Su Xiulan could not stop Fei Yuechan's broken cry. At first Su Xiulan thought that Fei Yuechan was crying because of the commotion that occurred Ma Palace.
The news of the massacre and destruction of Xuangang City had reached the Capital of Mafei. Xhin Li Wei who was visiting Ma Palace was shocked and hysterical when he heard this news.
Ning Guang who was about to win her got into a fight because Xhin Li Wei insisted on going towards Xuangang even tried to commit suicide. It was not without reason that Xhin Li Wei felt very devastated because the residents of Xuangang already he considered as his own village.
Su Xiulan's unease was evident by Fei Yuechan's cry and Ma Mingyang's report to her.
“Aunt Su, Aunt Su! The army of ferocious beasts attacked the front gate of the Mafei Defense Fortress! They killed the soldiers and took control of the Mafei Defense Fortress! How-uhuk! ” Ma Mingyan chokes while trying to explain.
“Yanyan, calm down and speak slowly..” Su Xiulan did not want to believe Ma Mingyan's words but after Ma Mingyan again explained, Su Xiulan's face paled.
‘Mafei Defense Fortress is the strongest defensive fortification that the Ma Empire has had since Chen Magege took the lead. The Defense Fortress was built just in case there was a rebellion or an attack, but I did not expect Sun Yelong to move by itself to attack the Ma.’ Empire Su Xiulan asked Ma Mingyan to hold Fei Yuechan and win her over.
“Yanyan, can take care of Yu Mechaner for a while. Aunt Su will go to Mafei Defense Fortress for a while.” Su Xiulan stroked Ma Mingyan's head and stared at the window.
Then after Ma Mingyan carried Fei Yuechan, Su Xiulan instantly disappeared from the young girl's sight and rushed towards the Mafei Defense Fortress.
Before exiting the main gate of the Mafei Capital, Su Xiulan felt a murderous aura and an attack. With her eyes sharpened, Su Xiulan saw clearly her Phoenix figure unleashing an attack from a distance.
‘Phoenix?! Two of Sun Yelong's strongest subordinates!’ Su Xiulan instantly flew into the sky and was about to let out Qi but the touch of someone's palm on his shoulder made Su Xiulan wake up.
“Xiu, let me face them. Take care of the Capital of Mafei and our children.” Fei Chen's voice gushed through his ears.
Fei Chen did not come by himself. He came with Qiao Mi. Fei Chen's arrival made Su Xiulan's eyes watery because it was too late to know of the massacre in Xuangang.
“Chen.gege, i.” Su Xiulan wanted to explain but Fei Chen gave her a sign of silence.
“Let's just explain it Xiu. My mood is bad. Lucky they haven't touched you and the others.” After saying so Fei Chen instantly disappeared from Su Xiulan's sight.
In an instant Su Xiulan saw the gust of fire holding the two Phoenixes. Su Xiulan spoke to Qiao Mi regarding what happened in Xuangang.
Upon hearing Qiao Mi's explanation, Su Xiulan's expression paled knowing there were no signs of life in the ruined city.
Su Xiulan sent Qiao Mi back but Qiao Mi refused. Qiao Mi wanted to help Su Xiulan evacuate the residents of the Mafei Capital towards the middle of the city.
While Su Xiulan and Qiao Mi started making moves, Fei Chen released two treads that instantly repelled the attacks of the two.
Fei Chen's fire and ice shot out then Fei Chen drew his sword as fast as lightning and swung it at the two figures before him. And Jin the Red Phoenix and Yun Shang the Blue Phoenix were shocked because Fei Chen's arrival was faster than expected.
‘Hah? Why is he here? And Jin, did you not misinform about him fighting with Mao Gang?!’ Yun Shang cursed and looked at Fei Chen warily.
Likewise with Dan Jin who immediately kept his distance and flapped his wings. A firestorm was pointed at Fei Chen, but the firestorm looked like it was being absorbed by Fei Chen's right palm.
“So who the fuck told you to do this stupid act?!” Fei Chen stared coldly at Dan Jin and Yun Shang who were so wary of him.
‘Dan Jin, go and report this to him!’ Yun Shang telepathically said and intended to sacrifice himself.
‘The King of Hell ability is no match for the two of us! You must go back to the Kai Empire safely! Don't let my sacrifice end in vain!’ inner Yun Shang added.
And Jin nodded his head and used all his strength to escape. Fei Chen who noticed it moved quickly but instantly froze his body in five seconds.
Yun Shang used the opportunity to unleash a scratch on Fei Chen's body. However Yun Shang was startled by Fei Chen's body which was unable to get any injuries from his scratches.
Fei Chen strengthened his entire limbs using Demon Energy. Then with full force he aimed his punch at Yun Shang.
Yun Shang held him back using Demon Energy, but the difference between the two was very noticeable as the sound of the bones cracking echoed. Yun Shang groaned in pain for a moment as he felt his left hand burn.
But after Yun Shang froze his left hand, his left hand slowly began to improve. Yun Shangs regeneration ability came from the spirit of the Ice Phoenix and the Demon Energy that Yun Shang possessed helped the regeneration process faster.
“So Sun Yelong told you to do all this right?!” Fei Chen casually avoided the hail of ice swords that Yun Shang had released.
“King of Hell! Don't be rash! You could have killed me, but his anger would have made you regret!” Yun Shang retorted and stared intently at Fei Chen.
Yun Shangs ice storm attack on Fei Chen and Fei Chen herded Yun Shang away from the Mafei Capital. The fight of the two continued near the Mafei Defense Fortress and Fei Chen was kept busy by Yun Shang fighting it out against him.
“Your words remind me of Mao Gang. Your words are the same. I'll regret what you said? Instead, you will regret for having made myself your enemy!” Fei Chen smiled coldly and released a murderous aura.
Then by using the True Demon Eve Fei Chen used an attack that was almost similar to Mao Gang. A thousand invisible swords were created from the True Demon Eve and Fei Chen directly pointed them at Yun Shang.
Using his special body aura Yun Shang was able to sense Eve the existence of the sword, but Yun Shang was unable to see it so Yun Shang was overwhelmed by dodging Fei Chen's attacks.
“You will die here Ice Phoenix. It seems your friend has escaped. No problem because I will make sure you all die here anyway!” Fei Chen again released a thousand invisible swords and pointed them at Yun Shang.
“You are too arrogant King of Hell!” Yun Shang gnashed his teeth when he found out Fei Chen was using the same attack as before.
“Bogged! It is precisely you who are too arrogant to look for trouble with me!” Seeing Yun Shang being overwhelmed, Fei Chen shortened the distance and strangled Yun Shang's neck with an extremely tight grip of his hand.
“Urgh!” Yun Shangs mouth opened wide spewing out fresh blood.
Fei Chen smirked coldly and slammed Yun Shang's body down until all the ferocious beast warriors Yun Shang had brought looked at him.
“What is it?!”
“Suddenly something fell from the sky!”
“Look up! Isn't there someone?!”
All of the ferocious beast warriors gazed up into the sky and found Fei Chen who stood floating in the air staring coldly at all of them.
Fei Chen looked at the sea of blood looking at the dead military soldiers of the Ma Empire. Their bodies were trampled upon by the ferocious beast warriors and some of them were tortured before dying.
Fei Chen took out a True Demon Eve larger than before and created a thousand invisible swords that pointed downwards.
Then Fei Chen swung his hand and instantly a thousand invisible swords slammed into the stomachs of the savage beast warriors.
