In the Flower Sword Hall it was seen that all the figures had already gathered. Fei Chen and Feng Lao arrived late and were warmly welcomed by everyone. Before starting the meeting, Dao Tao and Long Jirou apologized to Feng Lao regarding what happened in the past.
The three of them forgave each other even laughed together after they both gave up their posts. Luo Rou herself did not refute when Feng Lao presented himself as the Sword Valley Matriarch.
The Sword Valley party represented Feng Lao and Luo Rou, the Dragon Valley represented Long Jirou and Chi Sun, while the Peach Valley was represented by Dao Tao and Murong Liuyu.
There were also Emperor Yin and Yin Jinxia as well as Ling Ye and Qiao Mi. Fei Chen sat beside Su Xiulan who was accompanying him and Qie Shie.
Fei Chen looked at everyone present and sensed the air of Fang Huo coming with Long Xiaoya and Yue Lian. Soon San Zhu came along with Hong Zi Ran and Jia Li.
“It looks like everything has gathered..” Fei Chen took a deep breath before his aura of self changed completely filled with dignity.
“Alright, let's start the meeting..”.
Fei Chen told about the Deepest Hell Dragon Palace to everyone who attended the meeting then introduced the figure of Qiao Mi to everyone.
“Sama as in the Chu Empire, I want to divide the Deepest Hell Dragon Palace into four parts if the Dragon Valley, Sword Valley, Peach Valley as well as the Thousand Sword Sect join.” Fei Chen turned his gaze to look at Emperor Yin San who looked like he wanted to speak.

Finally Fei Chen explained to everyone that he intended to divide the Deepest Hell Dragon Palace into four parts namely the Dragon Valley Fortress, the Peach Valley Fortress, the Sword Valley Fortress and the Thousand Sword Lantern.
“Dragon Valley Fortress will be led by Senior Chi.” Fei Chen added that if the Peach Valley Fortress was to be led by Murong Liuyu, the Sword Valley Fortress was led by Luo Rou and the Thousand Sword Lantern that Qie Shie would lead.
“Do anyone want to add?”
Before long Murong Liuyu raised a hand, “Patriark Fei, I want to ask about the Single Demon Lantern.”.
“Patriark Fei..” Fei Chen got a strange look from Murong Liuyu and it made him mutter softly.

Chi Sun immediately responded before Fei Chen replied.
