The people Fei Chen invited were the ones Fei Chen chose in charge of guarding the advisors from each region of the Deepest Hell Dragon Palace.
Fang Huo and Luo Rou were the two people who were advisors to the Yin Empire's part, then there was Xhin Li Wei who was the adviser to the Ma Empire's part, Mu Rong or Xi Taohua became advisors to the Chu Empire, Yang Xiaomi became advisors to the Yang Empire and She Sue became advisors to the Jia Empire.
Everyone that Fei Chen invited gathered in Ma Palace and discussed the problems that were happening in the Continent of the Nine Lightning and Xuangang. Realizing how dangerous the Great Demon King's movements were, Fei Chen asked all parties to join him.
