The condition of the Chu Empire is extremely concerning. A land that belonged to the three Empires that existed in the Continent of the Nine has completely been destroyed.
The news of the mass slaughter in the Chu Empire spread widely to the two nearby Empires namely the Jia Empire and the Yang Empire.

“What are you thinking Junior Fei?” Qiao Mi had already noticed Fei Chen for a few days. As the young man raised his eyebrows or furrowed his brows, it was certain that Fei Chen was thinking of something.
‘When I heard the name of the sect I thought of forming a sect with everyone here as its members.’ Fei Chen let out a long sigh and smiled faintly, ‘What am I acting that far for? Besides I have my own problems.’
Seeing Fei Chen's thin smile made Qiao Mi's heart skip a beat, ‘There's something wrong with me... Why do I want to always pay attention to it?’
Liang Cheng observed Fei Chen and intended to ask the young man to help them all, but he undoed his intention.

“I don't mind. Swordsman Fei was a good person for helping people here.” Chu Meilan smiled and looked at Fei Chen's face.

“Hmm yes, my name is Chu Meilan. Master can call me Meilan.”

Chu Meilan gulped, “I... A-me..”.
“I will not make you a student. You don't have the determination to kill people.” Fei Chen stood up and walked over leaving Chu Meilan. He said it was all for the good of Chu Meilan.
All the adults were aware of Fei Chen's actions, but not Chu Meilan.

“If Master doesn't want me to kill people, then teach me how to survive by defending myself!”

Fei Chen did not comment on Chu Meilan's words and approached Liang Cheng and asked.
“Kakek Liang, how many people are all left in the Chu Empire?” Fei Chen asked.
Liang Cheng frowned before replying, “About one thousand five hundred people, Chen.”
“What if I build a sect in this land Grandpa Liang?” Fei Chen glanced at Chu Meilan after saying that.
