That morning the sea breeze was so cool, the ocean seemed to be churning quietly and small waves moved along the coast. Novan looked up at Hopeless's black letter and realized something was wrong with it, saying he had to open it when he felt ready, it was as if Hopeless knew what grand plan Novan wanted to execute.
A crow flew towards him and carried a letter from the Akasa residence. Loki then landed on the white sand of the beach and changed his form into a black cat. Novan smiled and pocketed the two letters he received before then looking at Loki with a pleased look.

Novan knew this day was coming, the day the gods finally moved their hero pawns. And Novan knew that one of Perseus's tasks was to kill Medusa, because it was one of those moments where Perseus found his flagship weapon, the head of Medusa.
