Grandfather Robert's Will

Grandfather Robert's Will
Chapter 05's

Jenson took a blue glass ball and tossed it in his hand, it felt cold and smooth, and it cost several hundred million maybe. “That's not what Grandpa wanted.”

Grunting, Rachel snatched the ball from Jenson's hand.

“He wants us to get married and live happily ever after,“.

“But I am not someone who dares to fight to the death. After all, aren't you engaged to a blonde dancing girl?” ask Rachel.

Jenson took the ball back from Rachel's hand. “For someone who likes to stare at the television screen you do not have the intellect to cheap gossip circulating.”

“I follow all the gossip of celebrities homeland,” said Rachel in an exaggerated tone to make Jenson laugh.

“Alright, Rachel. Let's put our ego first for a while.” He put the ball in place then, put his hand in his pocket. Maybe if they concentrate fully, they can talk civilly for a few minutes. “I'm not engaged to anyone, but marrying you is not something I want either. But it's only been six months, Hel. We can make a marriage contract, and stay together for six months under the same roof.”

As Rachel observes Jenson, her disappointment stems from Jenson's phrase 'marriage agreement. “So, you really want that hundred and fifty billion?”

Jenson took two steps back angrily before managing to control herself. “Whatever you want to think about me.” He said it so softly, as if it was unimportant to him. Surprisingly, the soft voice even made Rachel's chest beat.

“You don't want the money, all right. Now put that problem aside first. Are you gonna stand by and watch this house fall into the hands of our family? Grandpa loves this place and everything in it. All this time I thought you were, too" said Jenson.

“Indeed.” The others will sell it, Rachel admits to it. There was no one in the library who did not want to submit the house to the market and get the cash. It would cause him harm. All the rooms are ridiculous and pretentious, the hallways are unusual. Robert's grandfather may have left, but he left the house like a dangling carrot, and he was still holding the trunk.

“He is still trying to manage our lives,” said Rachel.

“You feel weird?” Jenson raised next to his eyebrows.

“No,” Rachel turned her head while half laughing.

At the moment Jenson is not interested in any of it he is only interested in what is in Rachel's mind. Jenson doesn't care about the money at all, but he won't shut up and watch everything his Grandfather has built collapse. If he had to play rough with Rachel, he would. He would take Rachel to church to celebrate the marriage and take her to live with him.

“Billions.” Rachel shuddered at the thought of that. That kind of money would only give him a headache, he was sure of it. Stocks, accountants' bonds, trust funds, tax protection, that's just going to make it a hassle. He chose a simpler life.

He does not need to worry about money, and that is what he likes. Above or below a certain level of income, there is nothing but worry. But if you find a plateau that is stable and pleasant, you just have to explore it, and he's almost found it.

Right, the part that was meant for him could help him professionally and amazingly. With a sturdy enough buttress, he was able to gain the artistic freedom he wanted as well as continue the lifestyle that now causes his bank account to be somewhat choppy.

Although his artistic work has been given good reviews by critics, it will not help him to pay the rent. Many people find it very unconventional. In fact, he often had to create a design that was more in line with the demands of the market to keep his kitchen steaming. With five or sixty million to support his life, he could…

Angry at herself, Rachel tries to get rid of her thoughts. I have to think like Jenson, break it up. I'd rather just die. Jenson betrays, squanders all his talent for a great opportunity, seemingly ready to make this situation favorable to his financial circumstances. Rachel will think of other things. First of all, he would think of Robert's grandfather.

He sees this whole chart as a confusing problem. It was very similar to his grandfather. Like a chess match, he must now consider the steps he will take.

He never lived with a man, for a specific purpose. Rachel was happy to do everything according to her own rhythm. It was necessary to share items quite heavily for him, but sharing space made him even more objectionable. If he agrees, it will be the first leniency.

Then there's the fact that Jenson is an attractive guy, interesting enough to make him worry if only that guy didn't make him feel as upset as he is now. Annoying and easily irritated, his daydreams were somewhat gleeful. Rachel knew which button to press. Wasn't he always proud of the fact that he was able to handle Jenson? It's not always easy, Jenson's too clever. But it makes their relationship interesting. But they can't stay together for more than a week in a row.

But there is one clear and indisputable fact. He loved his Grandpa. How could he possibly live a peaceful life if he dared to ignore one last wish of that man? Or one last joke.

Six months is not a short time. Then Rachel stopped her daydream, observing Jenson who was also observing her. Six months can be a long time, especially if you don't like what you're doing. There is only one way to speed things up. He should enjoy it.

“Tell me, Cousin, how can we live under the same roof for six months without crushing each other?” said Rachel.

“Letter of agreement, it will put a limitation on us.”Jenson answered without the slightest hesitation to make Rachel gawk.
