“This is your fault, for focusing too much on the attack in plain sight,” said someone suddenly.
“Si-who?” young people using electrical elements try to find the source of the sound.
Suddenly, a body stood behind the stack of participants who had lost in the first attack. “It looks like I have to thank those who have lost first,” Reve also grinned while combing his hair back.
“You!” the man who had been looking for him.
“Ah, your fault for not beating me first,” Reve smiled at her.
“She, what really happened?” murmured Bleria Sirena who still did not understand the situation before her eyes.
“Reve?! How could? What happened?!” Riz also did not understand how Reve could still be fine.
“Sneaky participants,” timpal Horusca suddenly.
“Horusca, what do you mean?” Riz looked at her in wonder.
In a different place, the old man of the antique shop looked calmly at her. “Do you already know about this?” ask someone to her.
“What do you mean?”
“Because your eyes never separated from the boy,” Logan explained glancing at the old man.
“It looks like you're looking too highly at me. I also did not expect that young man would dominate the fight.”
Reve also pulled the sword from its sheath, walking towards the young man who had used electricity before. “Ka-you ..”
“I will pay you, for hurting my hand,” Reve said as he raised his sword.
“Do not think that this is over!” yell at one of the participants.
Suddenly, a kick landed towards Reve's chest. Quickly the young man held back the kick that was pointing with the sword. However, the effect of the attack was still felt and made him take a few steps back.
“Still able to stand?” muttered Reve stared exasperatedly at him.
“What poison is it?!” shouted the deer-horned woman who had launched the attack. There was a red aura flowing out from his body. It left the girl unharmed so badly from the sneak attack Reve had launched.
“Poisons?!” muttered the young electric user who eventually fell down due to dizziness and pain in the body.
“Woah! Just incredible! Now only two participants are left!” someone on the stage. His horrendousness once again made the people around him stare in annoyance from his noisy mouth.
“What poison has the young man used?” bleria Mummings.
“Toxins that can knock out commander-level guiders easily. Isn't that kid great?” praise Hea at last.
Mr. Criber who from earlier had long enough to hear the chattering of people around him spoke up. “Smart kid. But, can he beat gyges like that woman?”
“Nation giant yes, this is quite an interesting fight,” timpal people who from earlier shouted causing irritation.
The deer-horned woman also showed a streak of emotion on her face. “At a time when people are busy fighting, you can be cheating. What have you done?! What poison is that?!”
Reve smiled. “Cheat? If others can attack, why can't I?”
“You!”
“Quiet it, so victory in
my hand, I'll give you the antidote.”
“Don't think I'd let you just like that!” the woman shouted clenched her hands. He ran towards Reve to punch him.
“Nation gyges are great. Even in the wounded state, they still had a fighting strength of this magnitude.”
“Shut up!” the woman again swung her leg as her punch was successfully on Reve's edge with the back of the sword. “Because of you!” yelled the woman.
Reve who was holding back the kick with the back of the sword did not expect that the woman would repel him and make the sword in hand turn towards him.
“Trang!” a sword appeared in Reve's hand one more. So as to successfully resist the attack of the master's eating weapon that almost hit it.
“You, assandia! (Fighter!)”
Suddenly, Reve threw the long sword that had accompanied him from the beginning at the woman very quickly as if to stab her. The gyges woman dodged to the left so the sword escaped backwards past her.
“What joke are you doing?”
Reve repeated it again by throwing the last sword in hand with the same move. Again the woman avoided him. “Then one more time, what are you doing? You're not that stupid as to think your attack will hit me, are you?”
Reve still commented on the smile on his lips. The woman continued, “when the ground was very hot, but you showed no reaction. Is it possible that it doesn't affect you?”
“Why not ask yourself?”
The woman squinted at Reve's remark, “you are not gyges.”
“True, and it has nothing to do.” Reve moved his legs slowly.
“Hey, why is the fight so boring? Will they only talk until the end?” timpal Hea finally.
“The young man, I wonder what he planned,” Logan continued.
“Hei Sir, it seems you are very interested in the human child,” Hea asked him.
“Witting an invisible attack at the end, isn't he interesting enough to see?”
“Padahat I think he only capital luck only. Wearing a commotion to spread the poison. Maybe now he is confused how, because the poison has less effect on the gyges woman,” explained Hea.
