feel at home linger here.” They both went back to Reve's room. Where Toz and the runaway slave lie on the sofa, while the others are busy telling stories.

Riz looked towards Reve who put his snake on the bed. “Listen to me,” said Aza Ergo suddenly. “As you all know, that we agreed to cooperate. So, I'll finish my business in this city first. When I get back, we'll get out of this town in secret. Agree?”

“Hei! I'm not going with you, don't forget that!” oceh Doxia's.

“I also have no interest in inviting parents like you.”

“What you said! Just because you're a senior ..” infuriated Doxia.

“I still can't decide. To be honest my only goal is to take part in the competition to win the black shield and steal an important letter from teacher Criber,”, Rexcel said.

“Forget the letter is stupid! You think we won't get caught?! I was lucky because he was fighting. Otherwise, the old man would have killed me for lying to him.”

“Letter? What letter are you talking about?”

Rexcel seemed hesitant to answer. “Sorry but the letter is quite confidential.”

“Alright, whatever. Since my dream team has also formed,” Aza Ergo then swept a glance at the people in front of him. “I go first,” he said leaving them.

“Reve,” call Riz.

“Hei boy! Where are you going?” ask Doxia.

“Not your business,” Horusca replied and left them.

“Cih, what the fuck is that boy?!” his gerrick.

An hour later in a different place.

“Aza? Where to from?” ask Logan.

“Finding places to stay.”

“You can stay at the residence of the higher-ups right?”

“I also want to go for a walk,” Aza Ergo take an apple in the basket that is in front of Logan. “What's up?”

“No, nothing.”

“Which other?” ask Aza Ergo.

“Entahlah. There will be a meeting in two hours. Discussing the death of one of the hydra members as well as the dissidents.”

“Ho .. interesting. All that can be done is to discuss without moving,” he said in a satirical tone.

At first glance, Logan glanced sharply at him. “However this remains an important discussion. We can't close our eyes to what happened.”

“The dead are not only subordinates, why hydra like losing nobles? Though every day someone dies in the world Guide. If he was killed, how else. Indeed it was the destiny of his life,” then Aza Ergo bit the apple in his hand.

“Because hydra can't close its eyes. It might be the actions of people who began to want to show their fangs,” between Hea Alcendia suddenly. He approached them with Bleria Sirena.

“Maybe.”

“We will only fight on certain nights,” Aza Ergo directs the apple in hand on Hea. Making the young man stare intently at the one who spoke.

“No matter what the cooperation system of the nations. In life, only the prosperity of each is thought of. I'm sure you understand what I mean.”

They fell silent, Hea Alcendia's words long enough silenced them. Until finally the sound of an apple bite breaks the atmosphere.

“Yes, you're right. However we are still enemies,” Aza Ergo laughed, making others stare strangely at him.

“You are always cheerful Mr. Aza. It would be nice to live without a burden like you,” Bleria quipped.

“Of course. If you can live happily, why should it be difficult? I'm just trying to enjoy it.”

“Enjoying life yes.” Bleria smiled faintly. “If you intervened properly, then those dissidents would have already been punished by now.”

“Oh! They yes. I was amazed by his ability. Aren't their assandias (fighters) and elftraz (healers) really great? Even the famous higher-ups did not dwell in the face of his attack,” Aza Ergo then laughed out loud. His words and attitude instantly got a sharp glare from Hea and Bleria.

“You insinuated me?” press Hea.

“Hah? What are you talking about? Oho! Right, aren't you elftraz? (healer?), it appears Aza Ergo took pains to hold back his laughter. “I forgot, we also have assandia (fighter) bleed.”

“Lord Aza. What do you mean by that?” an emotionless gaze flashed Bleria without blinking.

“Stop. Aza just spoke without thinking. You must have understood the chat,” cut Logan suddenly.

“You speak as if I have no brain Mr. Logan,” strange smile on Aza's lips. Making the man even more annoying in the eyes of Hea and Bleria.

“Again what they say is true. If you intervene, surely the dissidents will not escape.”

“Woah! I'm surprised you've judged my abilities so highly. After all, aren't we the same? If you intervened, they would've moaned helplessly. Lightning is much faster than magma. But it is undeniable, sometimes, even an cornered rat can be dangerous,” us Aza Ergo.

Logan only displays a headband hearing the man's answer. He is too chatty to respond to, people are not serious it seems only will add emotion if served.

“I'm hungry. So, what dish is here?”

“Entahlah. Look inside,” reply Logan.

“Good. Doesn't anyone want to come? Otherwise I will eat alone,” shrewd Aza Ergo still steps no matter.

“Among the higher-ups, he was the most annoying,” growled Hea.

“You're right,” timpal Bleria.

