PPFC 261 - The Deepest Meeting of the Hell Dragon Palace II
Currently the entire top brass of the Profound Hell Dragon Palace were gathered in the Hall of Hell. These entire higher-ups were representatives of the warriors of the Chu Empire and the Yin Empire.
The Peach Flower Lantern was represented by Xiu Ziwei, the Fire Tiger Fortress was represented by Liang Cheng, the Western Hell Fort was represented by Shu En and the Dawn Pavilion was represented by Mu Rong.
That was the name of the higher-ups of the Profound Hell Dragon Palace that came from the Chu Empire, while the higher-ups of the Profound Hell Dragon Palace that came from the Yin Empire had also been present directly in the Hall of Hell.
There was Chi Sun representing the Dragon Valley Fortress, Murong Liuyu representing the Peach Valley Fortress, Luo Rou representing the Sword Valley Fortress and Qie Shie representing the Thousand Sword Lantern.
Not only the higher-ups, there was also Fei Chen present with Jia Li, Yin Jinxia, Qiao Mi and Qiu Niu and She Sue. The presence of Qiu Niu and She Sue was also due to wanting to join the Profound Hell Dragon Palace and Fei Chen agreed to it.
This big meeting discussed the plan of infiltration and invasion of the Kai Empire. To the members of the Profound Hell Dragon Palace warriors who were in the Chu Empire, the battle of vengeance was the thing they were waiting for.
While Fei Chen was doing this battle because he had dealt with Sun Yelong, moreover he wanted to stop the Nine Heavenly Chaos.

Fei Chen reminded how cruel Sun Yelong was that of committing a massacre for ridiculous and meaningless reasons. Just for the sake of achieving his crazy ambitions, Sun Yelong massacred thousands and even millions of people.

Fei Chen's words were instead greeted by the warrior of the Profound Hell Dragon Palace who came from the Chu Empire. They were all already looking forward to this and would follow what step Fei Chen took.
“Leader, I shouldn't have talked about this when we were all discussing the Beast Kingdom. But during your departure, we were all faced with the swordsman of the Seven Demonic Flowers,” Shu En said.
The old man clenched his hands very tightly and showed an expression full of regret. The reason why Shu En expressed so was because one of his subordinates was a member of the Seven Demonic Flowers.
“I have one of the members who turned out to be a traitor. Earlier I could not believe if she showed her fangs after I saved her.” Shu En explained to Fei Chen and everyone present in the Hall of Hell if one of his subordinates had betrayed him.
The person who had betrayed was named Lang Feng and was the man he helped after the formation of the Deepest Hell Dragon Palace.
“Lang Feng, is he his subordinate Mao Gang or Sun Yelong?” Fei Chen seemed not surprised because he had repeatedly dealt with the subordinates of the Great Demon Lords.
“I think he has a relationship with Mao Gang, but he once mentioned the Nine Lightning Sword and wanted to see for himself how the King of Hell took it.” Shu En's explanation made Fei Chen frown as well as Qiao Mi.
Fei Chen and Qiao Mi looked at each other. The two were wondering about Lang Feng's figure.
‘This is bad, did he accidentally hear their chat so dare to say so?’ Qiao Mi nodded and guessed if Lang Feng had accidentally heard the chatter of the members of the Peach Flower Lantern regarding the Nine Lightning Sword.
“Hirataka, Deshe, come out.” said Fei Chen and soon Deshe and Hirataka appeared in his shadow.
Besides that the un summoned Hukong also appeared carrying Yue Lian. Their presence made everyone shocked whereas Fei Chen was surprised by the presence of Yue Lian.
“Sorry My Lord for my sassness. But the human boy insisted on coming here, he said that he was willing to be my disciple so I was willing to bring him to you.” As usual Hukong looks so energetic and cheerful.
‘This damn monkey!’ Fei Chen sat down and stared intently at Hukong who was still speaking.

“Deshe, you go accompany Hirataka. I want you two to find information about Lang Feng.” Fei Chen gave orders to Deshe and Hirataka.

“Good, Mr. Chen.”
Fei Chen nodded and looked at Shu En who was Lang Feng's helper to make sure the old man didn't lie.
“Grandfather Shu, do you have any traces of clothes that Lang Feng was wearing. If you have it, give it to this snake. He would definitely find Lang Feng after sensing the aura of his body.” Fei Chen stroked Deshe's head and made the white-colored snake proud.
Shu En nodded and gave orders to his members to escort Deshe to the Western Hell Fortress.
After Deshe's departure, Fei Chen invites Hirataka to explain the condition of Kai Empire to everyone before the man carries out his mission.
Hirataka explained at length the conditions that occurred in the Kai Empire. The situation there was worse than the one in the Chu Empire. According to Hirataka, it is better to die and be destroyed immediately than to live in the Kai Empire.
“In my dreams though, I never thought I would get this much help. All this because of you, Mr. Chen.” Hirataka kowtowed before Fei Chen who had helped him.
“Stop Hirataka. I'm not asking you to bow down to me, I want to hear your plan to infiltrate the Kai Empire?” As usual Fei Chen's cold gaze made everyone speechless.
Hirataka gulps. He was silent for quite a while before explaining that to enter the Kai Empire was very difficult. And Hirataka has an idea to do an infiltration.
“With the Teleportation Portal, you can bring the warriors of the Profound Hell Dragon Palace after the peak plan in the Kai Empire through the Teleportation Portal. And I suggest that you infiltrate with a minimum number of people so as not to hinder our plan.”
Hearing Hirataka's explanation made Fei Chen ask about Onigawara's location in Kai Empire which was the headquarters of the Beast Kingdom.
“It's been a long time since Sun Yelong's appearance, Kai Empire is different. From the information that has been collected, Sun Yelong will hold the Fire Dragon Festival at Onigawara precisely the Ancient Dragon Tower.”
From that story circulating in the Kai Empire, Sun Yelong carried out a massacre and held the Fire Dragon Festival in Onigawara because he wanted to get a figure as a True Demon Dragon King.
“Hmmm..” Fei Chen muttered softly and again asked how the conditions around Onigawara were.
According to Hirataka's explanation, Onigawara was an island surrounded by small islands and heavily guarded by a Demon Beast controlled by one of his subordinates.
“It is very difficult to penetrate the headquarters of Sun Yelong. But after listening to your explanation, I have Hirataka's plan... Thank you..” said Fei Chen and made Hirataka smile.

Everyone present at the meeting questioned Fei Chen's plan. Some of them thought that if all of them infiltrated the Kai Empire then the plan to overthrow Sun Yelong would be better.
However Fei Chen told them that in the Kai Empire had ordinary residents who were made into slaves and prisoners. Dan Fei Chen did not want to involve innocent people.
“We can express all our feelings with the sword in Onigawara, until then I want all of you to hold back and prepare yourself.”
Finally Fei Chen closed the grand meeting of the Profound Hell Dragon Palace before finally his eyes fell on Xiu Ziwei.
“Senior Xiu, after this meet me. I'd like to hear an explanation from you directly regarding the disappearance of the Elders of the Peach Flower Lantern.”
Xiu Ziwei looked at Fei Chen with a slightly annoyed look before replying, “Good, Patriarch Fei.”