“But I wonder what poison he used until it could cripple the other great participants,” Bleria comes into voice.
The spectators on the stage also glanced at the great guiders who were knocked down by Reve's invisible poison. They could not move with the trembling body, some were still stuck sitting without being able to do anything or even fell helplessly lying on the ground.
The sweep of the wind seemed to shout Reve's initial victory move. However, the leaf flew like it reminded him that it was still deep in wishful thinking. The existence of women from the Gyges who still survive as the cause.
Reve clenched his hands, starting to walk slowly towards the woman. “Heh? Empty hands?” ledek's woman gyges because Reve doesn't wear a gun.
Reve's steps changed quickly and ran towards him while launching an attack on the woman's face. With a swift hand he held Reve's arm about to punch him in the face, “ disrespectful, you want to hit a woman?”
“Ya,” reply Reve short. He twisted his body and played the elbow to elbow the woman's cheek.
“You think a physical attack will work on me?!” the woman managed to avoid it.
Reve did not answer and chose to let go of the hand holding his arm and tried to play the leg. However, his movements were less rapid, so the woman launched an attack towards Reve's chest.
Reve was forced to avoid the kick by dropping the body to the ground. He managed to hold the body by resting his right hand, then put on his left leg and lift it to the woman's face.
“Twoagh!”
“Uugh!” erang the woman while rubbing her right cheek affected by Reve's left leg attack. “Damn it!”
Reve looked at him cynically, “nigel (appearing)” he said. A sword exactly the same as before appeared on the charred left hand.
“You!” The woman stared intently at him. Without realizing it, blood flow dripped from his nose. “I-ini.”
“My poison has spread all over your body, and you are still stubborn.”
“Basic man cunning,” umpat woman gyges while removing blood on her nose. His body shook violently, but he did not ignore because the energy as a descendant of the gyges managed to make it survive so far.
Reve advanced the sword and pointed it at the woman. Without any spell, the sword in Reve's hand gave off an unusual aura. The aura was so cold, it made the people around him speechless with hot smoke airing through his weapon.
“You, not just an ordinary assandia (fighter),” the woman clenched her hand when she realized the level of the opponent in front of her.
Reve muttered nothing, except to raise his sword high. The face of the gyges woman also turned frantic. He immediately shot forward to attack Reve, trying to thwart the attack he was about to launch.
“Do not think I will let it!” the woman's shout raised a clenched hand and shrouded in a fiery red aura there. When the punch almost touched Reve's body, the arena exploded violently which shook the entire square area.
The explosion caused a dense dark smoke to air, making several pairs of powerful eyes unable to penetrate its depths. A frenzy of question marks enveloped the arena, wondering what had actually happened.
From behind the smoke, a faint figure still standing firmly appeared with his faint form. Trying to show the last state through cracks that can be penetrated by the eye.
Unexpectedly, a young man with a sword-wielding hand was still standing upright in the middle of the arena. However, the sword in his hand was emitting an unusual dark aura that was fed by black lightning.
It left the audience speechless, except for gasping at the figure of the gyges woman who had a huge gaping wound along her chest and stomach.
“Dia!” He stood up in shock at the sight before him.
“Reve,” murmured Toz in disbelief. Even though he had a glimpse, he saw clearly what happened.
“Dia,” inner old pack antique store owner mutters. Everything was clearly visible before his eyes.
A moment before the gyges woman managed to lash out a punch, the energy in the smoky Toz sword instantly turned black and shot out like a bolt of lightning to her opponent. It caused a huge explosion effect as it pierced through the red aura that enveloped the horned woman.
The woman immediately fell unconscious, while Reve turned half a lap to face the stage. Where an audience with incredible energy and gifts awaited him there.
Without warning, Reve threw his sword towards the stage which made the higher-ups of each nation stand up straight away.
“Dia!” Hea and Logan raised their hands about to resist the sword attack. But had not had time to pull out a stance, Reve had suddenly stood on the stage while holding the handle of the sword he had thrown.
“You!” He looked sharply.
“I just want to take my gift,” said Reve without any fear at all.
“Do you know who is in front of you?” bleria asked with a pressing tone.
“Whoever do you have nothing to do with my victory,” bright Reve flat-faced.
Suddenly, something moved from behind his clothes, trying to get out through the gap that could show itself.
“That!” pekik Hea's.