Logan was silent at the words of the two young higher-ups in front of him. After all, he understood if they felt annoyed with the man. Aza Ergo is the most annoying senior he has ever met. He doesn't even laugh at his own people. So, it is not strange if other nations are also affected.

If not for his recognized ability, his own people would have finished off Aza Ergo considering his unfiltered mouth. It seemed, that man had many lives considering that he no matter what came out of his mouth, would cause chaos later.

Two hours later, the meeting was held. The meeting place is one of the rooms of the building provided for the officials to stay overnight.

Representatives of nations, starting from Hea Alcendia and Libra Septor, the higher-ups of the hydra nation. Bleria Siren and lord Criber of the Sirens. Logan Centrio of the Dracula. Barca Asera, from the chimera nation who is the owner of an antique store. Aza Ergo and Aquila Ganymede, of the empusa. Asus Sevka of the dwarves. Reoa Attia and Betelgeuse Orion of the Gyges. And the last Ivailo Stoyan and Ilhan Leandro of the human race.

“It looks like there's still nothing to come.”

“Please do not mention the nation that is not clear of its existence,” continued Bleria staring annoyed Aza Ergo who smiled thinly.

“So, what will we discuss?” ask Ilhan Leandro.

“Where were you at the trial? Don't you know if yesterday's dissident was from your people?” sindir Reoa's.

“The gate distance to this city is quite far. It's not like humans alone are troubled, aren't other nations too?” Ilhan returned Reoa Attia's annoyed gaze.

“However, the truth is that the dissident is from the human race. Not only defied the law, but also took away slaves. Has man always been that way? Like breaking the rules,” timpal Hea cynical.

“Rules are there to be breached. Isn't there where the challenge lies?” Aza Ergo chuckles. Hea's face instantly displayed a guurat of emotion on his forehead and lips.

“I don't care where the dissident comes from. There are so many higher-ups, is no one willing to fight to catch them?” Ivailo Stoyan glanced at the people sitting around him.

“Do not talk normally. Even you don't know what their abilities are like,” Hea stressed.

Laughter immediately exploded from Aza Ergo's lips. “True, how can you say that? The opposition of your people is truly extraordinary! There are rare assandia (fighters), also tankzeas (protectors) with steel guts. Ah, where did elftraz (healer) come from? She's great,” oceh Aza Ergo at length. Some of the higher-ups shook their heads to hear the sound of that chatty mouth.

“Assandia (fighter) rare?” raut Ilhan turned curious.

“Yes. He pulled out many swords in one strike!” concluded Aza Ergo excited.

Ilhan Leandro frowned. “What joke is it? Assandia (fighter) can only take out one weapon from his bones. It's different that he owns the twin guns. Don't-don't you see it's merlindia (witch).”

“He is indeed a rare assandia (fighter). That's why we can't just let him roam around,” cut Mr. Criber. “In fact, the boy has a magic snake with teleportation ability.”

“What's the name?” ask Ivailo Stoyan.

“Reve Nel Keres's. Winners from seyembara,” Bleria continued.

Ilhan smiled. “Excellent, I'll search for his information in the human world. What about the other dissidents?”

“Entahlah. But, there was one elftraz (healer) conspicuously with him. I'm not sure if the boy is from a human race or not. But others, ensured guider beginners,” shrewd Reoa Attia.

“Enough with dissidents. Spread his face painting all over the place. Let's talk about hydra,” cut Libra Septor.

“Hydra? It seems that you guys are impatient to find the culprit yes,”, said Ilhan.

“If not found soon, there may be other corpses,” Libra stared intently at him.

“Then? Living things must die. Although the end of his life is quite tragic, but that is the law of nature,” said Ilhan who heated the atmosphere of the meeting.

Aza Ergo's laughter immediately exploded hearing the words of the human race's top brass. “Aza!” reoa Attia, Logan and Libra together. The man immediately shut his mouth restraint even though the look on his face was clearly meaningful.

“Enough with it. Hydra's goal is to prolong this problem, because it's possible that the culprits are those who want to show off their fangs.” He stared intently at Ilhan.

“Do you have any proof?”

“Proof? Although low-level, Cotra is a commander-level assandia, is it natural that he died while hunting?” press Hea rounded her eyes.

“Maybe he was killed by his quarry,” Aza Ergo chimed.

“Don't joke! He died by losing his heart! Even it was exactly the same as the corpse of the devotee who died in this city yesterday!” bright Libra with its lights. The higher-ups immediately silenced hearing it.

“Now you can not give up, because it is indeed a veiled crime from those who want to mess up in the world Guide. If no one wants to intervene to look for him, do not avoid if your nation is suspected as the culprit!” continued Libra. It seemed that the woman was really emotional, as the higher-ups seemed to be trivializing the problems that befell her nation.
