Grandfather Robert's Will

Grandfather Robert's Will
Chapter 06's

“I think with a letter of agreement makes us have limits on what we can and cannot do. All right, I can clean up and move out of my apartment in three days. At most four days, and on the fifth day we can get married,” said Rachel. "I just want an ordinary wedding, just a blessing in the absence of parties and other things."

“Oke.” In that instant his shoulders relaxed, Jenson realized that he had been tense waiting for Rachel's rejection. At the moment he doesn't want to question why it's so important to him. “Agree?” jenson held out one hand.

Rachel raised her head right before her palm met Jenson's. “Agree,” he agreed. Rachel was surprised to find Jenson's hands hard and her bones were slightly protruding, thinking they would be soft and flaccid. What Jenson does is type. Perhaps the next six months will be enlivened by some surprise from him.

“Can we tell the others?” said Rachel

“They definitely want to kill us because of that legacy.”

Rachel's smile slowly faded, pulling the corners of her face. “I know. We try not to feel happy to see the distress of others.”

When they came out, some of their relatives who were complaining had spilled in the corridor, they were arguing together.

“You spent your share on barbells and carrot juice,” accuse Yagil of David. “At least I know what to do with my money,” David said.

“He will spend it on football match betting,” timpal Walt while exhaling cigar smoke that feels choking the neck.

“You can use your part to take a course on how to speak in complete and clear sentences.” Joseph burst out from behind the smoke and tidied his tie. “I'm Robert's only surviving son. I should have gotten more inheritance, why so the two snot boys who got the inheritance.”

“Grandfather is much more competent than all of you even though he was united at once.” he felt frustrated mixed with disgust, Rachel stepped forward. “Grandfather gives exactly, what he wants you guys one by one have.”

Yagil took out a golden-colored flat cigarette box while glancing at his cousin. “It seems Rachel changed her mind about the money. Well, you're gonna take the inheritance money, right?”

Jenson puts her hand on Rachel's shoulder and rem*s her slowly before the girl can escape. “Calm down, cousin,” whispered Jenson.

“Well, I think that's fair enough.” David's wife spoke up and reached out. She greeted Rachel and Jenson. “You should create a gym in this place to increase your body muscles. Come on David, we're home!”

Without speaking, David followed his wife out.

“There is only a muscle inside her head,” Yosef muttered “Come, Mona we also go home.” He walked ahead of his wife, but then he stopped long enough to glare at Rachel and Jenson.

Rachel gave Joseph her sweetest smile. “Hopefully your return journey pleases Uncle Yosef,”.

“Judge attestation letter,” grumbled Walt, then stepped foot to go.

“Oh, Jenson.” While applying the eyelashes, Bianca embraces Jenson's arm. “When do you think I can get my Rose Black Pink mirror? I can't wait to have it.”

Jenson looked at that beautiful heart-shaped face. His eyes are as pure as the blue water in a tropical climate. She thanked Grandpa Robert for not having him married and spent six months with Cousin Bianca. “I'm sure Mrs. Zephaniah will send it to you as soon as possible.”

“Come, Bianca, we will take you to the airport.” Yagil grabs Bianca's arm and pats her, then smiles at Rachel. “I'm worried, what would happen if I didn't know you better. You won't last six days with Jenson, let alone six months. You guys are equally easy to ride blood,” he said confidently to Jenson. “Not a week either you will kill each other.”

“Don't spend that Old Man's money first,” Jenson warned. “We're going through those six months for one reason only, to make you dongkol.” He smiled as he said that, a familiar smile meaningfully uprooted all the arrogance on Yagil's face.

“Yagil,” Bianca said as they stepped out. “What will you do with all those matches?.”

“Burning the bridge," replied Yagil lazily.

“Are you worried about being hostile to them?" ask Jenson to Rachel.

Shrugging her shoulders, Rachel swung her legs towards the vase of roses, then looked at Jenson. “Well, I've never had any trouble hostile to you. Why do you think, huh?”

“Grandfather always said that we are too similar to each other.”

“Really?” asking haughtily, Rachel raised her next to her eyebrows. “You and I, Jenson Dirgantara, barely have anything in common.”

“Then we have six months to prove it," he said, overwhelmed by impulse, Jenson approached and placed a finger under Rachel's chin. “In these six months we may experience a variety of things, but boredom is not one of them.”

"Yes, I will stay with you just for Grandpa Robert's sake. Later I will prepare my equipment here, I want to still be able to work and work must only be confined in the house for six months,” said Rachel.

“I will continue to write the script as usual, and I will send it via email,” said Jenson.

Rachel picked up a rose from the vase. “Kok you can call the unreasonable script as writing?”

“How about your rocks? How can you call that strange rock you assembled art.”

Rachel's cheeks were red with annoyance, it just made Jenson feel happy.

“You won't recognize art if it comes and bites your nose. My earlier jewels did that, so you could appreciate it."

Jenson's smile implies a joyful interest. “What's the value for your silly jewelry?"

Rachel reached into her bag, looked for a piece of tissue, sneezed on it, then tightly sealed her bag. “Which is obviously more expensive than the women you date!!"

Mrs. Zhepaniah came to stop the debate between the two of them. “Can I conclude that you two decided to accept the terms of the will?”

Six months, Rachel thought. It will be a very, very long rainy season.

Six months, Jenson thought. He will make the first daisies he found in December turn a deep red color.

“You can start counting the days at the end of this week,” Jenson told Mrs. Zhepaniah, then switch to Rachel “Agree, Cousin?”

Rachel looks. “Agree.”
