“Young rider, please allow me to introduce myself..” The middle-aged man who had shouted at him introduced himself as Guan Zhou and was the Mayor of Huafei City.
“Greetings to Uncle Guan..” Fei Chen also introduced himself. Then he asked the reason why Huafei City was experiencing this situation.
Guan Zhou's face looked pale, “Sorry, Young Swordsman. You should not need to know the situation that occurred in Huafei City.”