A black mamba snake snuck out and wrapped around Reve's sword-wielding arm. His pace was slow, but it drew closer to the crystal chunk where the main prize of the contest perched beautifully.
“Slar?” Logan stared at the creature.
“Near, do,” command Reve.
The pet also pulled out his tongue. Then it opened its mouth wide and exposed the long fangs hanging there.
Suddenly, the snake's mouth moved forward and devoured the gifts before his eyes as if there was nothing. It didn't take long, the main gifts were immediately swallowed up and escaped into his body.
Making several pairs of eyes stare in disbelief with the strange scene in front of them.
Reve smiled, “thank you for the gift,” quietly while taking out a small bottle of green liquefied crystal inside. He threw the bottle into the middle of the arena, so it broke and the liquid emitted a dense green smoke that smelled stinging.
“Then I go first,” Reve takes a quick look at the higher-ups of the nations sitting before him. With a body thrust backwards, Reve's figure suddenly disappeared without a trace.
It was unclear what happened, because the child vanished without a trace making the higher-ups of the nations look around. “He disappeared? That's magic? But he's assandia (fighter) right?” bleria asked who it was aimed at.
“Looks, an interesting child has appeared yes,” said a man who has since liked to make a fuss. He grinned, making the charm of his face covered in reddish-black bangs more charming.
“Reve? Where is he?” inner Toz looking for his figure. But suddenly, there was someone pulling his arm.
“Hey stupid, let's go!” bring him.
“Reve?! Ka-” had her sentence cut off because Reve covered her mouth with her charred hand.
“Shut up stupid! Follow me,” obviously Reve turned around.
However, there was a pair of eyes that managed to capture its existence. A serene and mysterious look in the eyes, staring fixedly at the backs of the two human children until completely disappeared from the crowd.
“Mr Rexcel!” pekik Riz ran over.
The green smoke from the crystal bottle that Reve threw out had already disappeared completely. The participants who had fallen are now starting to recover. Apparently, the green smoke was an antidote to the poison Reve had caused himself.
“I don't think it will lose like this,” muttered Rexcel in a disappointed tone.
“Damn it! Goddamnit! Goddamnit! You little fucker! Where is he!” yelled Aos annoyed. It seems that he still does not accept his defeat.
“The weak are precisely the most dangerous. I can't believe he used poison to knock everything out,” the shrill man who had talked to Reve in the fight. He looked around but did not see Reve in his eyes.
In a different place, women from the gyges nation also appear to be being treated by someone from the competition management team. He was among all the participants, he was the one who had the most severe injuries. In his gaping wound, emanated the smell of burnt flesh that was quite stinging.
“Lord Barca, where are you going?” bleria asked when she realized the old man who owned the antique shop would leave the stage.
“My business is done, it's time for me to work again.”
“Barca, what if we go somewhere after a long time?” take Mr. Criber to him.
“Sweetest. But I'm not a free man like you. Sometimes it is not a bad idea,” obviously the old man left the higher-ups of other nations.
“Looks like he's very at home in his old shop,” sela Hea.
“Do not do that. However, he is an old man who should be respected. Right no? I right?” timpal is a man who always speaks with a splashy tone.
“Can't you keep your mouth shut just once Sir?” ask Bleria.
“Why Miss? Because it doesn't match my face?”
Bleria stared lazily at him. “Suitable, but if you are not noisy here,” connect Hea.
“I'm not talking to you boy,” the man replied.
“I'm not talking to you parents either. Anyway, what the fuck is your bangs?” ledek Hea to him.
“Originally you know, this is a rare color,” he said as he touched the reddish bangs. He also showed off an annoyed face because he was lazy to respond to it.
In a different place. It looks like four people are walking together, but one of them looks uncomfortable with the state of his body.
“What's up? From then on you can't be quiet!” ask Doxia.
“Effects due to the poison is still there,” explained Rexcel while twirling his wrist.
“I don't think you'll lose to that weak boy. Truly disappointing,” Doxia shook her head.
“Weak? But to me Reve doesn't look like it,” Riz.
“Hah?!”
“Riz, do you know that mixed-haired young man?” Rexcel.
“Yes, he was my roommate when we were in the human world. But I didn't think she was that great.”
“Great what? He's just a sneaky,” grumbled Doxia. While Horusca silently did not respond, her eyes were still focused forward, with feet walking the streets towards an inn where they would meet someone unexpected.
