Chapters 101. Disillusioned

"Lian, what Rangga said earlier was absolutely not true, right?" please Stars. 

Diamonds are confused and don't know where to begin to parse the true story. 

"forgive me. Rangga and I did... " 

"So, what Rangga said was true" cut the Star quickly because he was able to deduce from his attitude the Diamond. 

"Bin, not everything in the cherry..." 

"Enough. I don't trust you anymore. You've been lying to me all this time" 

The Star's gaze was accusatory and extremely painful to Diamond. 

"I'm disappointed in you . Very disappointed..." 

The star walked into his study and locked him from the inside. 

Diamond looked at her in-laws hoping she could help. 

"I'm sorry mom, Lian. I don't know what to do right now" 

Diamond was trying to understand the condition of her mother-in-law.

The star closed its eyes bitterly. From the outside, there was still the sound of Diamonds from earlier persuading him to come out. 

"Bin, I know I was wrong and I'm sorry. I love you the same. I beg you to open the door, let me in tell you the truth of what it's like" Diamond asked non-stop. However, there was no response from within. 

The diamond sobbed, she did not know how else to persuade her husband to come out and they could speak from heart to heart.  The diamond body slumped and leaned against the wall. 

"Bin, if you don't want to go out, I won't leave here either. I'll keep waiting until you open the door" 

"I love you so much, Star. I hope you believe that"

Arya and Satria continue to move quickly to gather evidence that can free Bintang from all charges or legal entanglements. After helping yadi find a statement written by Mr. Reza himself, arya and his wife agreed to meet erwin at his home. 

Arriving at the destination, the person they are looking for is not in the place. There's only mama Kartika, his wife erwin sir. She also did not know where her husband was. It made Arya angry. 

"It's better to be honest, where is Mr erwin now?. Mother do not try to lie to us if you do not want our mother's husband to report to the authorities because he has made a false report against Bintang" said Arya not messing with the threat. 

"Ahh... at most this is just the mother's family's wits to hide Mr. erwin" tepis arya in disbelief. 

"Mother should cooperate with us so that this problem does not drag on and the mother's husband does not need us to report back to the authorities. Don't let the real problem get to Farida's mother's ear. If Farida's mother came to know the truth, I can guarantee that Farida's mother would not let erwin's mother roam freely while her son was once a patient due to a false report by the mother's husband" said Satria is much calmer and keep his wife as a lawyer. 

Kartika's mother is getting restless, her sitting is also not calm. Between sure and not, she tried to move her lips. 

"You don't have to force my mother to tell me where my father is" a female voice from the door approached the three arguing men. 

Arya and the knight stood up. Satria smiled warmly greeting the beautiful girl before her eyes. Unlike the arya who stared cynically at the oval-faced girl. 

"If you don't want us to force your mom to open her voice, then you'll tell me where your dad is?" grunts arya. 

"Sorry, for now I can't tell you where papa is" Kartika said.

"What?" startled arya, a glance then the upper lip in pull form a cynical smile. 

"Ohh. Now I understand. All this time you just pretended to help us on the grounds that you did not want to ruin your friendship with Diamond. When you know your position is not profitable again, you just realize that you really really want the Star and you deliberately hide your papa as a weapon to stab Diamond from behind?!" arya accuse without evidence. 

"You're wrong!. I'm not hiding papa at all . I just want some time to have a good talk with my dad. Papa is now depressed, he needs a little time to calm his heart and mind" Kartika did not accept the accusations made by arya on him and he tried to straighten out the allegations arya baseless. 

"Alaahhh. Just say that you really want to snatch the Star from Lian." Arya shook his hand.

"It's up to you to believe it or not. But, I dare guarantee that within these 3 days, I myself will bring my papa to the authorities to retract his report against the Star" 

"Why wait 3 days?. Why not tomorrow?. Are you and your papa planning a new strategy in order to suppress the Stars again?" suspicious arya without direction. Kartika is made furious and want to slap arya cheek if not remember arya is the brother of his best friend. 

"Ar, stop. There is nothing wrong if we give him a chance to persuade his father. If we dare to lie to us, he himself loses because his papa will bear the consequences" said the knight broke up a fight between Kartika and arya. Arya can lower her emotions a little. 

"i think we all have agreed that in 3 days Mr. Erwin will retract his report on the Star. Otherwise, I as the legal representative of Bintang Pratama, will take firm steps by reporting back to the whistleblower. And I can make sure that the whistleblower will receive the appropriate punishment for his actions, even more so" he said, using his influence as a lawyer.

Everyone in the living room, Mr. Erwin, was silent. No one made a single word. 

"Ar, we better get going now. If Kartika dares to break the promise, I myself will send her father to prison. Because for me, anyone who dares to disturb the happiness of Diamond.he will come face to face with me" said satria staring at kartika seriously. 

"OKs. We're leaving now" 

Arya and the knight simultaneously step away from Kartika and her mother. 

Kartika looked at meu the two friends came out of her house. 

"Tika, how is this?. Have you found your papa. Mama is afraid, if your papa reaches the prison" worried mama kartika think about the fate of her beloved husband. 

"Mama take it easy. Leave it all to me "Kartika hugged her mother and tried to calm the anxiety of her birth mother's heart.
